The Sussex KOA was a horrible experience. we crawled into our tent at 9pm to the sounds of the seasonal campers party. To our dissapointment we found out quiet time did not start till midnight. After midnight came we tried to contact the management to have the party quieted. We were unable to reach anyone by phone. Don't go there. If you need a place to tent, camp at Fundy National Park.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Hello, we have security at the park on the weekends to address these issues, you simply need to see our staff at the main entrance who will assist you. Furthermore they always do a drive thru the park multiple times up to and including quiet time.

This KOA knows how to treat tent campers. Awesome grassy campsites!!! only disappointment is that the pool was not ready and the KOA RV used a campsite that blocked easy access to the bathroom (plenty of other spots available)

We had a great stay here. The park and facilities are very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We have a tent. We were packed in tighter than sardines. There were three tents within four feet of each other, ours being one of them. We were under Apple trees that dropped their apples frequently. The playground was within feet of our site. Teenagers kept coming onto our site to pick up apples and throw them at each other. I do believe it was one of the worst campgrounds we’ve ever stayed a

Huge; very, very noisy. Quiet hours don't start until midnight, and they are not enforced. If there is a problem, there is no one to notify. Kids are running around until late; no parents to quiet them. No one in the tent area has any regard for their neighbors. Nice camp kitchen, but sink was clogged and full of garbage. Reported it, but no one ever came. Sites are small and very close.

Our lot was great. Pool all weekend was dirty and very murky. The drive in was closed. We were not happy.

We really wanted to see the Drive In and it wasn't working so we were disappointed. Other than that, everything was fine.

Had a great time. The pool was green so no swimming. Booking for only 2 nights was initially an issue ( even though there were quite a few empty tent sites ) . Overall our stay was great ..will definitely do it again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The tent sites were quite small we stayed during the work week so there were very few people around us. T made for a comfortable over all.

Checking in was seamless - great staff! The only issues we had were security not enforcing the no fire ban and constant dogs barking and running into our tenting site. Other than that - great location and we had a grrrreat time!

The staff was extremely rude. We walked into the registration office with our two small children and the woman behind the desk was screaming at a customer and using vile profanity. Absolutely disgraceful.

I love Sussex but the campground was so cramped. Our tent site was tiny with no space between our neighbours.

Only complaint we have is how a situation was handled. We brought it up to the staff and it wasn't dealt with. A 5/6 y/o was free roaming into our cabins/tent, had a knife playing with our kids and was at the pool unattended. Disappointed that nothing was done about the situation. Made it harder to enjoy worrying about this kid. Parents didn't care. Staff didn't even speak to them about any of it.

Really wasnât happy with how support was provided. We expected a fabulous weekend and only stayed 1 of the 3 nights because of the services. Need to find better customer services.

Extremely patience staff, helped us out readily with all our issues promptly. Definitely planning on going back in the future.

This is very much a resort like campground. We did not know this and were very surprised. We did not like the spaces which did not have any privacy at all. It would be helpful if this was provided on the website so it was not a surprise. For a long stay with friends, this campground is nice. For a short stay with 2 adults, it was not ideal.

We loved camping here.but we didn't like the fact that we really couldn't sit on our friends deck, who are seasonal here.we were told at midnight that it was quite time.and so we were quiet and it wasn't even 3 minutes later one of the staff members came and told us if we didn't be quiet he would be back with an eviction letter. He went down 2.trailors and waited there to spy and listen to us.

Parmi toute les koa que j'ai visiter celui-ci tombe en bas de la liste. Pas beaucoup d'arbre,propreté des salles de bain étais souvent médiocre ainsi que pour les piscine aussi. Peu de chose au général store en plus d'être à un prix très élevé.

Too many rules. I had a small utility trailer that I use to haul my camping gear. They wouldn't let me park it on my site even tho I had lots of room for it. I had to park it in the visitor's parking. What a pain in the butt to go retrieve it the next day.

Very clean campground. Very minimal tent sites and they're all clumped together in open lots, which takes away from the camping experience. All sites including RV sites are very close together. Not much privacy. However, it's very convenient for a spot to crash after the drive-in. Also, love the addition of the little dog park this year.

It was very nice! Super dog friendly and family oriented! Everyone was friendly and pleasant and the staff was lovely. Looking forward to my next visit!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. There were swings, splash pad etc for my three year old as well as bigger pools for my teens. It was very sunny and it was a bit uncomfortable becase there wasn't much for shade on your corralled campsite. My neighbors were ok, we were in close quarters to other campers. All in all the experience was good.

This was our first time camping and we were impressed by the size of the tent sites, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the washroom facilities. The kids enjoyed the pool, bouncing pillow, and playground. We would stay here again.

What an amazing campground!!! Stayed with my family for one week an we had a blast. Campground and Bathrooms were impeccable!!! The owner, Don, even swung by one night asking if everything was fine!!! How is that for service!

tranquile, pour adulte et une tente c'était trers bien. Cinéparc juste a coté du camping. employés sympatiques petit hick et je les ai avisé : la poubelle de la salle de bain ne fut pas changer pour deux jour, donc je questionne le nettoyage de la salle de bain meme si elle paraissait propre. bien positionner proche de la high way, ce n'était pas si bruyant
