Streetsboro / Cleveland SE KOA Holiday General Information

Set at the front of your site between the hours of 9 a.m. and Noon. If you have to dispose of anything after this time, dumpsters are located in the middle of the park. Please do not leave any trash out overnight because we do have animals that will get into it and make a big mess.

No electric vehicle charging is permitted on the campground property. Guests must make arrangements to charge their vehicles at an appropriate location off-site.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:

• RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
  
• Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival.
  

Cancellation Details:

• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
  
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
  
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
  
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
  
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
  
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details
  

Please note that Streetsboro KOA does not accept packages or mail at the campground. For your convenience, we recommend using the nearby Streetsboro Post Office (1639 Streetsboro Rd, Streetsboro, OH 44241) for all mail and package needs, offering secure pickup and shipping services during your stay.

Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12. All additional visitors are an extra $10 per person per day. We do require all visitors to the campground to check in at the front office before proceeding to your campsite. All cars must be parked on the gravel and not on grass. All additional cars shall be parked in the parking lot. Campers & their guests have full access to all the campground amenities. 

Day passes for fishing are $10 per person per day.
We do not permit day passes for public use of the pool.

If you have a reservation but arrive after the office is closed, there will be an A-frame sign out in front of the General Store and there will be an envelope with the last name on the reservation attached to that sign.  Inside that envelope will be a map with a route to get to your camp site, and your code to enter through the gate.  If you are staying more than one night, you will need to come by the office in the morning to finish checking-in for your site.  
If you do not have a reservation but are looking for a site to stay for the night, we have Night Registration envelopes on the back of the A-frame sign for available RV and tent sites.  We do not always have extra RV sites available without a reservation.  If there is a site you would like to stay in for the evening, please fill out the Night Registration envelope and put the completed envelope through the mail slot by the front door.  Inside that envelope will be a map and route to get to that available site for the night.  These are only guaranteed available for that one night.
Please do not pick an empty site to stay in without a map stating that site is available, as there may be someone coming in later with a reservation for that site.

Check-In is any time after 2pm for RV's
Check-In is anytime after 3pm for Cabins and Lodges

$5 per hour for early check-in before 2pm, if the campsite is available
No earlier than noon

Our campground maintains quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. This includes barking dogs, loud voices and music. Please keep your music volume so it cannot be heard outside your site.

Our Wi-Fi is 100% FREE and is accessible most places in the park.

We do not allow outside firewood. You are able to purchase firewood at our camp store from 9am - 8pm (we deliver!!).

Our pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. (It may occasionally be open earlier or later, it is best to email [email protected] for exact opening or closing dates each year.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult when in the pool area.
Please do not bring your pets, food or drinks into the pool enclosure. There is no smoking in the pool area.
There is no lifeguard at our pool. You are responsible for your children at all times.
Diving is prohibited.
All children in diapers must wear plastic pants with snug-fitting elastic waist and leg bands.  Swim Diapers are available for purchase in the Kamp Store.

We do not allow outside visitors for pool access.

We do not allow personal golf carts to operate on our campground.
