Water pressure was very low during our stay. Couldn’t use my shower as there wasn’t enough pressure. Not desired for electric/water site. Otherwise clean and a pleasant stay.

The staff were great and worked very hard to get us a 2 day extension. Our thanks to the ladies who helped us with the extension.

The standard sites are not well maintained and the hookups are not located in useable locations relative to the pads. Overall, the park is old and not a pleasant place to stay.

It's a beautiful park close to some great tourist attractions. If, however, you want connectivity (i.e. Internet), it's difficult to come by.

Best KOA to date! Loved the very relaxed atmosphere and management style...not unnecessarily ridged rules. Campers were quiet and respectful of others as usual.

Nice people, great area, clean park But our site was tight, the steps ended up in the fire pit.

Very convenient location to attractions in the area. Owners were friendly and helpful.However the back area that we were in had no sewer hookups so be careful when booking. Some people were burning wet wood and debris that smoked so ba had to keep our windows closed in the RV and run our AC. Worst were the last people next to us pitched their tent right on our side and played very loud music .

The campsite (140) was not very compatible with backing in a trailer (popup). Trees were in the way, A stomp sticking up a couple of inches, fire pit in the wrong place (I moved it), and the electric an water were on the wrong side for convenient hookup, needed more gravel to eliminate the mud. Neighbors were up to a few hours in the AM hollering and being loud. Lot of good stuff - out of room..

Front office efficient. With rain, gravel roads muddy. Internet at best fair.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Sites were clean but services (electric, sewer and water) were very spread out - made it a little difficult to hook up without extra of everything.

Not pleased with location of both water hook up and sewer drain on site #6. Both way too far away. Water was on complete opposite side of camper and way up close to the road. The sewer line was also way up close to the road. The miniature golf course was terrible. Carpet fairways all torn up. Only upside was that it was free. I stay at many KOA. This was the the worst.

Long line at the forward pump out! Rigs not using the pump out could not exit. Perhaps a KOA employee could direct traffic ??? Another exit???

The campground was great--easy to enter and exit with a trailer, clean and the staff was very friendly. I'll be back!!

Workers were all very friendly and working hard. Quiet campground!! The dump station is poorly placed & causes the only exit road to back up, could use an additional lane there for campers to pass the dump station line. Our site was a tad small for our 35 ft camper, considering where the trees were. Overall, very happy with our stay & would stay again.

Have been there before and I can see they are improving the campground. We will go back. Still need work on leveling the sites and need to fix the pot holes. We did have a good time there.

Felt staff wasn’t accommodating. Tried calling and left messages prior to stay with no return call EVER. No attempt at all to see if requests could be accommodated. Wood delivery was excellent.

Low water pressure in showers, big tree root on site to avoid, all dirt where we were no grass for dogs, friendly hosts

My only complaint is the size and proximity of the campsites. The sites are narrow an don't reasonable fit campers with slide outs. Plus your almost on top of your neighbor. We did enjoy the proximity to St. Ignace. Plus enjoyed Sheplers free shuttles to and from the Ferry and the campground.

Nice place to use as a home base for Mackinac Island activities. Staff is very friendly. Please fix the giant pothole at the entrance/exit.

This is a great campground. Recent improvements make each campsite much more comfortable. Love the new concrete for the picnic table and fire pit.

Electric hook up was 75’ away from rv. Cable did not work as advertised. Internet was next to worthless. With the dump stations set up where they are, you are stuck waiting in line to exit even though you don’t need to use it. I will stay elsewhere when in that area

The campsite we was in was very tight. The water hookup was in our neighbors front door. We was unable to use our water hookup at all. Unless we wanted to disturb our neighbors and invade their area. Not a good lay out and should be fixed.

The set up was weird with the water/power poles. Also the picinic table and fire pit was too close to other site.

Staff we’re friendly and caring! Our site was full of tree stumps which were hazardous especially at night! Great area! Campgrounds are getting better!

The sites had a lot of bare ground and not much grass. Our site #10 was nice size but had an over abundance of trees and not much exposure to the sun. It grew on me after I assured myself it was not going to rain. I was happy to observe all of the improvements that were being made, your map needs updating to show the addition of some of the cabins. The pool needs attention. Staffing was excellent

Really enjoyed our time here. They were very accommodating, allowing us to reschedule our visit from June until July due to a death in the family. A quiet, peaceful campground. The back in site we had was quite private. Many attractions nearby. Will definitely be back!

If you stay here, bring extra hoses and power cords because the hookups are in very strange locations. Dump stations need work. Our two campsites (we had to move due to extending our stay) were poorly landscaped, so if you're looking for a "woodsy" experience, this may not be the place for you. Some staff members are helpful, others not so much.

Site 129 was a mess. The lot was not level, it was rutted with deep tire tracks in the mud six inches deep. It required great effort, boards and blocks to level the camper. The fire ring was moved several times by previous guests, and there was no good place to have a fire. The picnic table was in the way and I had to move it before I could pull into the lot. Location/staff good.

There was confusion with staff in what sites are available and when. Our site had someone in it who had come in after hours and when we arrived after hours as well, we had no where to go, so we parked in the road. In the morning we were sent to two different sites as options because staff didn’t know who was staying where. Front desk staff was late opening the office and not overly accommodatin

The only thing we didn't like was that the back bathrooms were closed for cleaning one morning, maybe about 9:40 or so. We are older and had to rush back to our car and race to the front to use the bathrooms. If there were signs stating what times they are closed, that would have helped. Lot was a muck hole ground mushy under the feet. Trees are not properly trimmed for tall RVs which you advertise the lots as accepting. Ended up staying inside the RV while at campground and did hit a high limb backing in which caused damage to our rig. Only good I can say is you have good web site , available and Location

Everything was well kept and clean. The weekend brought a full campground, but quiet times were adhered to, many nice, friendly people.

Nice, clean, comfortable cabin in a nice location. Friendly staff. Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until checkout time to grind stumps less than 6 feet from a tent. Other than that a nice experience.
