The restrooms - spotlessly clean, the showers too. It was a pleasure to use them. Laundry room -clean & air-conditioned. Lots of activities for children, but the lot we stayed on was nice too. It was relaxing and EVERYONE who worked there was as nice, friendly and helpful as anyone could wish. Nothing negative at all!! Thanks!! We'll be back!!

I loved the campground however, the site I was on was so off level that I used every leveling block that I had and still couldn't get level. I had 16 blocks. In addition, there were limbs in the way of using my slide. Maybe some aren't bothered by that but I didn't want my slide awing cover ripped so I called and asked them to trim them. They did do it, however, reluctanly and making fun of m

I'm so sorry you were unhappy with your stay. You pulled too far forward in your site, which led to the need for blocks and the branches in your way. Our staff is very customer service oriented so I apologize if you felt you were being laughed at...this was truly not the case.

I have already recommended Sweetwater KOA to several people. Very nice friendly staff. All around great camping Pool, pond (catch and release), playground, basketball, laundry. Nice size spots. Clean

Couldn't ask for a cleaner place. It was quiet, shady, lots of things to do, the campers were courteous, the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our 4 days there and were constantly reminded how swept up our lot was, it was clean and inviting. The flowers and gardens were around every corner; it was very home-like and relaxing. You could tell they take pride; they treat it like home.

Bathrooms-amazing!! Kid activities-nice Facilities were wonderful and staff was nice. The WiFi was strong and camp overall was clean.

Reservation for one night due to limited free time. We were so looking forward to rest and relaxation even though we were only able to stay one night. I woke up and had bites from bed bugs on my hand and arm. We ended up leaving between 11:30 and 12:00. We did call and let you know so hopefully the next people staying will not have the same experience. The bugs were crawling out of walls.

We are very sorry for your experience. We have a certified pest company treating our cabins regularly and we inspect at each cleaning. Unfortunately, these critters can be brought in at any time. The cabin is closed and will be treated by our company as needed. We hope to see you another time.

All of the staff was wonderful! Courteous and knowledgeable! The amenities were great! And honestly, the bath house was impeccable! Our only thing was the sites are very close together but that did not take away from all the wonderful things! I would highly recommend this KOA!!

RV sites small and too close to each other. Picnic table by my neighbors’ sewer. We barbecued outside and my neighbor came complaining about the smoke going to his site. Like if I could control the wind’s direction.

I think you might have us confused with another park. You specifically requested this site based off a previous stay. Additionally our tables can be moved anywhere on your site and your neighbor didn't recall speaking with you during your stay.

This campground is best I have encounted. Bathroom is clean and appears brand new. No leveling required on pull through. Cable is perfect. I only wish it were closer to my home. I plan to visit annually.

Place is always well kept and the staff is incredibly friendly. There is so much to do here, my kids were excited to go back. Owners are continually improving an already great campground. Jusr wish we could stay longer. Thank you!

Without a doubt the best KOA we have camped in. Staff was amazing, helpful and courteous. It was a quick overnight stop so did not use any of the amenities but did survey them. Nice! We are already planning another visit soon, September for sure.

Friendly and helpful staff from the time we checked in till checkout. We rented a cabin for a few days and visited some local attractions including the lost see and the Cherohala Skyway. There was a lot for the kids to do in the campground. We had a great stay and we will definitely stay again.

It was easy to get to this park. Easy to set up; our space was level; beautiful trees that did not interfere with our coach. Lots of little trails to take a walk on, and we had a wonderful, quiet stay. Wish that we wish that we could find places this nice every time!

Absolutely most friendly and responsive staff. Answered every phone call right away, always had an answer, super friendly. Camp was clean, well stocked with amenities. Loved the store and restaurant. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Our stay was way too short. This is a beautiful place with several extra amenities. The hosts are super friendly and go the extra mile for their guests. We highly recommend this KOA and we will definitely return in the future!

Sweetwater KOA is our favorite campground. The staff are friendly, the bathrooms clean, sites are clean and level. The owners continue to make upgrades to the facility. If your hungry call the chef and have her work up a batch of wings. Awesome stay. Tami and husband were very welcoming. Helped get to our site which we greatly appreciated. Will definitely recommend to others.

Only a overnight stay for us but really enjoyed the stay. We were upgraded and escorted to a deluxe site when we arrived. Very helpful and polite staff asked several times if we needed anything.
