Open Year Round - 9 am until Dusk
All Kids must have Adult Supervision
No Pets inside pool area
Please NO Running on Deck
Be Safe NO Diving. ( Shallow Pool Depth )

STORE HOURS:
Monday through Friday  9:00 AM to 6:00 PM              
Saturday  10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday    10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

VISITOR POLICY:
All Visitors must check in at the front desk and get a CAR PASS - NO EXCEPTIONS.
All visitors must leave the park at 10 PM.
Quiet time is 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

CHECK-IN TIME:
RV - 1:00 PM  Cabin 3:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME:
RV-12:00 PM (NOON)  Cabin 11:00 AM
                                                                                                                            
CANCELLATION POLICY:
RVs and Tent Sites -  A $20 fee if canceling outside of 7 days of the Reservation. Lose the whole deposit if canceling within 7 days of the Reservation.
Rustic Cabins and Studio Lodges -  A $20 fee if canceling outside of 14 Days of Reservation.  Canceling within 14 days of Reservation you will lose the whole deposit.         

WI-FI STREAMING is Available.                                                                                                

PET POLICY:
NO MORE THAN (2) DOGS MAXIMUM ALLOWED IN OUR PARK
NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS Of Any KIND!
NO DOG PENS of Any Kind!
Must be on a Leash.
Must Pick Up after your Pet - PLEASE!  We have 3 doggie bag stations.
No Pets Left Outside at your site without Owners being Present.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS UNATTENDED INSIDE ANY CABIN! 
ANY Aggressive Pets and Owner WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK 

RECREATION VEHICLES:   
Golf Carts with electric motors - need a copy of Insurance at the Front Desk; Driver Must have a Valid Driver's license.
NO ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Four Wheelers, Side by Sides. etc.

Monthly RV sites are on a first-come-first-served basis. Please contact us at 904-964-8484 for more information on our extended stays. If your RV is more than 10 years old you must submit current pictures of the outside to [email protected] to the managers for consideration. We do not allow broken awnings, propped window air conditioners, or broken lights, and all RVs must have insurance and valid license plates. RVs will be inspected at monthly check-in.
NOTE: All Monthly Guests are Responsible for keeping their site Clutter Free and Nice. No Exterior Appliances are allowed. No Tents with Bottoms or Walls on RV Sites. Temporary Pop-Up Gazebos for shade are Ok. Just Remember We Mow the Grass Weekly just about year-round.

We do not allow pet pens at this park. We have a dog park and two dog runs available!

All Campfires Must Be in above-ground fire pits. 
If you don't have one, we rent them for a small fee.
Note:  No building campfires on the ground. It's City Ordinance.

There is a 5 day maximum stay in our Rustic Cabins and Tent sites.

Please there's no need to hurry. Help us Keep the Kids / Elderly / and Pets SAFE while in the Park.

( Please ) It's Your Responsibility to Keep Your Site Clutter Free.
Keep Your Landscaping Neat and Clean of Weeds and Debris.
And Keep Exterior of the House Clean and Looking Good.
We Do Mow the Grass.

Please Keep Sites Clutter Free and Nice.

No Exterior Appliances.

Please Help us Save the Grass. No Rugs and No Parking in the Grass.

Quiet Time Hours are 10 pm until 8 am.
Please Respect your Fellow Campers and let them Sleep. Remember, they are only 50 feet away from you.
