Super place, super nice staff only down on our stay was a barking dog next to us, the owners left the dog in there trailer and would leave for 2-3 hours and the dog would bark for 2-3h!

Really enjoyed the family atmosphere and the connection to the drive-in theatre. Some sites could be levelled better.

Dogs barking incessantly until 2am as they were left alone while owners went elsewhere. Drunken adults cursing and yelling around 1:30am. Tiny pool. Kids needed a key to use bouncy pillow. Have never run into this before. Positive: the call to let me know the office would be closed upon arrival was appreciated. Drive in movie theatre looked cool.

Hi, we offer one large pool, one small pool and one wading pool! Perhaps you missed the larger pool! Unfortunately we can't control people's behavior and we are a dog friendly park, people should be responsible for their pets as they should with their children.

We have stayed at KOA all over the USA and Canada. This KOA surprised us for it is really a trailer park/camping park. The bathrooms are insufficient for trailers and campers. The toilets were disgusting and rarely could you flush them. The bathrooms were unsanitary at best. Note the 14 day cancellation policy. No refunds. Quite costly. KOA should be ashamed.

Hi, our bathrooms are cleaned 2X daily. Our park like others in the region are comprised of seasonal's and weekenders as there is not enough traffic to fill any park locally with transient traffic. We abide by KOA's cancellation policy which is 48 hours and not 14 days.

This location is great. Staff was accommodating regarding uneven campsite and allowed me to move. I think the drive in is a great amenity I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the drive in. It's a great flash back to a forgotten era! Wish my boys could have done it. Timing just did not work out. Pools were great. My basketball fan has able to enjoy an actual street court. Well done!

Too many seasonal campers and all there junk

Hi, our site offers divided areas for weekenders and long term guests so that the interaction is kept to a minimum. All campgrounds in this geographic region offer both types of services as there is not enough volume to support only weekend traffic.

A complete lack of internet communication, so be prepared. WIFI is shown as available but connection doesn't happen. The larger of the two pools has very cloudy water and while this may be attributable to the local water system, I'm not convinced. VERY full over the weekend but overnight fees were much higher than comparable KOA locations.

Hi, we have made adjustments to the internet this past week with new AP's. This is the first year with fiber so we ask your patience in improving this experience. The water in the pools is fine, we check all levels daily.

Nice quick getaway. Bathrooms are so nice and clean as was small pool. Large one was closed for maintenance. Firewood was crummy and expensive. Loved being close to the drive in and not far from home.

Hi, we upgraded the Wi-Fi access points on July 24th! We brought in Fiber and all new networking gear this year. It's a large task to provide Wi-Fi to an area filled with metal boxes, leaves and various elevations! Come back and try it out! Most are streaming Netflix now on the premium package!

We were put on a lot that wasn’t big enough for our trailer and still give us someplace to park and use our fire pit. Our lot was also just rough dirt. There was not much left to the lawn. The ladies showers there was so little pressure I had a hard time rinsing the shampoo out of my hair. The power keep flickering while my son and I were in the shower.

Worst KOA that we’ve stayed in throughout North America! Avoid! About 75% are seasonal residents. Caused us to rent a full service $76 site for our Teardrop. Could barely drive bc swarming kids were playing on the road. A parking lot not a campground. Picnic table distance between next camper. No shade. Noisy. Dirty facilities. No water pressure. Most $ for non-holiday KOA w/least benefits.

Hi, unlike other areas of Canada and the US, the campgrounds regionally are comprised of seasonal and weekender lots. We are in fact 50/50 not 75% and we have separate areas so that the two do not mingle and that you feel the experience of a true KOA campground. We are a family campground and many kids travel with their parents, this is a positive item and should not be viewed negatively!

This is a really neat KOA with a drive-in theatre right beside the campground facilities and part of the same ownership. Wi-Fi was spotty, but I spoke to the owner and he has had fibre installed to the campground and has three more access points to be installed by the end of July (2019) that should remove the remaining areas with poor coverage. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Washroom not too clean. Water pressure in shower horrible. Site confusing . Very ''parking lot'' style

Hi, we have staff who clean our facilities in the morning and around 5pm daily. If you found it in such a state, please notify staff and we will gladly re-evaluate and re-clean. We have lots of kid traffic in these areas!

Great location. Short drive to St. Johns, St. Martins, Fundy National Park, etc. Unique in that it is co-located next to a drive-in theater (adjoining property). Owners working hard to upgrade the facilities with paved roads and wi-fi. All staff were friendly, professional and courteous. Definitely stay here if you are visiting the Sussex area.

