It was alright. Lots of rules, but nice place to stay. Probably the largest shower I have used at a KOA, which was very nice.

Estimated total for my stay* $81.00 When we arrived, I was charged $90 site fee, $25 pet fee, $50 (refundable) damage fee and a $15 cleaning fee. Total to stay in crappy little cabin with cockroaches $171. Had I known, I could have stayed in a nice hotel. At check out, I complained about the cockroaches and was told that they keep treating the Cabin but they keep coming back.

Sorry for your inconvenience. We give you your cleaning Fee back. Because of the bug problem that has finally been Solved. The total cost of your stay was $106.00 Hope you will come back and give us a shot at a better stay.

I enjoyed the deluxe cabin very much. The campground was quiet, peaceful and very clean. I would recommend it to anyone of any age.

Deluxe cabin was nice and clean, but beware of added charges upon arrival - $15 cleaning fee and $50 damage fee. Got damage fee back after we asked them to check before we left. Don't like hidden fees - be upfront with it. Also damage fee should be damage deposit! Don't like their wording and lack of transparency. Stayed in 5 KOA on my trip and this was the only one not totally transparent.

My family stayed in a cabin and it was nice and the perfect size for us. We participated in a thing they had going on for kids. “Tye Dye shirts” we paid to do it. However it wasn’t tye dye. It was just paint with water. So you can’t wash the shirt you made or it all comes out. I wish there were more to do at this location like other locations.

Everything was very well kept and clean. We stayed in a dry cabin, so this includes the bathroom and showers too. And the staff was friendly.

Loved the cabin w/ bathroom, so comfy. Would suggest adding a full length mirror on back oh bathroom door & a clock. Other than those two items, it was perfect for me!!

Phyllis was absolutely horrid. She knowingly committed fraud with my debit card. My bank even had to get involved and Monday I have an appointment with the financial crimes department at the SPD. So rediculous I have to spend my time dealing with this and has left a horrible impression of all KOAs. This was my very 1st experience at a KOA and I'm so disappointed. Shame of you Phyllis.

This was a honest mistake by a new employee. She give this Gentleman a damage fee back at check out and there was no damage fee paid for this cabin. Realized the mistake and take it back out. Phyllis even talked to his bank to explain. Bank had no problem with the Transaction.

I was pleasantly surprised about how much it had to offer My son loved it . The dog and I had some lovely walks. We will be back. And the camping cabin was great. Thank you so much.

We have never stayed here before but we made a reservation for 1 night on our way home to Winter Haven,Fl and so glad we did. This is by far one of the nicest Rv parks we have stayed in. The staff is the friendliest, efficient and the most professional of any we have ever met. The park itself is very well laid out, extremely clean and roomy. The pool was beautiful, the store is well kept and the coffee and donuts were a real treat. We will definitely be back and recommend this KOA to everyone.
