Managers were great. The grounds were well kept. Lots of helpful info from the office. Our cable TV didn’t work and the technician came out immensely

Just OK. Huge pothole at exit from campground, and mud anytime the ground gets wet in the camping spots. Really need to invest in a LOT more gravel. Not a bad place to stay, just disappointed in the upkeep of the grounds.

Double booked our full hookup site, but did everything they could to make our water/electric site work. Great location!

Crammed sites! The guy next to us was so close his head was resting on our slide out when he was sitting by his firepit. It was the summer and the office didn't have ice bags to buy. The pool, though clean, was freezing because the heater went out.

The first site I was given had power on the drivers rear (good) and water on the passenger front. BAD! Got reassigned another site, this time with sewer - plus an up charge for sewer. Site was poorly marked and I initially parked in the wrong site. After moving we discovered the cable didn’t work and the WiFi went out. No discount for the lack of service. Won’t return.

We were pleasantly surprised to have a beautiful wooded semi private site. We were booked to stay at a KOA across the Mackinac Bridge but my husband wasn’t equal to the task of crossing with our motor home. The St Ignace KOA took us in last minute and gave us a beautiful site. The staff was pleasant from beginning until we left. We can’t thank them enough for their extreme generosity!

We were in spot 45. A cabin had recently been added next to it, we didn't have room to sit outside by a fire. The spot would accommodate a 20 foot camper just fine but not a 40. Looks like the facility just needs a good face-lift. Cable and internet were both out.

The stay was mostly ok. Our main problem was we paid for a full hookup site but the sewer was all the way at the front of the site and our hose didn't reach causing us to have to dump by hand every day. No stores around had connections or long enough hoses for us to purchase. Also it is advertised the pool is heated and is clearly not.

The site was small, but nice. We were lucky to have full hook up because the restroom/shower facilities were very dirty. The office staff seemed to be bothered when we were checking in - not your typical KOA hospitality.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We had a couple of connectivity problems, and the managers were immediately on the issues. The 2 new managers (married couple, professionals) on site, along with the owners are in the process of doing a lot of upgrades. They were wonderful with everything. We can not wait to go back and see them and all the upgrades. Patios, new cabins, new sewer, etc.

Love this KOA. Friendly service. Quiet and peaceful. Free showers! Only complaint is employees computers were down, made check in difficult and felt bad for the employees who still did the best they could with a smile.

Turn off US2 into KOA and first thing dodge a bathtub sized pothole in the blacktop right in the middle 4-6 inches deep.This didn't appear overnight. Should have been at least filled with gravel. Cable TV connection shared by 2 sites. Mine was at the rear of my site on the door side by my neighbor. My 50' cord wouldn't reach, went to office and bought a 10'. Hooked it up, and didn't work.

RV campsite was nice. Enough room and fairly level. Most of the staff were friendly. Bathrooms were dirty. Pool heater was broken and miniature golf course was run down.

The lots that we stayed at are very uneven. Store is very small. Sold us wet wood.

Not very many bathrooms. One shower was down. The bathrooms were dirty.The pool heater and the internet was not working. The office hours seemed to close really early.

Quick overnight. When we arrived our neighbor was plugged in to our water which was annoying. The hook-ups are electric on one side, water on the other. The staff came out to fix it the next day and were very friendly. Not terribly private but less cramped than another KOA I visited.

Wasn’t very happy when we arrived, the manager was completely rude to my husband.we then get to our site, thank goodness we had family staying in a cabin, because our campsite wasn’t right for us to even hang out. Atleast 5 stumps that my child could get hurt on. Not to mention the loud music after we asked the guests to please turn it down after 12am! , and the motorcycles revibg through afte

Not enough staff to keep up with the crowds. Trouble with cable at our site. Both the water and electric were far from the site. Luckily I had an extra long hose to reach the water and just enough cord to reach the electric.

This place was trashy and unkept. There were so many tree ruts that we couldn’t even get the camper level. Fire rings were burnt down…bathrooms were horrible and dirty!

