Located just minutes from Glacier National Park, our campground is the perfect base for exploring dramatic alpine scenery, pristine glacial lakes, and iconic sights like Going-to-the-Sun Road. Hike world-class trails to waterfalls and high alpine overlooks, spot grizzly and black bears, mountain goats, and elk, or enjoy a boat tour, fishing, and swimming on crystal-clear lakes.
Our campground is located a mile away from the East entrance of Going To The Sun Road.
Don't forget about Many Glacier and Two Medicine! These areas are well known for the scenic views and hiking trails!
Iceberg Lake is a turquoise alpine lake in the Many Glacier region of Glacier National Park, famous for its floating icebergs, sheer cirque walls, and one of the park's most iconic day hikes. The lake sits at roughly 6,160 ft and is reached by a ~9.7-mile round trip trail with ~1,275 ft of elevation gain.
The Waterton–Glacier International Peace Park is the world's first international peace park, created in 1932, uniting Waterton Lakes National Park (Alberta, Canada) and Glacier National Park (Montana, USA) into a single protected ecosystem. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for dramatic Rocky Mountain scenery, deep lakes, glacial landforms, and exceptionally diverse wildlife.
Many Glacier Hotel is a historic, Swiss chalet–style lodge built in 1914–1915 on the shore of Swift current Lake in the Many Glacier region of Glacier National Park. It is the largest and grandest hotel in the park, designated a National Historic Landmark, and known for its dramatic mountain scenery and classic national-park-lodge atmosphere.
St. Mary Falls and Virginia Falls are two of Glacier National Park's most popular and easily accessible waterfalls, located on the east side of the Going-to-the-Sun Road. The combined hike is roughly 3–3.6 miles round trip, depending on your starting point, and features multiple cascades, turquoise water, and moderate elevation changes.
