Great overnight...easy in, easy out. Bathroom facilities very clean and my dog enjoyed the doggie play yard. Very flexible regarding late checkout.

Small compared to other KOA Campground, but very well maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hope to come back some day.

Nice quiet shady place. Roads to the campground need slow travel to get there.

All went well. Our stay was only one night, but we felt safe and that is important. Night was quite. Price was fair for what we received.

Host was very unfriendly. I arrived for check in 15 minutes early and she gave me a hard time about it like I was trying to steal money from them.

Lovely location near the lake. Rural area provided a very quiet and peaceful sleeping environment. Sites had a good amount of space between them allowing for comfort and freedom to move around without disturbing neighbors.

Dog park had wasp nests in it and my dog was stung .

We are sorry about this. We were unaware of the problem. We went down immediately and found the nest and have taken care of it.

nice clean outdoor swimming pool / great pull thru sites / more secluded and off the main roadway than other KOA's.

Linda keeps a lovely camp. Well off the beaten track. Take it slow. Long approach road. Very safe. Clean, groomed and extra quiet. Great 3 night stay.

Helpful staff. Very quiet campground which is great. You won’t hear any traffic noises. Lots of shade. Nice clean grounds. This was are second stay at Springfield KOA and are going back next year.

We stayed one night. The site we were assigned was not convenient. I did not want to disconnect the fifth wheel but had to because my truck was in the roadway when the electricity was hooked up. We could not hook up the sewage because is was at the other end of site and we did not have enough hose. I do not plan on staying at this one again.

We had a great Labor Day weekend. The pool was open and there were plenty of activities and things for the kids to play with.

We came to Springfield to do a quick shakedown run with our new RV. Staff were friendly and it was nice to see them occasionally moving about the facility and available for questions or a quick chat. We don't always see that. The public areas we saw and used were clean and in qood working order. We did go into town to visit the Abraham Lincoln Museum and enjoyed that as well.

I liked that you had lots of things for the kids to do. I do not have kids, but some of the families I was with have them and they enjoyed themselves alot. Saturday before Labor Day was a blast. Didn't mind the little cost for dinner that went to cancer charity. Food was good. The thinks you came up with for all were great. Yes I would come again.

Staff at Springfield, KOA was very helpful and got our site changed to accommodate our wishes. Very relaxed and friendly campground.

We had a great time at the Springfield KOA. Our daughter asked if we can go back every year. The activities on Saturday were well planned and the kids really enjoyed them. Keep up the great work.

didn't make reservation just pulled off the road and she was very accommodating. This would be a very nice place to stay for several days. Lots to do and very clean.

We'll kept koa. Bathroom we're extremely clean. Guest relations we're helpful in letting me know about the sight seeing in Springfield IL.and Abraham Lincoln sights.

This campground is beautiful!!! We came here sight unseen. We got the site with the nicest glass table and chairs on the patio. I hardly go inside the RV because I love it so much. It's October so most things are out of season. It's a nice campground with lots of room. We are not piled on top of each other which is so great!! No complaints.... I recommend this campground 100% In October beware of tons of stink bugs. Buy a fly swatter.... it will be your best friend.

I stayed at one of the cabins. It was more than perfect. The cabin was clean and just right for one, maybe two people. I use KOA for a secret hotel room. It cost less, you get more, and you can have a fire every night. The owner here is wonderful and my only complaint about her is she is fixing to retire soon. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
