Nice campground. Very clean and quiet. Host was very accommodating with any questions I had. We did not get a chance to use the pool or mini golf due to the storms, but would stay again in future.

Great People!! Traveling thru, we had our Truck breakdown and located the Springfield Il, KOA via the KOA website. What started out as a two day layover became a week. Needing two vehicles towed, and an extra few days, No Problem it was done! We are now safe at home awaiting our truck to be picked up and delivered. I would DEFINITLY recommend a stay !! Nice park, level sites and plenty of amenities. A lityle off the beaten path so really able to enjoy nature without the highway sounds. Thumbs up!

Stayed July 14 - 21 2021, had a great time. The sites are spacious, and well kept. Linda and the staff go overboard to be sure you have a nice experience. Quiet, and nice playground, mini golf, bouncy pad, for the kids. Pool was great for the hot days. Happy Camping.

Really enjoyed our time there. Nice facilities, helpful staff. Wifi isn’t great, but they made sure we knew that when reserving. We will definitely be back.

This koa is a hidden gem!!! Beautiful camp grounds even after they had over 4 inches of rain! Linda did everything she could, to help us navigate our site running thru the puddles:). Very friendly staff! Full hook ups and cable!! We will return!!!

Although we arrived after a horrific rainstorm the host accommodated us in a dry site. It was quiet and relaxing.

Clean restrooms and showers. Level sites and friendly staff. Handled issues brought on by rain storms. Even had to put out signs after the usual road in and out of the campsite was caused do to the rain.

Site was spacious; grounds well-maintained. Family friendly. Owner pleasant & welcoming. Entry road narrow but limited to very accommodating local traffic. Lincoln Museum was a not to be missed attraction. So very quiet which was really nice during the night. A little difficult to get to, especially when pulling a travel trailer - directions were great, but road was more like a hiking trail and we were glad no one came from the other direction. A lovely place though and worth the little road to drive on.

The campground is fairly small but clean, well kept and nice folks. The road into the place is pretty bad and needs attention but probably a county road. The other campers were some of the most inconsiderate folks ever! The number of constantly barking dogs and smokey campfires was ridiculous! Rarely have we encountered that many unruly dogs. Directions to the KOA took us on some questionable roads but we got there. Leaving was much easier roads were better and more direct to I-55. Linda was very helpful. We enjoyed our overnight stay despite the stormy weather that occurred while we were there.

I appreciate that they do tell you upfront the site is a few miles off the interstate and wifi is poor. The last mile would be a concern if you had to deal with an oncoming vehicle. Quiet spot, no traffic sounds.

The mini golf needs to be updated. Debris, overgrown bushes and when you walk on it, it sags in many spots. Kind of dangerous.

I was amazed at how clean the restroom, shower area was. It was the nicest restroom we have seen in our RV history. The host was amazingly friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and really enjoyed our campsite. We didn't have time to use the playground, putt-putt golf and the bicycles. Everything was well kept and clean. We had a great time. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

We only stayed for 1 night, just passing through. Most sites were shaded which was nice considering the hot temp. We used our bathroom so I can't comment on the campgrounds cleanliness. Staff seemed nice but we had little contact.

Nice level sites. Back in the woods about 4 miles. WiFi was useless (only a dot of service). Dog area could have been twice as big and could have had two separate areas for large and small dogs. Bathroom and showers looked good. Great area for kids.

Just a quick sleep stop for us, but good size level sites, and clean bathrooms. It’s off the beaten path, so finding it in the dark was interesting. But the GPS was perfect.

We really liked our stay. The park was very clean and pool was great. Kids loved the bikes. Mosquitoes were bad , but thats nature.

Always so welcoming and the KOA family are always so helpful. I love staying there because of them. The grounds are manicured, the pool is clean and ready to jump in. We love it!

Manager Linda was awesome and very helpful. The area had received heavy rains and the normal route was under water. She went above and beyond to text us an alternate route and was very accommodating to change our site to one that was a little dryer. Will stay there again. A clean park and has areas to walk dogs and runaround. Too bad the pool wasn't open yet.

This campground is beautiful!!! We came here sight unseen. We got the site with the nicest glass table and chairs on the patio. I hardly go inside the RV because I love it so much. It's October so most things are out of season. It's a nice campground with lots of room. We are not piled on top of each other which is so great!! No complaints.... I recommend this campground 100% In October beware of tons of stink bugs. Buy a fly swatter.... it will be your best friend.

I stayed at one of the cabins. It was more than perfect. The cabin was clean and just right for one, maybe two people. I use KOA for a secret hotel room. It cost less, you get more, and you can have a fire every night. The owner here is wonderful and my only complaint about her is she is fixing to retire soon. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
