Great location near many of the attractions including Mackinac Island, waterfalls, pictured rocks etc. The KOA is clean, staff is friendly. Extras that we appreciated was delivery of firewood and ice to site. Also shuttles to ferry for island comes through several times a day. Wonderful stay!

Office staff was funny, efficient, helpful. A good first impression. Arrived with no reservations, had our choice of 3 sites. Site could have been more level. Dump station was clean, but sewer entry could have been lower

Showers are horrible. I actually watched two boys that were supposed to clean the bathrooms. They cleaned their golf cart windshield. Took the trash out. And that was it. We played extra for tv. It did not work and they knew it but did nothing. The matress seemed to be 39 years old and worn out. When confronted they said they knew but they are all the same

The park was ok. The spot they assigned me 75, should never be booked for a 45 motorhome. After successfully threading the needle between trees to get in my spot. While trying to get on the actual gravel pad, I scraped two compartments on a tree that’s trunk jutted out at the bottom. Friendly staff and going through some upgrades at the time. Although very tight RV sites and the utilities are strangely placed throughout the park.

We could not level our coach due to unlevel spot. We could not extend our main awning due to a tree. WiFi was sporadic. Dump station had a pool of sewage around it. Fire ring in adjoining site was within 4 feet of our coach, thank goodness our neighbors didn’t light it. It would have scorched our coach. Water was on the opposite side of the parking spot from the electric.

There are not enough bathrooms for the amount of sites. The WiFi did not work at all. One of the stalls in the bathroom was closed for remodeling but never seen anyone working on it.

The best part of the campground was the pool. The staff forgot to write us down for firewood but then admitted to being in the wrong. We waited 3 hours for firewood. We also had a deluxe cabin which stated it had A/C (normally we wouldn’t care but had a long hot day) and the A/C unit did not work. The television only had two channels, which honestly was fine since we were there to eat and sleep.

Sewer and water pipes on full hookup sites were at opposite ends of our site, so you can't really use them. Campground was just OK. I've stayed at much nicer KOAs.

The koa campgrounds were fair. The spot sites were typical and small. The water lines and power lines and sewer lines were all over the place, however the staff did offer us hose extensions. The place looked messy with lines running everywhere but it was functional...it just drove my ocd a little crazy. The pool area was small and gross with very few chairs and didn't seem heated.

Cable was poor. Bathrooms soso. Not a whole lot of information when arriving. Internet non existent. In the future I would find someplace else.

Excellent location but campsites left a bit to be desired. Our campsite a big stump at the front left of our trailer thst we hsd to walk around constantly. Site was very uneven making it hard to level trailer. North dump station gravel pad was 6 inches lower than the concrete pad with sewer connection on it. The connection was 6-8 inches above that so sewer hose was running up hill.

This is a beautiful piece of property with great staff. The site needs some tender loving care and you can see that they are making improvements daily. I would stay here again.

We loved our two night stay at the St. Ignace KOA! The shuttle bus to the docks was so convenient! The concrete pads for the pull though RV sites were perfect for families looking to gather for meals or just to hang out. The staff was welcoming and happy to answer questions. Thank you so much!

Great campground! Clean grind and friendly staff. Only thing I could say is the first shower in the men's bath house is missing the shower head so the water just came out in a strong mist. The shower was very clean though and the water was nice and hot! From our store you could hear some noise from the freeway, but it's not that loud and you get used to it. 100% will stay here next time!

Great staff. Worked well with customers and their needs. Bathrooms need redone and cleaned more often. Not sure they were cleaned all weekend. Not impressed with people walking around at 1am and flashing lights into tents. Sites are small and tight.

If you have an RV this place is perfect. If you are tent camping stay away. The sites are very small and several were very wet

They parked us on a site that had a large mud hole where we had to exit the rv . They recently cut trees down and left the stumps where you had to walk around them the site was not manicured in any way the picnic table had broken seating areas,in their defense they did bring a load of stone to filll hole as soon as we called the office unfortunately it took multiple calls but they are short handed

Our tent site was just big enough for the fire pit that was completely rusted and crumbling. There wasn’t enough room to have a tent set up and the fire pit with one vehicle. The ground was soggy swamp and full of huge roots. There was no picnic table

While our cabin was clean, the bathroom and camp ground seemed in a state of general disrepair and uncleanliness. The bathrooms were especially problematic with significant standing water in places and a very distinct unclean sewage odor.

The lady working the desk was very friendly. The pool wasn't heated because they had just received the part, the mini golf is run down and needs paint and maintenance. The site 72 - very small site and isn't level (needs fill or gravel at best). No place to park a travel trailer + pickup. The bathrooms need updating, cleaning and toilets secured to the floor. Only stay here if it is full hook-up.

Wish I would of known the water I payed for wasn't going to be at my site but it was at my neighbors sit to hook up and we didn't have a hose long enough to reach. Other then that we had a good time and loved the free putt putt.

Campsite was very small and very close to neighbors. The ground was uneven with limited places to even pitch a tent. The bathrooms were dirty and out of soap and paper towels almost the whole 3 days we stayed there.

Need more bathrooms or more frequent cleaning. Also, the soap was too high for my kids to reach it, which means that every kid that goes in the bathroom themselves doesn’t wash their hands. Everything was fine otherwise.

Very pleasant stay, no loud campers at all, ordered wood and it was forgotten, but im assuming the head of the campground delivered it to us! Very nice staff. Already planning on my next trip back

I was disappointed that, knowing we were coming in late, we were put on a very small corner with no picnic table and rude neighbors and when up by cars basically driving next to our tent trying to get around the corner.

Nice, clean, comfortable cabin in a nice location. Friendly staff. Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until checkout time to grind stumps less than 6 feet from a tent. Other than that a nice experience.

Really enjoyed our stay. The little cabins are nice and well kept up. My only real complaint it that they are a bit pricey.
