We registered on-line for our stay and when we arrived we had been assigned a site that was not large enough for us and very difficult to get to with our rig. They were able to move our reservation to another site that worked great for us!

We enjoy staying at the Starke KOA. They offer FHU pull throughs. We travel in a 41’ fifth wheel. The site isn’t long enough to stay hooked up but you can park sideways in front of your rig. We don’t like the high cement patios because they interfere with the RV steps (we had to remove the legs completely in order to close our door). The site was not wide enough to move over to avoid the pa

Roads were in poor shape, lots of bumps. Sites were unkept. Hook ups were old and rusty. WI-FI was very slow. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Pool was nice but small, no hot tub. Place needs a makeover.

The campground was good and the staff great.With that said the trains at night (every 30 minuets) was terrible.

We reserved our site last minute as a quick weekend get-a-way. We were told that there was only one site left, so we weren't expecting much. Boy were we pleasantly surprised!! The site that we were offered was fantastic. The back in sites are on their pond and as far as we are concerned are the best sites in the campground. The staff was great especially miss Happy. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks here in Starke Florida. The KOA was kept very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Activities excluded water aerobics, bingo, wine &cheese and one festive dinner. The dog walk at the back of the campground was a nice added feature. Restaurants in the area were nice. Especially the Thai restaurant and the Call Cafe.

We had some mechanical issues and had to stay an extra night. The staff was so helpful and positive about the whole situation, which helped us stay calm and get things taken care of. We REALLY appreciated them so much. The park was very nice and well-kept. Loved all the activities, too.

Great visit. Enjoyed a few days of down time while traveling. Facilities well maintained and staff very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for connectivity then this probably isn’t your place. The ATT signal was about 1 bar most of the time and the campground wifi couldn’t keep up at night when everyone was back from a day or running errands.

This is by far the best campground I have stayed in. The shining star of this place is the activities they provide and the activities director, Happy. The heated pool, cleanliness of the grounds, all top notch. But the sense of community and family that is fostered is wonderful. The activities bring the campers together. We will return to this KOA in the future because of all of these things.

Everything was great until my wife went to play bingo and there was a dog in the hall. Being scared of dogs she left. Signs indicate no dogs are allowed. My wife was disappointed.

I stayed in one of the cabins with a restroom with my kids, and it was clean and cozy! It was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. On Friday night they had a social event around the pool, and we made a campfire and enjoyed the evening! Such a nice touch! I will be back again soon. thank you for all you do. it was a cute little place we loved it!

Best KOA we’ve been to!!! Wine & cheese around the pool was wonderful..,pancake breakfast in the morning!!!! Can we just move here???? Hahaha…we’ll definitely be back! Wonderful staff & beautiful park!!!!

We only got to stay one night at this location but would definitely return. It was a rainy day so we didn't get to fully enjoy our site but it was lovely.

Best KOA I’ve stayed in. Nice balance of RV sites, nature trail, activities for campers, friendly & responsive employees and everything a camper could use!

The campground was well kept and the staff friendly and helpful. The Wi-fi and cable tv worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the rule of no one allowed to have political or racist signs or flags on their equipment or campsite. Wish all the campgrounds followed your lead in this!

this low rating is for one reason -no one should be put on the sites along that wall, first night woke up by trucks leaving coming and slamming!!..second night, listened to compressor and loud power washer from 8-till after midnight never stopped! so loud couldn't hear tv, or sleep, had to drive and get up early next day..horrible this can't be news and that's what makes me mad its inconsiderate

It was clean quiet and run by people who knew what was going on. I will stay there again if I get that way again which is very likely. Thank You for a Great 3 days of camping.

Clean & level sites with cement pads & picnic tables. Staff is friendly. 2 laundry rooms & the heated pool was perfect. Loved all the scheduled activities with the best Activity Director ever. She is s bundle of high, positive energy! Easy walks to shops, restaurants & Tractor Supply next door. Super Wal-Mart 1/2 mile away & very cute historic town. We already booked for the 2023 winter!

Only thing bad about the KOA in Starke, Fl is the train that blows it's whistle all through the night. Everything else is good.

We have never stayed here before but we made a reservation for 1 night on our way home to Winter Haven,Fl and so glad we did. This is by far one of the nicest Rv parks we have stayed in. The staff is the friendliest, efficient and the most professional of any we have ever met. The park itself is very well laid out, extremely clean and roomy. The pool was beautiful, the store is well kept and the coffee and donuts were a real treat. We will definitely be back and recommend this KOA to everyone.
