We stayed two nights. We arrived after 2:30 pm. I checked both women’s bathrooms and neither had been cleaned even though the sign says they will be cleaned from noon to 2:00 everyday. I never used the women’s bathroom due to that. My husband said the men’s bathroom didn’t appear to be cleaned during our stay.

The bathrooms were so disgusting and you couldn't tell if they had be been cleaned. They would use a hose to wash down bathrooms... No disinfecting. They gave us a spot that we couldn't fit into and put us beside someone when 90% of the campground is was e.

We just stayed one night but the staff was very friendly and the campground clean.

Again very disappointed by KOA. Pool was closed. Golf was closed. Restrooms were dirty and unkempt. The grounds were not kept up. Other campgrounds in the area were better maintained and more appealing. Staff was not friendly. One positive is the dog park - it was nice and the grass was cut. Waste bags were available.

Check in process was great! The spot assigned was taken so we were given an upgrade. We inquired about staying a third night, however we didn’t hear of the site was available so we left. Unfortunately, I was charged for the extra night.

Only issue with the sites, water hook up is on the wrong side of the site. sewer and electric on the right as it should be water was on the left

Pros: beautiful scenery; nice and quiet. Cons: 1) bathrooms were extremely, poorly unkempt. When we arrived, the bathrooms were already disgusting and throughout our stay, they were never cleaned; 2) as a “KOA Holiday” designation, amenities were not available and very lacking (i.e. pool was drained and not available).

Suzanna is an excellent host. Grounds and sites Need some sprucing up. Workers and management are very accommodating.

Pool not able to be used. Still under “repair”. Have a 38ft 5th wheel with 3 slides. Was in full hook up site. Camp sites are too small and not leveled at all. Showers do not have actual shower heads. They have a kitchen sink type head. Staff are ok- not super outgoing but not awful either. It is close to Mackinac ferry and down town St Ignace. Will probably explore other campgrounds in the a

Campground and amenities EXTREMELY dated. Gravel roads and lots make this stay very dusty. Staff was very nice but thats about it.

Property needs major update and cleaning. We were set to check in and our unit wasn't ready... we were told we would get wood and only got 4 pieces for 3 nights.. No one ever checked to see if we needed clean linen or tp for our cabin. Dog hair in our unit stuck to fold out bed. Bathrooms were left unclean and out of hand soap. Mini gold coarse was falling apart and pool area was a disgusting site

Very nice campground with friendly helpful staff. We love the location since it is centrally located to Cut River Bridge, Soo Locks, Tahquamanon Falls, Mackinaw Island, and of course St Ignace

While we applaud all the improvements you are making to the park, please take time to clean the bathrooms. They really were unclean during our stay. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant.

When we arrived, the host told us if someone was in our spot to notify them as they have had trouble with campers taking the wrong spot. Shouldn't the site be checked and prepped before we get there? Also, the bathrooms were the worst experience at a KOA me and my grandmother have ever had. Really made our last days of vacation long awaiting a fresh shower and facilities until we got home.

Our family had a great time. There was many things to do at the park. You were only a stone's throw away from food stores and lots of enjoyable things for the family to do. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the very hospitable staff.

When we arrived, our spot was already taken by a camper. So we were assigned another spot. After looking around we settled on a open lot. The only problem was that we couldn't identify the lot size. We couldn't identify the actual camping spots. So we just set up our tent in hoping we were in the right spot. despite this problem. The campground workers were excellent people to work with.

The nicest people we came across. They were so helpful and understanding When we were able to check out on time and had to stay an extra day very accommodating. Cannot wait to return back

The employees told us that the weekend (Memorial Day) snuck up on them! The restrooms were still being worked on when we arrived and then they weren’t cleaned for the whole weekend. The sites weren’t mowed when we arrived and they mowed 5 while we were there. 2 of them when customers were gone for the day.

The staff at check in were very friendly Backing our 5th wheel into the sight was a little nerve wracking, due to the amount of trees surrounding the lots. The lots are big and spacious, a good thing. But they are poorly maintained. Our lot had numerous trip hazards, that were quite dangerous, broken tree roots, uneven terrain and piles of leaves from last fall that were never cleaned up.

New management and appeared to 4 or 5 staff....some customers are just slobs and bathrooms weren't always the cleanest, so might be beneficial for management to add more frequent cleanings.... Not a fan of their sewer connectors as camper tube had to be placed in the hole and no way to screw it secure so had to place rocks on top of the tube but seaped when draini

There was a severe lack in communication between workers and managers as no one was able to give us a consistent answer to our questions. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting as they were only cleaned ONE TIME out of the 3 days we stayed there during a crowded weekend. The sites are marked in such a confusing way that people were in the wrong sites and it was a mad house.

The campsite was clean and I always found help in the Camp Store. Susannah was extremely helpful with local recommendations as well as providing my family with help when we had a small problem with our plumbing in our RV. Our family are novice campers and we felt very at home at KOA and will definitely choose KOA again in the future. The bathroom, laundry and shower facilities were a bonus.

Nice, clean, comfortable cabin in a nice location. Friendly staff. Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until checkout time to grind stumps less than 6 feet from a tent. Other than that a nice experience.

Really enjoyed our stay. The little cabins are nice and well kept up. My only real complaint it that they are a bit pricey.
