Sussex KOA is the best campground around! It’s clean, the lots are very spacious! lots to do for the young and old! The staff are very friendly and helpful! My family enjoy it so much that it was our 4th stay this summer!

Stayed at the trailer park for halloween in august, was a great time! Isn’t our first stay, and will definetly not be out last! Looking at possibly going seasonal for next year!

It’s the nearly the most expensive and least space and privacy of any stay we’ve ever had. Slightly better parking lot than liberty harbour in NYC but lacking the valid reason for the inflated price parking lot.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our pricing is competitive to the market we are in. We offer 3 playground, 3 pools, a jumping pillow, walking trails, prime location between Fundy National Park and Fundy Parkway and next to the Drive In Theater. Maybe you can stay more than one night next time and enjoy all our many offerings:)

Staff were not friendly they were trained to ask questions about the sewer hookup not once but at least five times did I have an elbow or donut. Not required when I responded with a yes at my first contact. The site had the grass cut but absolutely no trimming was done. It was not a friendly visit. It was well off the beaten track. I will not visit on my return.

tout c est bien passé les terrain sont très bien entretenues tout est propre appart nos voisin saisonnier qui aimer fêter un peux fort tout comme leurs musique rien a redire

I found this camp ground to be more for adults. Wifi should be free Staff were friendly I recommend doing more for kids, games etc

East check in. Well maintained lots. Very helpful & pleasant staff. All in all a fun time. Already booked a return trip.

Grass on the tent sites was really long and the bathrooms in the section were constantly locked

This was our 3rd time there this summer and it was great at usual. Our only complaint would be hearing the train go by and the downpour, but at no fault of your own. We love the KOA and will be back!

Our site was not grounded, leaving me to get shocks whenever I put 2 hands on the trailer. Will not recommend

RV arrived after midnight and made a ton of noise setting up - with banging, cranking, lights shining our tent and loud talking. We may only have a tent but I'm paying for a water/electrical site...same as then. Complained at the office and got a "don't care" response. I've sent an email asking for a refund and when asked by friends how I liked your campground told them it was a bad experience.

Beau service, les installations sont super et propres, merci pour les grandes douches. Le seul point négatif est la proximité de l'autoroute et de la rail du train

Very friendly staff super flexible and helpful. This campground was very clean and quiet. My children enjoyed the playground and we loved that the drive in was right there as well!

Our family had a wonderful time. Lots for different age groups to entertained. Thumbs up for the basketball court- lots of time spent there. The jumper was new and great for the kids. They loved hanging out at the pool. The drive through was the bonus. The staff are so amazing, helpful and warm. We will definitely visit again and recommend there to others. Thumbs up- it was AWESOME!!!!!

This is a great place for kids…lots to do and lots of new friends to make. We did find the lots a bit small and the majority of campers were seasonal

This was our first time camping here. We went with our grandchildren. They loved both pools, the playgrounds and the bouncy pillow. It was clean, people were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning. The kids also enjoyed the wagon rides. I do like when they are held in the evenings better than mornings though.

We have it there always a blast. Staff awesome friendly. Even when office closes security let us know if we need them ask for wood or ice. Also very clean and beautiful

Great service, clean level lots. Nice size. Amenities are clean and well taken care of. Washrooms and showers are clean and cleaned every few hours. Only one small complaint, not enough dumpsters close for garbage. However when I asked where the dumpster was the employee offered to take my garbage for me, saving me the long walk across the campground

We had a great stay. We did feel the wifi rates - per device, per night were more expensive than most camps.

It was pretty good BUT the area we were tenting in needs the lock on the bathroom changed. The door would get locked constantly so the whole area was down to one bathroom most of the long weekend. Maybe put a eye-hook latch. The sign posted for first bathroom clean at 9:30am and we waited hoping the door would get unlocked but no one showed until 11am. Kudos out to Brody for his customer service.

Wonderful stay. Lots of activities for the kids and adults, the staff were very helpful and accomodating. Washrooms are a great size and normally very clean...except our last evening. No paper towel all evening/night and paper bits built up quite a bit on the floors.

Enjoyed our first stay last weekend that we booked for this weekend, even enjoyed it more so we booked for next weekend as well! Everything is clean, lots of friendly people and so many things to do for the young and the old!

Only one complaint was women’s bathroom by the field/cabins was locked most of our stay so we had to use the men’s washroom (one toilet) or walk further. The door is easily locked if turned when leaving so it kept getting locked. New doorknobs should be installed so this is not an ongoing issue. I also find one men’s and one women’s stall not enough for all the people in that area of camp

What an amazing campground!!! Stayed with my family for one week an we had a blast. Campground and Bathrooms were impeccable!!! The owner, Don, even swung by one night asking if everything was fine!!! How is that for service!

tranquile, pour adulte et une tente c'était trers bien. Cinéparc juste a coté du camping. employés sympatiques petit hick et je les ai avisé : la poubelle de la salle de bain ne fut pas changer pour deux jour, donc je questionne le nettoyage de la salle de bain meme si elle paraissait propre. bien positionner proche de la high way, ce n'était pas si bruyant