Campground sites nice...not too close.grass. open area. Most of campground appeared to be full time or permanent with widened decks.

No Wifi available, but lead to believe it was by staff. Other campers confirmed that is was not available at all. The Laundry facility was not available when we were there. Very pricey for the facilities.

Operators were very friendly and helpful. They were having wifi difficulties that were not resolved during our 3 day stay. We could not get any service which was frustrating. For some reason the grass was left way too long on our site.

Hi! We just upgraded from DSL to Fibre internet. Providing Wi-fi for 345 sites on different elevations and thru the structures of campers is tricky! More access points were added since your stay and we now have folks running NetFlix so the bandwith is good!

We really liked this campground but we couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work. Otherwise, we would have given it five stars.

Hi! We just converted from DSL to Fibre and have added 7 access points versus the 3 from last year. There are some dead spots and we are adding another 4 access points in the next week! Many are already streaming Netflix, so the bandwith is good!

Felt like a sardine packed in a can.....way too tight in spacing. No pad, just grass; very difficult to level our trailer. Would not return here.

The grass appeared that it had not been cut in two weeks, the sites were not level and the sewer drain was up hill. Overall not impressed for a KOA, especially for the cost.

Hi! We cut the grass with professional landscapers every week! It has been raining constantly this spring and the grass continues to grow! We have level gravel sites that are available versus the plush grass that you resided at.

Stay was amazing good care. Only thing wish the grass had been cut in are area. As well one vehicle had left trenches prior to us getting there

thanks for staying with us again! Our landscapers are trying to keep up with the lawns and we decided to mow on Monday as we didn't want the lawns burning out with the intense heat we had on Friday July 5th.

The park was not very clean, showers had no pressure, dirty, nothing to buy in the general store but candy, laundry room was closed, drive in but was not allowed to watch the movies, the staff were not friendly and nothing to do... coming from Ontario very disappointed that no connections to local tours.

We take pride in our park and it's never been cleaner and more well kept since we've become the owners this year. Drive-In is not included in camping fees, however we do offer a camper special! The staff has received numerous compliments this year, so if there is something we can do to accommodate you better, please call and I as the owner will personally check you in!

We expect a certain standard at KOA’s which is why we stay there. Initial parking for registration was a pot hole filled lane, our site’s grass was at least a foot high and there were numerous empties left on the picnic table. The site itself was not level at all. Fortunately we were staying only one night. A campground at half the cost might have been acceptable but not a KO A

Hi! We are actually in the process of paving the entrance as the traffic continues to constantly spin up and create divots. With the constant rain and erosion it was practically a bi-weekly task. With the constant rain it's difficult to keep the grass trimmed, its being done 1X week! We have level gravel sites and plush grass sites, all available and depending on preference!

Camp really caters to long term guests with some permanency. WiFi was not good at all even when you went up to the main office.

Very nice and very friendly and clean. They should think about putting small benches in their showers to put your bag on. Some of the largest showers I’ve ever been in. I wish all Koa’s had such large showers.

Why is it so much more expensive than all the other campgrounds we stayed in in Canada. Also, the wi-fi was useless from our campsite. Will stay somewhere else next time.

We are adding more access points to improve coverage and it will be resolved within a week! Providing Wi-Fi to 345 sites on various elevations is very tricky! Nice place for a stopover. Only a handful of pullthru sites. There’s a connected drive in theatre however it was only open on the weekend. Grass hadn’t been mowed in a couple of weeks. Very friendly staff.

Not bad camp ground but why would you put a biker camper ins pull through space? We had a 40 ftmitor home and had to take a back in site because we were told all pull through were taken.

We stayed at Sussex KOA in order to visit the Hopewell Rocks. The KOA is perfectly situated to drive the Fundy Trail Parkway and enjoy St. Martin and then stay for 2 nights...checkin after Fundy Trail on day 1, visit Hopewell Rocks on day 2 and also enjoy Fundy National Park. Thank you Cindy! We enjoyed our stay!

What an amazing campground!!! Stayed with my family for one week an we had a blast. Campground and Bathrooms were impeccable!!! The owner, Don, even swung by one night asking if everything was fine!!! How is that for service!

tranquile, pour adulte et une tente c'était trers bien. Cinéparc juste a coté du camping. employés sympatiques petit hick et je les ai avisé : la poubelle de la salle de bain ne fut pas changer pour deux jour, donc je questionne le nettoyage de la salle de bain meme si elle paraissait propre. bien positionner proche de la high way, ce n'était pas si bruyant
