Campsites are very very small. Small is an understatement. Feels like you are camping with your neighbors. Had another person in the store complaining they couldn’t get their slides out of their camper because it was too small. Staff is friendly though. Not a kid friendly campground because of how small. This will be a last resort for next year.

My family very much enjoyed our stay. But our site was very muddy the whole time. Thank goodness we had a big rug. We also had neighbors that had very mean dogs, they barked all the. But maybe taking rides around after hours to check up on people. I was Nervous to let let my kids even walk past the dogs. Because the owners could barely hold onto them.

The place is pretty run down. The main office needs to be painted (all the way to the top of the point, not just half way up). The pool is very small. The bathrooms were dirty (expected at a campground??) Hair all over the women’s showers. Gross. They should be cleaned daily if not multiple times/day. The only reason I gave a 3 star is because the two people at the desk were so friendly.

Dirty bathrooms, unkept landscape, uneven pads,$5.00 laundry, way out of line price wise, I understand your location but with your $70 price I would think you would nicer park

We had site 121 for the first 2 nights not a flat spot on it. The electrical box was next to the road. It would be better placed in the center of the lot to give more opportunities to place a camper. Bathrooms and showers are nice.

The sites were ok. The shuttle service to the farrie was great. The delivery of wood was prompt. However, the facilities were in need of repair, and some serious cleaning and updating. The bathrooms were disgusting. It appeared to us the workers were 'over' people, and had an avoidance for cleaning. Not too much friendliness fom KO workers, shuttle personnel and campers were very friendly though.

Nice size spots. Can tell a lot of improvements are happening. Very nice staff. Nice campground. We will stay there again.

One of our favorite places to stay. Only one complaint, please fix the huge pot hole at entrance to park, someone could puncture a tire. We will return many times in the future.

I made a trerservatioj for a pull thru site and upon after hours arrival I found I was assigne a back in site. It was dark and the site was almost impossible to getbinro. No on site help wa available and the sewer hyook up was on the foward passenger side and unusable without at lease 50 feet of hose.

Nice area. Roads were sandy and filled with holes. Heater for pool was broken. Staff was good and polite.

Nice campground and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was with the WiFi not working all the time. I know the campground was working with their contractor to get this corrected but I still expected it to work when I was there.

The pool was not heated as advertised and the putt putt needs some updating. It was nice to have firewood delivered to your site. It was also a bonus to have the ferry shuttles pick you up at the campground.

Site 19. The sites are too close together. The water hookup for the site beside us was right next to our cement patio. We're eating ouside while the neighbor is hooking up water and sewer wthin 2 feet of us. NOT cool! The fire ring was on the other side of the tree next to the road. I do not want to site by the road for anything! We had trouble getting OUT of our pull thru. Will not stay again.

I would not recommend this KOA. It does not live up to the KOA name. Very disappointed in the price we paid to stay here! Grass hadn’t been mowed, no after hours number available (we arrived late and someone was in our site), I paid for guaranteed site and front office gave it to someone else, dump stations are in horrible place (one person is dumping and blocks the entire road so no one can get

The campground needed to be mowed, the pool was not open then opened without the heater, the wifi was not working most the time, the bath house was dirty and the trash was not empty in each women’s stalls, the women’s handicap shower was not working and the handicap stool was rocking. I would like a refund! I will never stay at this KOA again!! I am going to post on Facebook for others be

This is a very nice campground, with a perfect location in the UP. We had a secluded site (no sewer) but electric, water and right next to the WIFI!!! They are very efficient and facilities were clean. They had a mini-golf (needed updating) Pool and playground. Everyone was friendly and if you needed anything (Marshmallows & wood) they were happy to bring it to you!!! Laundry facilities were great

Nice KOA. Definitely can tell they are working at upgrading the facilities and camp sites. We would stay again. Staff was please take and helpful. Toilets and showers were always kept clean. No real complaints. Other than leveling of some sites needing work.

The lot we stayed on was 18ft. Wide. The camper next to us was so close that their storage area was on our carpet in front of the camper door. The lot was uneven and hard to walk on. John had a walker and is disabled and could not get around. They worked on the electric box and never smoothed out the area. I told an employee and no one came to check the area. We were on lot #7.

Hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. Men's bathroom were not clean on Thursday. Overflowing toilet a d paper littered the floor. Dump station was impossible to use causing spillage. Pipe too high. Other amenities were nice. We liked the delivery of firewood. Nice camp store and caring staff.

Nice campground with great friendly/helpful staff. A shuttle for ferry service to Mackinac Island comes right to the campground and tickets are sold at the campground. This is very convenient.

Paid for cable tv. There was no cable tv. Extremely dusty campground roads needed to be treated. Pool was closed. Putt putt golf was poorly maintained. Definitely not worth $60 per night. We will not be back.

Needs serious work, rocks, uneven ground everywhere hazard. Water faucet hook up leaked, pool not open, bathrooms filthy, dump station by bathhouse requires you to empty rv up hill, quite a battle, signs of lots of spillage. Boulders next to dump station create hazard and difficult walking. Very disapointing first time at a koa.

Nice, clean, comfortable cabin in a nice location. Friendly staff. Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until checkout time to grind stumps less than 6 feet from a tent. Other than that a nice experience.

Really enjoyed our stay. The little cabins are nice and well kept up. My only real complaint it that they are a bit pricey.
