Thiis is the best KOA with the best hosts that we have ever encountered. We had an accident on our way down to Florida and fortunately were able to "limp" to the Sweetwater KOA. Tim Allen was on top of things immediately. He helped us inspect for damage and gave us a recommendation on who to use to help us unload our 5th Wheel to move the contents back home. They offered great help and support.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and beautiful campground. This was our family favorite of all campgrounds we’ve been to in our RV experience. We will definitely be back

We only stayed overnight, but the park was well laid out, the restrooms spotless and the attitude of the staff absolutely great! We stayed in a pull through in a Class A with a TOAD.

Friends we were traveling with had an issue on the road while traveling. As soon as pulled in Tim the owner was out the door and under the camper before we could even get out to check ourselves. Frame on camper was twisted and bent thus totaling unit and unit was no longer safe and secure to be in. Tim let them use a cabin and the ladies in the office were quick to locate a moving company to come

The KOA in Sweetwater Tennessee was awesome!! We stayed in the Dolly cabin. It was cozy and warm. We definitely will be back in the warmer weather. Lots to see and do. The owner’s Kathy and Tim Allen went above and beyond.

Warm welcome by staff. Bathhouse clean, functional and warm. I wished more people picked up their own dog poo, but it was a lovely weekend. Nice campground. Will be back in warmer weather.

The staff member who greeted us and showed us to our site was very helpful and friendly, even though we arrived after the office closed. She made sure we knew how to reach her if we needed anything. This was just a one night stay on our four day travels from Ohio to Texas.

I called about 5 hours before we we’re hoping to stop for the night. We were given the site we needed very quickly and very friendly. You are definitely on our favourites list. Thankyou again.

It was a very quick night. Got in after dark and was greeted by staff. They made us feel very welcome and went beyond expectations of good business. Left early in the morning. Used the bath house for a shower that was clean and renavated, rainfall shower head. Didn't get to really see or experience the park. It was an easy on and off the express way. Nice a quite setting, mature trees. Thumbs up

Everyone very helpful and friendly…cute stocked store..they always offer help. Campground is awesome - clean - cute cabins on-site - we were in motorhome. Been here several times traveling from Michigan to Florida…we make it our go to stop.

Beautiful campground with trees. Loved the cabin we stayed in The Patriot. Cozy with a queen bed. We were on our way back to OH from FL and this KOA is close to Interstate 75 but not close enough to hear the road. It was Jan when we were there, but they have a pool, jump pad and Gem mining for kids in the summer. Awesome staff! Will be back again.

Super friendly and helpful hosts. Nice quiet location. My overnight was during a cold snap and they had an extra heater in the cabin and running upon my arrival. Highly recommended.

Park is very well maintained with the extremely clean bathhouse and laundry facilities. All members of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our dogs absolutely loved the dog park, which is one of the largest we’ve seen in a campground. Overall, we were very happy with the campground and wish we would have been able to stay longer.

The staff was very nice. We just stayed one night and needed to use the bath house because our RV was winterized. It was very nice and extremely clean. It was a great overnight stop.

Our trip started off on the wrong foot with an issue on the MotorHome. Had to delay our departure, Sweetwater KOA worked with us and made sure we had a site for the nite. The staff was genuinely compassionate and was so sweet and helpful. Will make this our go to campground every year.

This is my family's second time staying at this campground. Last summer, in our camper. This Christmas holiday, my family stayed at one of the cabins: "The Cabin." Both visits were excellent. The campground is exceptional in cleanliness, attractiveness, family amenities, and helpfulness of friendly staff. We definitely will be returning again.

Only a overnight stay for us but really enjoyed the stay. We were upgraded and escorted to a deluxe site when we arrived. Very helpful and polite staff asked several times if we needed anything.

Amazing park! Very clean very quiet. Friendly staff. Wonderful place for the dog to stretch off leash. Clean bathrooms. Helpful! Will stay again!
