Very pleasant stay, no loud campers at all, ordered wood and it was forgotten, but im assuming the head of the campground delivered it to us! Very nice staff. Already planning on my next trip back

I was disappointed that, knowing we were coming in late, we were put on a very small corner with no picnic table and rude neighbors and when up by cars basically driving next to our tent trying to get around the corner.

When first arrived, our site was full of wet dirt, seemed like someone prior to us had gotten stuck in the mud and made a mess. Bathrooms were a MESS. Not cleaned.

Both the bathrooms were dirty every time I went in them. The floors were wet and dirt everywhere. The showers had things left from previous guest and hairs snd mud in them. The counters at the sink were dirty. At night they were dirty. In the morning. I’m not sure if they were cleaned the two days I was there. I’ve been to a dozen different koas. The bathrooms were always spotless.

We were in a mud swamp, fire pit was full of water, no dry place to walk, finally found an area right by road to put tent up, picnic table in mud falling apart, had to park car across road and price was very high for site. Bathroom not clean!

The bathroom facilities were very dirty and nor throughly cleaned any day we were there. The shower was closed for renovation, but no work was being done. The mini golf was rotting and the club handles were all sticky like they hadn't been cleaned. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Restrooms needs through cleaning, specially the shower stalls. I used the same shower stall and same hair that was stuck in the mat was still there the next day. The hot water for dishwashing was a good idea. The spaces were too close to the next camp spot. The camp ring was between the two campsites. I had to check the other campsite if they have a fire ring before I loaded mine with firewood.

WiFi went out while we staying but only for one night. We went to the island one day, so it was a little inconvenient that the front office/store would close at 8 while we were still on the island.

Very nice husband and wife running the place and sure they'll get it worked out -but, the tent area is flooded, muddy. We looked at six to choose from and still had issues. #15 shouldn't be rented to anyone, terrible spot. The restrooms should have been cleaned twice daily. Urinals were out of order for two days and one of the showers on day 1. The pet park needs cleaning as well.

Firepit full of trash and concrete. Picnic table broken. For $50 a night for a tent site you could have done way better. We will not recommend this campground to anyone. So sad! The state park is beautiful!

We had a great stay! Location was great, campground was pretty and very well maintained. We had a mishap and got our van stuck in mud and the host had us out in no time and in a drier campsite. So kind and helpful! Loved the firewood delivery!

The staff was nice. We understand that weather is uncontrollable, but we were not pleased with the campground conditions or our site options and even asked to cancel. We were told it would not be refunded, however, we learned from another camper that they were refunded due to the conditions of the campground. The bathrooms needed some tlc as well. The huge bugs were gross! We won't be back.

Great staff, clean facilities and convenient location. As a tenter, i appreciate being far enough from road noise to get a quiet night sleep. Too many KOA's are right next to highways or off ramps and they put the tent spots right on the road.

Our site was clean and the amenities were wonderful. I am giving a low rating because I was not impressed with the customer service or the way the staff treated their guests. I felt embarrassed for pronouncing Mackinac island wrong, the staff talked over me when I asked a question and gave a tone of knowing more than me. As a traveler, I want to be guided, not scolded for my choice or questions.

Liked the tent pad (more level than some gravel sites); office staff were friendly and the camp store was good. The laundry facilities were clean. The bathrooms were clean. Overall a good experience; we would return to this KOA.

The sites are not well maintained- some have newer picnic tables, but ours was nasty. Muddy sites. Dirty bathrooms

Our stay was fine other then the bathrooms being total unusable. I reported a toiled over flowing and they said in the office there other toilets and it’s raining so there is nothing we can do. Plumbers work no matter what the weather and no one wanted to go in that filthy bath house. Staying in a one room cabin that was the only bathroom to use. Thank goodness only there for one night.

Little family adventure up north for the 4th. As always this KOA was outstanding and they are in the process of upgrading a lot of things. New potion pads for rv’s, new showers, new wifi.

Told us the wrong camp site number and we had to move. The one we moved to didn’t have a table. We did get refunded for that night but still an inconvenience.

The camp site was terrible the have all the camp sotes piled on top of each other.. The camp site was full.of trees and there was no room for peacefulness... The bathrooms were full of dead mayflies and live ones it was dirty toilet paper every where and they have 4 showers for men 4 showers for woman it was very out dated!!!! I left a day early wnd list out on money very unsatisfied

The campground was nice and the staff was pleasant. However the bathrooms were disgusting my entire stay. The showers smelled like urine and overall lacked cleaning. I was disappointed with this KOA considering the many dozen I have stayed, this has to be the dirtiest one :(

Everything was clean and staff super friendly. I also greatly appreciate Caden for helping us with whatever we needed. He is a great kid and a hard worker.

Pretty nice camp ground beside the fairy hours going off all night long and they need some new gravel in the tent sites! Literally had to call a tow truck to pull my car out of the mud wasn't to impressed but showers are nice and hot.

I am very unhappy I was charged an extra $80 for my campsite to save my spot this was not stated on the website .Also, i didn’t have to pay extra last year i am very unhappy with this company and i will never camp here again !!!

Its was horrible. Over 1000$ for the week. No pool which i made clear when I reserved i wanted bc of the 7 kids we had with us. The whole place was falling apart. Paint peeling everywhere. The tent sites were the WORST nothing but dust. Unkempt in every sense of the word. 1 plug in PER SITE like legit one outlet. The tent was entered when I wasn't there by camp officials the list goes on.. do bett

Nice, clean, comfortable cabin in a nice location. Friendly staff. Perhaps it would be a good idea to wait until checkout time to grind stumps less than 6 feet from a tent. Other than that a nice experience.

Really enjoyed our stay. The little cabins are nice and well kept up. My only real complaint it that they are a bit pricey.
