The unleveled full hookup sites were a challenge. The hookups were toward the front of site, with the water on the entry side of the camper. We didn’t have enough boards to get level or enough sewer hose to reach the sewer but the owner saved the day with extra boards and an extra sewer hose. The shuttle to the island was nice. Our group also had 2 new cabins that were very nice!

Camp site was clean. Customer service was amazing. Get firewood from somewhere else. The firewood provided was wet and didn’t burn great. They texted before closing the office to see if anyone needed anything and would deliver it for you.

People very nice ! But last 3 KOA’s stayed in had muddy gravel lots ,bad and slow WiFi connections . This particular kOA in St Ignace moved us to little better Satelite connection for first 4 days And then last 3 days another lot with little better .KOA needs to upgrade ,we will not stay in anymore unless absolutely have too ! St Ignace Had a terrible terrible big hole coming in to driveway .

Loved the pool and the store. People were friendly and fun to talk to. the sites were clean, and grassy, very big. the 2 things that were strange was the electric pole for the site was right were our door of the camper should have been and our pole was close to the road and our cord was not long eneought to reach it so we had to park close to the road. other then that our stay was relaxing.

Fun campground, great employees… Stayed in the new DK4. Do not unpack your clothes because there isn’t a place for them to go. No shelves, no dresser, nothing. Toilet tank and freezer leaked daily.

We had a great stay. The patio furniture was nice and clean, grass well-maintained, but the WiFi was almost non-existent. I'd give it 5 stars if the wifi were any better.

This years stay was much better than last years. A lot of improvements. Sewers still need to be addressed. People who was working were friendly and helpful. We have booked for next year. Thank you

Large Park with fairly good size spaces & well kept. Many amenities- Loved the oldies music/karaoke on the lawn! If there would have been BBQ hot dogs & chips-wow� Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent location for seeing the sites & Mackinac Island. Ferry shuttle pickup/drop off at the park. Thanks for a great stay@

Stayed 3 nights, Aug 2021. Used showers twice, one shower had no hooks to hang anything up while you showered, the other shower was dirty. Was able to check in an hour early which was nice as we got there sooner than we anticipated. Did not appreciate being text everyday about buying wood.

We had 2 night stay in a cabin. The kids loved the pool and mini golf…..,We all loved the family friendly good vibe! All though The general store could have been better stocked, we made do with the grocery store and dollar store down the street. We plan on staying again.

Very nice staff with a convenient location. Site was a bit odd and could use leveling. Electric hook-up was on one side of trailer with water hook-up on the other - very strange layout which required extra hosing. Cable connector box had a male connector instead of the normal female connector. Site was quiet.

Lots of happy people were staying here in August of 2020. It was rather loud and there were plenty of dogs. But overall a great campground, a decent place to stay while passing through or stay for a few as to explore the area.

Campgrounds is old and run down. Very tight for big rigs. When it rained everything was a sea of mud.

WIFI was a disaster. Apparently they have had problems for years. Overall maintenance was poor. Larger pot hole at entrance never repaired and we were there for 14 nights.

This campground for many is a quick overnight and move on. If you stay longer, the staff are nice, but the facilities are old and in need of updating. One of the dump stations is built higher than most campers, which slows down the process. Wood is supposed to be bought from the campground, but one of the workers camping there was clearly bringing wood in. Not on our stay again list

There are beautiful sites there yet we were put out in the back pasture, not a tree on site! We booked this far in advance to be disappointed by our site.

Our stay was great, bathrooms were clean but the put put golf was really bad. It needs a rework because it reflects badly on the overall camp.

We rented a deluxe cabin. It was great. The staff was great. No real complaints, just surprised at how crowded the sites were to each other and tight parking.

Great location, but older campground. The pull thru patio sites look nice with newly poured concrete patios. We had a back-in full hookup site. Gravel parking area for you rig, but the fire pit area and area around the picnic table was mostly bare dirt and rocks. Looks like they are doing updates in the park but still have a ways to go. Only got a few channels on the cable TV connection.

This is the fourth stay for us, two out of the 4 times our site that they assigned was taken by another camper. We were treated like it was our fault. Cable and WiFi never worked. Improvements are trying to be made, hopefully this helps one day.

Very nice campground. The only downside was that we were in an area with no cable hookup, and we saw most of the other sites had that, so TV and cell reception were practically nonexistent. Couldn't even make phone calls due to the lack of signal.

Staff was very congenial and helpful. Check in was easy. Campground was clean and family friendly. They made camping easy having wood and supplies on hand. We had a great tent camping experience there.

Staff was excellent. From making a reservation and checking in, to ordering fire wood (and graciously accepting it’s return), they were the most pleasant KOA staff members that we have encountered.

Nice, clean, comfortable cabin in a nice location. Friendly staff. Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until checkout time to grind stumps less than 6 feet from a tent. Other than that a nice experience.

Really enjoyed our stay. The little cabins are nice and well kept up. My only real complaint it that they are a bit pricey.
