People where friendly for sure. They need to clean up a bit for sure. The internet was down for the day but no one to cared.They have to understand that people this day and age dependon the internet for everything. I would have to say I don’t think I would stay at this park again. In saying that there are a lot of other parks we have stayed at that are not KOA that I will not stay at again eithe

I made my reservation lots in advance & received my confirmation email stating our stay was 2 nights and the dates were correct. Then a week later i get a 2nd email stating that our stay was just one night. I called and got it corrected. Then we arrive and someone was on our site. Then we get woke up at 8am on the day we were checking out due to lawn mowing on our site. Too many other issues to me

I was parked in a pull thru right next to a playground (30 ft) where children were playing on a jumping bladder. The kids were having a great time but I was not warned of and would have much preferred a more peaceful setting. I think that closed down about 9pm. My wife and I went to bed about 10. Shortly thereafter loud music and yelling occurred directly behind us and continued until about 12.

Essentially a trailer park for permanent, cluttered, crowded, travel trailers. A few transient sites on unlevel soft grass. The sewer pipe on our site was above the bottom of our wet bay and a good distance away. Roads were narrow and poor. Cow pastures nearby. WiFi nonexistent. On the positive side, a very nice staff. Should have stayed at the National Park.

Love this campground! Only one thing this time was the screaming children every morning starting at 6 am and not stopping. But other than that is was an awesome time!

Average place. Needs some work. 75% of the park seemed to be seasonal campers. Pool was ok. Jumping pillow required adult supervision, very inconvenient. However, washroom & shower facilities very clean! Very strict cleaning schedule! Quiet place.

For the price, it's the most expensive campground in the area, wifi should be available at every trailer like it used to be. Also for the price I pay for a weeks stay, my parents should not have to pay $8 to come and visit me for an hour

Pool was dirty with leaves and a dead frog. Lot was mostly dirt, not as much grass as advertised. It also rained which made it quite muddy. One pool was down for maintenance while we were there and a smaller one was closed. My kids refused to go back in the other one after they found a dead frog. The playground and bouncy pillow were nice though

very nice place to stay. Just overnight this time, but would do it again if time allowed. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Grounds were very clean and well groomed.

It was our first time and unfortunately we didn’t get to experience much that the Campground had to offer due to rain. The drive in was broken which was disappointing as we were really looking forward to seeing an outdoor movie. Although it rained it cleared off at night. Complaint - we were asked to move a vehicle off site that was on a very large site and wasn’t even close to the neighbour

There were not a lot of children's activities scheduled. The staff in the office did not seem like they were kept in the loop about activities. Everyone was waiting on information. 50/50 numbers were not posted by the check out time on Sunday. Not my favorite visit. It was Halloween weekend but I didn't see any decorations up outside of the office. Extreme lack or organization.

We stayed 2 nights and liked it a lot. At the desk, people were very friendly and helpful. The washrooms were very clean and well kept and the grounds were also well kept.

We paid 52 dollars a night for two nights which was more than we have ever paid at a campsite as it was a local flea market that weekend which we expected to attend. We arrived a day early so the lot was available however they then told us we should have paid 69 and not 52 We paid but we’re not happy

The drive in movie was unique but only operates on weekend and $25. a carload seemed quite high. Staff not very hospitable.

Nice clean and well run campground. Two minor areas of concern - WiFi connection very poor and washrooms not near our campsite.

Really far from washrooms for children and people with medical concerns. Washrooms need to be better marked. Campsites very unlevel. Staff friendly, pool good for children. Aimed more at seasonal campers rather than other campers.

We had a newer upgraded 50 amp site. Unfortunately the utilities were really offset at the back of the site, and still rather uneven due to not being packed down yet. In time it would be good. The ice cream in the office was nice. the washrooms were nice and big. Signage for the KOA is not complete, seeing that they bought the property 3 years ago.

I wasnt overly impressed with our stay. There was nothing horrrible but it wasnt the greatest for the price of the campground. It was more expensive then most others and it was hilly and close together. The kid pool was broken and not stated anywhere and it states online that there is a barn and thats not accurate. There was more to do with the lawnmower and drive in that wont fit here.

We love Sussex and staying at the KOA, only disappointing thing is no wifi and we can't get any tv channels either. Staff is very friendly, Park is very clean and well run. Will stay again

This property was overpriced by comparison to other places in the Maritime region where we stayed. The grounds had bits of trash strewn around, the roads were not level and collected massive puddles after a rain.our site had apparently been used by a more permanent resident because the grass was dead or gone on the awning side, which made it quite muddy. Overall impression was seedy.

We only stayed 1 night but the campground manager was very acomendating when we didn't have the correct electrical cord. We borrowed one of theirs. Thank you again.

This KOA is full of seasonal campers who think they own the place . Its run down and very little maintenance is done . Quiet time is midnight so all the seasonal campers party till then , while travellers are trying to get rest . KOA should pull there franchise from them . Avoid this place

What an amazing campground!!! Stayed with my family for one week an we had a blast. Campground and Bathrooms were impeccable!!! The owner, Don, even swung by one night asking if everything was fine!!! How is that for service!

tranquile, pour adulte et une tente c'était trers bien. Cinéparc juste a coté du camping. employés sympatiques petit hick et je les ai avisé : la poubelle de la salle de bain ne fut pas changer pour deux jour, donc je questionne le nettoyage de la salle de bain meme si elle paraissait propre. bien positionner proche de la high way, ce n'était pas si bruyant
