Staff was welcoming but forgot to give us WiFi password and we only realized once the office was closed. Luckily our neighbours were friendly and gave it to us. Very busy campground with lots of unsupervised kids using pools. Comfortable stay though.

IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PLEASE TO HELP OUT AND EVERYTHING WILL STAY THERE AGAIN SOME TIME AND TELL MY ANY ONE TO CAMP THERE THANK YOU CLIFF AND NINA MALLETTE

Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivé. Le terrain était parfait pour nos besoins. Malheureusement nous n’avons pu faire de feu car la réglementation provinciale l’interdisai.

It was only one night and fine for what we were wanting and the time of year. My husband and I tend to like smaller, less crowed campgrounds with interesting trails to wonder.

This koa had no activities for kids during the week, the bouncy pillow was only accessible if the parent got the key and there was a dumping fee. Compared to other koa's we would not want to go back to this one.

Stayed at this KOA for four nights. Very quiet and well maintained. This KOA has two pools and a splash pad. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend .

Sites were extremely small. We were only at our campsite for the evening. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff!

Loved the water & electric sites. Lots of room, flat grass, clean washrooms & covered shelter all right there. Lots for kids to do. Very friendly staff.

We always enjoy our stay.have been going there a couple times a year for the last 4yrs. 2 things I will mention is since went to koa miss the late check out. It was a great feature before it went to a koa. $10 extra and can leave anytime before 5pm. We did it everytime. 2 the whole being taken to our site. We have stayed at alot ot different campground and no one else does this.

I love Sussex but the campground was so cramped. Our tent site was tiny with no space between our neighbours.

Loved our stay. So much to do to entertain the kids. Wish we didnt have to get a key everytime we wanted to use bouncy pillow.

THEY ARE CONTROL FREAK!! TOO MUCH OF RESIDENT STAY THAT CONTROL THE SITE !! KID WAS NOT ABBLE TO GO JUMP BY THEMSELF ON THE JUMPING MAT THEY NEED AN ADULT WITH THEM ALL THE TIME!!! MY CHILD OF 8 YEARS OLD HAVE BEEN PUNISH BECAUSE HE WAS RIDING HIS BICYCLE TO FAST??? AT 8YR OLD !! THEY MAXIMIZE THE SITE SO MUCH THAT WE ARE SQUEEZE ON THE OTHER CAMPER! NOTHING FROM WHAT I AM USE TO WITH KOA!

A disappointing visit. Camp site was nice size with lush grass but so sloped that we could not level the motorhome even with our hydraulic jacks. The promised WiFi as so slow as to be completely unusable from any point in the park. No WiFi was available at the site. Campground personnel were quite apologetic about the WiFi making it clear that this was an ongoing problem.

Only complaint we have is how a situation was handled. We brought it up to the staff and it wasn't dealt with. A 5/6 y/o was free roaming into our cabins/tent, had a knife playing with our kids and was at the pool unattended. Disappointed that nothing was done about the situation. Made it harder to enjoy worrying about this kid. Parents didn't care. Staff didn't even speak to them about any of it.

We found the campground very clean and well maintained. We were disappointed that the drive-in was an extra charge. The booklet we were given when we checked in had a page outlining the movies playing and led us to believe it was included in our lot price. There is also a pic of the drive in on the front of the booklet and it is highlighted on the website. Wifi doesn't work.

I was dissatisfied with the lack of bathrooms for campers who need the ( ie: tent trailers and tenters. The only washrooms were near the seasonal campers who already have 3 way!

We only stayed here one night on our way back to Ottawa. The staff in the office was very friendly and the washrooms were very clean and the showers were hot. We do find this campground far too open with few trees and very little privacy. It served the purpose for overnight, but we wouldn’t spend any time there.

Upon arrival, the experience did not start out so great . When we arrived we found that the campsite hook up was 50 amp with no 30 amp alternate / and we had no adaptor to bring the 50 amp down to the 30amp requirement for our trailer . These sites were newly upgraded . After some very tense moments ... we were provided with an extension cord so that we could at least have power for the evening,

Wonderful staff. Clean washrooms. Loved our lot. Really enjoyed the 90s dance. We have no complaints. We will definitely be returning.

Park was clean, staff was friendly But the price for a cabin for one night($90) which is only 3 really uncomfortable beds and no running water is a overkill. You could book a hotel room for the same price. We will unlikely staff again at a koa because of that.

We will not return to this campground and have already convinced others not to go there this summer. The employees are incredibly rude and uninformed; none of the washrooms in our end of park were operational so we had to walk 7-8 minutes to nearest one; there was a party across from us that was not shut down until 2am, etc.

This was our first time to the Sussex KOA and we will definitely be back. The lots we stayed in were spacious, close to washroom's which were kept nice and clean, and the playground. Loved the pools too. We just need to make sure to catch a movie the next time!

Disappointed that the wifi was not working. We count on that as part of reason we stay at ka. Check weather and book our next campsites.

What an amazing campground!!! Stayed with my family for one week an we had a blast. Campground and Bathrooms were impeccable!!! The owner, Don, even swung by one night asking if everything was fine!!! How is that for service!

tranquile, pour adulte et une tente c'était trers bien. Cinéparc juste a coté du camping. employés sympatiques petit hick et je les ai avisé : la poubelle de la salle de bain ne fut pas changer pour deux jour, donc je questionne le nettoyage de la salle de bain meme si elle paraissait propre. bien positionner proche de la high way, ce n'était pas si bruyant