We enjoyed our stay! The patio with chairs and table was really nice and comfortable! Not a lot for kids to do, but we had fun playing miniature golf. Campground was clean and well cared for. RV lots were nice and spacious. Campground is in a great location for outdoor activities an shopping. The pool is nice but weather was not good for swimming unfortunately. Staff was friendly & helpful.

It wasn't a great stay, the accommodations were rustic and tight. There was also a dog that barked excessively, from morning light till about 11PM, many people made complaints about the pet, but the KOA team members shrugged their shoulders and said "we will try, but it's a dog." While they have rules listed, they don't uphold them and that was my biggest disappointment.

Bathrooms needed to be cleaned! The staff was very friendly You should take the Starline Boats off your list. As they have horrible customer service! And your “discount” offered was NOT a discount at all

Not up to usual KOA standards. No sewage connection at many sites. Water & electricity on opposite sides and required long hose. Unlevel gravel sites. Picnic table far away from RV. Barking dogs. Positives were nice staff and the Mackinac ferry shuttle buses pick up there.

Though the workers were friendly, we were disappointed in this KOA. The bathrooms in the back of the park were not kept up on. The showers in the women's bathroom were disgusting and had a ton of hair on top of the mat on the drain. They were not kept up on daily. The shop was very bare and the pool was extremely cold. This place needs a lot of upkeep done. The laundry facilities were nice.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, it was very convenient to buy the tickets at the front desk for the ferry and have a shuttle come pick us up from the camp ground for the ferry boat to the Mackinac Island. Camp spots are a little small.

Packed in like sardines here. Extremely loud neighbors partying outside our kids bunk room until past 11pm. Most unlevel site we’ve ever had. Used all our leveling blocks and still not enough. Pool wasn’t heated so they let the kids play putt putt free. This spot was our only option with availability for our dates so we took a chance on a Koa. First time and also last time. The bathrooms were always in need of cleaning. The sites are laden with holes and tree stumps. Three of the washing machines were broken, I found out the hard way. A positive, most of the staff were friendly and polite.

We were scheduled for six nights. It would have been nice if the site was mowed. Very noisy at this park, garbage at 4:00am was quite loud. The park tractor that is used for everything is also loud, a golf cart would be better. The web page saying to sign in and pay prior and it did not. So I had to keep checking to make certain I was not charged twice. I was told the pool was cold….

There was no ice since Friday 7/2-7/5, the bathrooms where gross and not clean and the pool was broke. I did like that they would bring you wood when you needed it but other then that I will not be back.

Very nice 5 day stay. Staff is awesome, extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. Campground is clean and well maintained. Dump stations are set up the way they should be and with easy access. Location is perfect for all parts St. Ignace and Mackinaw City. Also, just a short trip to Tequamanon Falls. This will be a favorite of ours!

Campground was muddy needs a lot more gravel. The water, electricity, and sewer hook ups need to be on the driver side of the RV. My water was about 40 feet away in another campsite. The electric hook up was on the passenger side of the RV The free Internet was non existent. If I come back I will look at private campgrounds.

The location is close to many things, which is very convenient. However the site are small and tight to get into. The dump site is very hard to access, Otherwise it was fine.

Great place to stay - very close to many fun things to do. Campground was very quiet even though it was full and the 4th of July weekend. Bathrooms were very clean. Pool was clean but cold. Kids had a lot of fun playing mini golf, gaga ball and tether ball. We would stay here again!

Staff was very friendly upon our arrival, Very helpful; they were able to answer all our questions about the campground and some nearby attractions that we were interested in going to. Kids loved all the activities they had to offer, ESPECIALLY THE POOL! LOL. And it's nice knowing that it's a safe family environment for them to go explore. Would highly recommend anyone to go there!

Very nice park. Very clean and nice amenities. Sites are a little too close together, but that was our only complaint.

Nice, clean, comfortable cabin in a nice location. Friendly staff. Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until checkout time to grind stumps less than 6 feet from a tent. Other than that a nice experience.
