We had a wonderful time at Starke KOA. The events during our Memorial Day stay were so much fun. Make your own sundae, burgers and dogs for lunch. The kids had a marvelous time during the scavenger hunt. My only downside was not being able to use the pool. The campground children were in the pool all day and the pool closed at dusk. Maybe an hour or so after dusk for adults would be nice.

Very courteous staff! Allowed us to have a late departure due to change in our plans! Site was well managed and very clean!

Everyone was friendly except one grumpy old guy going site to site making people move things, lecturing about trash and kids riding bikes. Closing the pool early on a holiday weekend was not cool.

Sorry for your inconvenience. We Try so hard to keep our Guest Safe while in our Park. Especially the Kids. The Pool closes at Dusk for Safty. Imagine staying in a Campground with out Rules.

When we arrived, a gentleman named Joe guided us to our site and was very helpful and nice. Later that day an older man on a KOA golf cart was extremely rude. The pool closes too early and considering that’s pretty much the only amenity and it being summer you would think it would be later. Not very kid friendly either.

Tammy at the front desk was very nice and courteous. Our camp site #88 was very nice, bathrooms very clean, the pool was nice and everyone was super polite and very friendly. We will be going back.

Great camping trip. The campgrounds are kept very clean with grass cut. The staff is always making rounds checking to make sure everything is satisfactory. Quite.

Well run KOA. Quite. I stay there twice a year. Easy to park and easy off and on Highway 301.

Campground was well maintained. The pool area was nice but the website had fishing as one of the amenities. The pond was maybe a foot deep and full of leaves. We were placed in a site with no shade and there was plenty of spaces with shade that was empty and my camper would fit in. I was not giving the option for those site even if I would of had to pay more. First and possibly last stay.

Sorry about the Pond. We have No Rain in a long time. Under a Burn Ban in the area now. Any one wanting to change site's just ask and we will do the best we can to make it confrontible.thanks for staying with us.

Our campsite was incredible! I told the reservationist that we were birders and see gave us the perfect site. The pool and facilities were great and the people were extremely friendly and helpful. I could not be happier. Incidentially, the main reason I picked this place was because of it being a KOA. I needed a stable and quality place with no bad surprises and In know that I can trust KOA.

Very friendly staff and great place to stay. Nice pool, nice dog park, outdoor games. Not a lot in Starke. But the train comes through 4 times a day, twice in the afternoon/evening and twice in the early morning hours. We also had a daily helicopter overhead. And for a small town there were an lot of sirens blaring day and night. Not the problem of the campground, just an observance of the town.

Jeff checked us in...he was friendly, personable and efficient. Another gentleman took us to our campsite and guided us in. The pad was so level, we had to make no adjustments. Even tho we have a party deck, we used the site patio table for chillaxing and meals. We so enjoyed the fire pit, we stayed up past 2:00AM!! Periodically, we did hear the train whistle, but I do like that lonely sound.

�������������������� 5 Stars for this KOA. Everything is clean and well kept. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Just rest and relaxation. The store and front office are open until 8pm!! Best KOA we’ve ever stayed at.

Was great except at checkout on Monday lawn guy got very close to my truck and all dirt etc blew on my camper and truck.They should mow away from people and their property.Very inconsiderate

This is one of the best KOA campsites we've visited so far. QUIET and PEACEFUL are the key words for this location. Great shaded spacious lots with room to relax without being up against another campsite. Well maintained and clean. The kids seem to enjoy the pool as well. K9 had a variety of walking options here trails were nice. The key to this review is that we'll definately visit here again.

We have never stayed here before but we made a reservation for 1 night on our way home to Winter Haven,Fl and so glad we did. This is by far one of the nicest Rv parks we have stayed in. The staff is the friendliest, efficient and the most professional of any we have ever met. The park itself is very well laid out, extremely clean and roomy. The pool was beautiful, the store is well kept and the coffee and donuts were a real treat. We will definitely be back and recommend this KOA to everyone.
