It was okay. Seemed more like a trailer camp rather than a campground. Internet next to non existent. They said it was being worked on.

It was OK because we knew other people going. Both "heated" pools were freezing. Both drive-in movies where 14A, Not family appropriate. Early show should have at least been a family PG movie. Not sure if KOA runs that. Site was good. Over nighters in the middle of seasonals is weird. There were a lot of LATE loud deck parties going on. Feels unwelcoming for an overnighter.

My Wife and I had A great time the only issue was we were in the middle of a field. it didn't feel like we were camping it need more trees. The stay was great and the staff were amazing,kind and real easy to deal with.

It was great, people at campground friendly, staff at check in very immature, owners should really give them some customer service training.

Ninety five percent of the park was filled with permanent or seasonal residents. Travelers, such as myself, were given minimal service with minimal effort. I was hugely disappointed considering the fantastic people and service I have found at every other KOA campground.

It is a very busy campground. There a lot of seasonal trailers in this campground.

We were unable to hook up to the sewer service because it was behind and uphill from the only portion of the site that was somewhat level. Friends we were travelling with had to leave a day early because they received word that that his father was critically ill. They were not offered a compassionate refund for the unused night. His father died the day after they got home.

Friendly. Wifi is very poor. Bathrooms were extremely clean. Gated, but everything closed at 5pm. Staff unable to help with simple requests

Our site was muddy and the washrooms weren't as clean as we like. Otherwise very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was told we could not assigned dry parking as we were 2 familly travelling we wanted to be together and wen we got there we had # and could not be together but the. Again all 2 nights no trailer were on each side of me or the front. Picknic table were assigned also and from what i seen 2 camper each had 3 picnic table each? This was our 2 time staying for balloon festival and will not go again

We Were travelling through and we glad to have a Kabin. The door could be a little more tightly fitting. But it was clean and dry.

Great time really liked the site and everything was clean. I was disappointed the bouncy pillow for the kids was broken but hopefully they will get that fixed for next year. Pool was great and activities for the kids was great. Cant wait to come back!

There no activities for kids except for the wagon ride. Playgrounds were small compared to every other campground we have been to. Jumping pillow was not working. The only positive was the drive-in movie theatre.

Really wasnât happy with how support was provided. We expected a fabulous weekend and only stayed 1 of the 3 nights because of the services. Need to find better customer services.

This is the only KOA in New Brunswick and is a very nice park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The town of Sussex is a gem and Alma is well worth the drive for lobster and other seafood. Would love to return.

Overall it was just ok but then the noise of some loud campers went on until past 2am. I'll look for a different campground if I come back this way in the future.

Clean bathrooms. Level site and easy hookups. Bounce pillow broken. Tetherball broken. No coffee or other breakfast starters. No wifi at site, only at a couple hotspots. Price was a little high compared to location and amenities. Answers by staff were mostly no or I don't know, but they seemed nice enough. They escort you to your site, which seemed a little weird.

We were only there overnight, so, it served our purpose. It was easy to get in and out of with a big rig. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean, well organized KOA. Was disappointed no drive in movies thru the week, so I guess we will have to come back for a weekend stay to catch a movie. Well located to enjoy the many things to see and do in the area. The pull Thru site gave us more then enough room for the truck and the motorcycles once off-loaded. Would book again if we plan to be in the area again.

What an amazing campground!!! Stayed with my family for one week an we had a blast. Campground and Bathrooms were impeccable!!! The owner, Don, even swung by one night asking if everything was fine!!! How is that for service!

tranquile, pour adulte et une tente c'était trers bien. Cinéparc juste a coté du camping. employés sympatiques petit hick et je les ai avisé : la poubelle de la salle de bain ne fut pas changer pour deux jour, donc je questionne le nettoyage de la salle de bain meme si elle paraissait propre. bien positionner proche de la high way, ce n'était pas si bruyant
