When first arrived, our site was full of wet dirt, seemed like someone prior to us had gotten stuck in the mud and made a mess. Bathrooms were a MESS. Not cleaned.

Both the bathrooms were dirty every time I went in them. The floors were wet and dirt everywhere. The showers had things left from previous guest and hairs snd mud in them. The counters at the sink were dirty. At night they were dirty. In the morning. I’m not sure if they were cleaned the two days I was there. I’ve been to a dozen different koas. The bathrooms were always spotless.

We were in a mud swamp, fire pit was full of water, no dry place to walk, finally found an area right by road to put tent up, picnic table in mud falling apart, had to park car across road and price was very high for site. Bathroom not clean!

Nice amenities, especially the free shuttle to the ferry to Mackinaw Island. Our site was very tiny and the bathrooms were not the cleanest and were pretty run down. They did have two dump stations which is convenient for those without full hookup sites.

Terrific staff. Nice, shaded camp sites. The facilities have seen some wear & tear and need work. But we had a great stay!

The site we were on was fairly level , concrete patio was nice but needed back filling and seeding. Was mutty to walk around the area after it rained. Wifi wasn't available for the week we were there. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom facilities were very dirty and nor throughly cleaned any day we were there. The shower was closed for renovation, but no work was being done. The mini golf was rotting and the club handles were all sticky like they hadn't been cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful.

KOA campgrounds are our 1st choice for past 30 years, but this one failed. No wifi or cable TV as advertised. Staff said had been having problems & should be fixed by next day, but we were leaving after that. Didn't offer a reduced rate for our stay; unconcerned attitude. Already had our money, so why should they. Roads full of potholes. They put dirt in them. Washed out some that night w/ rain.

Campground needs to spray for mosquitoes. I expect some but the amount of mosquitoes was ridiculous. Also the cable and WiFi were non existent even though we paid extra for it. The sites are extremely small and very poorly laid out. The electrical for the site next door is half way in to the front yard area of your site. It took over 1.5 day to get firewood after asking 3 times after paying.

Very friendly staff. Well equipped camp store and plenty for our grandson to do while there. We had a large campsite with plenty of space around us and between campsites.

location was perfect for our visit, there was a disappointing arrangement with our site being situated next to a tent site. This was site 98, we were in 99.The tent campers had 3 tents, 8-10 people, 3 cars-used theshared water spigot for washing their feet, hands and brushing their teeth. We were extremely close with our picnic table and fire ring being situated right next to the - Disappointing

Campground was great! Staff even delivers firewood right to your site! Shop was really small, and bathrooms need more cleaning/staff attention on a holiday weekend - only 2 working toilets one morning in the ladies room. But stay was great!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. This was our first stay with KOA. Very nice campground. We plan to return next summer.

We had a great time at your Koa. The staff was outstanding, Lillian was always in the office to help us with our plans for the island and any other tours. All I have to say about Greg is he never stopped working he was always doing something yet he still had time to help give a hand to us. AJ was another great help. Just OK. Huge pothole at exit from campground, and mud anytime the ground gets wet in the camping spots. Really need to invest in a LOT more gravel. Not a bad place to stay, just disappointed in the upkeep of the grounds.

Crammed sites! The guy next to us was so close his head was resting on our slide out when he was sitting by his firepit. It was the summer and the office didn't have ice bags to buy. The pool, though clean, was freezing because the heater went out.

The first site I was given had power on the drivers rear (good) and water on the passenger front. BAD! Got reassigned another site, this time with sewer - plus an up charge for sewer. Site was poorly marked and I initially parked in the wrong site. After moving we discovered the cable didn’t work and the WiFi went out. No discount for the lack of service. Won’t return.

We were pleasantly surprised to have a beautiful wooded semi private site. We were booked to stay at a KOA across the Mackinac Bridge but my husband wasn’t equal to the task of crossing with our motor home. The St Ignace KOA took us in last minute and gave us a beautiful site. The staff was pleasant from beginning until we left. We can’t thank them enough for their extreme generosity!

We were in spot 45. A cabin had recently been added next to it, we didn't have room to sit outside by a fire. The spot would accommodate a 20 foot camper just fine but not a 40. Looks like the facility just needs a good face-lift. Cable and internet were both out.

The stay was mostly ok. Our main problem was we paid for a full hookup site but the sewer was all the way at the front of the site and our hose didn't reach causing us to have to dump by hand every day. No stores around had connections or long enough hoses for us to purchase. Also it is advertised the pool is heated and is clearly not.

The site was small, but nice. We were lucky to have full hook up because the restroom/shower facilities were very dirty. The office staff seemed to be bothered when we were checking in - not your typical KOA hospitality.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We had a couple of connectivity problems, and the managers were immediately on the issues. The 2 new managers (married couple, professionals) on site, along with the owners are in the process of doing a lot of upgrades. They were wonderful with everything. We can not wait to go back and see them and all the upgrades. Patios, new cabins, new sewer, etc.

Nice, clean, comfortable cabin in a nice location. Friendly staff. Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until checkout time to grind stumps less than 6 feet from a tent. Other than that a nice experience.

Really enjoyed our stay. The little cabins are nice and well kept up. My only real complaint it that they are a bit pricey.
