We live coming to stay at the Sussex koa, however we wish the check in was earlier so we really get our money's worth and get to enjoy the whole day

Hi Matt! Thanks for staying with us. Glad you enjoyed our park. Our check in at 3pm is an allowance for us to ensure the park and campsite are ready for when you arrive. We are a large campground and need the extra time to get everything ready after check outs to make sure everything is perfect.

Just we didn’t have hot water to wash dishes. But had a great time anyway. Will definitely come back.

When you have events at the drive in place food trucks away from the campground as their generators are very disturbing to campers

Hi Brent! Thank you for staying with us. Sorry about the noise from the generators. They were only here from 11am-5pm. Next time we will place them on the other end of the Drive In Area, to ensure they don't bother the campers! Thanks for the feedback.

We had an awesome campsite. Very friendly campers, beautiful walking areas.conveniant to ball diamond to watch games, handy for yard sales.

We had a good experience, lots of activities for the kids. We also were able to switch sites to be close to a friend which was so great. Sites are slightly closer together then I am used to but campground was quiet and well run. Very good attention to cleaning with covid protocols.

It was quite expensive at $68/night and the lots a very hard to get in and out of with bigger units,because of trees and posts that had the lot number,there were no trash cans or trash pickup, the website said "free wifi" at the time of booking and once you get there you have to pay for it.

No garbage containers , too expensive , lots are too small and roadway too congested and trees scrape your coach sides on entry and exit No room to park your vehicle

Hi William! Thank you for staying with us on May 21st in site #56. We looked into the trees' and they have budded out for spring and grown a great deal since last year. We will have them trimmed back right away. Our 3 very large garbage dumpster sit at the front of the campground.

Staff was friendly, site was amazing. We where closed to the bouncy pillow and did not have any seasonal around us. We do find that the quiet time is late. Wash room where cleaned but did not have paper towel for 24 hours in men's. When it came time to check out, I mentioned that the NB rebate was not put on my receipt, they found all kind of excuse not to give it, so pointless and over prices...

The campground was well organized, clean, the playground with the jumping pillow was so close to our site and the kids loved it. Lovely area, lots to do, will come back.

Everything was amazing love the little shop abs the drive in and the site only reason I gave a 4 star is water pressure was very low was hard to shower in the trailer but they are aware and looking at the problem :D

Love my koa but this koa is not the koa standard I think. The stuff was rude and the wifi didn't work from day 1 but everyday they said it was getting fix. We were booked from Sunday to the following Monday. On Friday they told us we had to move campsites and were very rude about it. I never heard of having to move half way during your stay. Love my koa but this is the first I didn't like.

Our stay was really great! The only downside, and its a pretty big one in my opinion, is the policy for the bouncy pillow. Its such a nuisance to get the key so your kids can jump and as soon as the gate is open random kids come and you then feel responsible for them. Its a crappy crappy policy and the only campground with this policy that we've stayed at. I wish it would change.

Great stay. Check site 35 water. When we got up on Monday our water hose was frozen solid, I could get the water to run out of the tap for the site next to us. It probably has unthawed, but I thought I would mention it. We will be back.

We had paid for a pull thru but the power did not work. Was put into a back in and did not receive a refund for the difference. Was nervous about the drinking water. Had a strong smell of sulfur. The staff was friendly. The area was clean. Garbage bins are at the end of the driveway. There should be some around the campground. The bins at the end of the driveway were very full.

Understanding that this campsite is near a busy highway and train tracks and their associated noise, campers in 2 cabins were extremely noisy and obnoxious (loud music, yelling and foul language) for the evening of September 4th until 1:50 am of the 5th. They were advised by staff at 12:50 am to quiet down but continued until 1:50 am. Another camper was surprised by the slow response of staff.

The lady greeting me was very snippy and quick on me. Made a reservation that was approved by phone and she said the two sites I reserved was not available anymore. She accommodated us with different locations but trying to blame the online system. Again, I called to make the reservation. Lot of parties after midnight so if you have kids, make sure to considering this. 3 PM checking is not cool

The park itself is very family oriented and nice, the only concerns were with the season as they were very rude and party late. We were put near the coaches corner and apparently they are known for partying so unsure why families with small children were put in this area.

We had a great time at the KOA in the past and I've recommended the KOA to friends many times. Firstly, we were assigned the wrong lot #238 and had to move #236 due a front desk mistake. Then the front gate fell on my truck and did significant damage. My wife swiped the card and proceeded to drive through the gate and it fell on my truck smashing it. Entire front of the truck was through!

Reviews from customers are sometimes biased and tainted. This customer ran the gate and it was caught on video. He even called the RCMP and they left after seeing the video, customer was liable, not us.

Emplacement du camping entre l’autoroute et le train, très bruyant. Pratiquement pas d’arbre, peu d’intimité. Règlementation oppressante par rapport aux aires de jeux pour les enfants.

What an amazing campground!!! Stayed with my family for one week an we had a blast. Campground and Bathrooms were impeccable!!! The owner, Don, even swung by one night asking if everything was fine!!! How is that for service!

tranquile, pour adulte et une tente c'était trers bien. Cinéparc juste a coté du camping. employés sympatiques petit hick et je les ai avisé : la poubelle de la salle de bain ne fut pas changer pour deux jour, donc je questionne le nettoyage de la salle de bain meme si elle paraissait propre. bien positionner proche de la high way, ce n'était pas si bruyant
