RV sites were not level. Very odd to be horizontal on a steep hill. The grounds and activities were great.

Everything was great! My brother and I had a tent site and the only issue we had was that from the pictures on the website we expected a grill and food prep station. Other than that everything was great!

The grounds were well kept. The night was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely revisit this campground when we can stay longer than 2 nights.

grateful for all that is done for our jam and you do go out of your way for us. you know the problem I had and will leave it there with hope it does not repeat. love the decorations and will say you have improved this place 150% from last owners.

The campground is absolutely beautiful. Very , very clean and the people who work there are extremely friendly! They offer pizza and other goodies to pick up or they deliver to your rv. This KOA is top notch!

This Kampground is a DREAM camping location. It is clean, well appointed, fun, safe, and attractive. The staff are attentive, friendly, and accommodating. I can't think of anything that would have made my stay more pleasant.

The campground was very clean and was wonderfully decorated for Halloween. The staff was friendly and professional. We have already picked out our next tent spot - T4!

Every time I visit this KOA, it gets nicer and nicer. The owners have invested a lot to make this campground an enjoyable place to stay!

Kathy and Tim are phenomenal hosts for the New Rattitude Rat Terrier Rescue Jamboree. We always enjoy their hospitality. The campground is wonderfully maintained and the staff is so helpful. Thank you so much!

The staff was one of the friendliest we’ve encountered in our travels. The bathrooms were immaculate. Our site was convenient and tidy.

The campsite was so clean, easy to maneuver around and our spot was perfect. We had a campfire every night and the other guests was thoughtful of others. The office and cleanup crews was awesome!! WE will be back for sure.

Very friendly, helpful staff. They will lead you to your camping site and help you pull through. Gave a 10% discount for my husband's military service. Free coffee in the morning when we left.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We know you weren't happy with your site, but no patio sites available and you changed your arrival date 3 times. Only by another cancellation were we able to offer you our last spot on a special event weekend. We know you like the park based on your visit history but sad you won't be coming back.

As new campers, this was our first stay at a KOA campground. It was absolutely great, and we have already signed up for the rewards program. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, and our grandkids loved all the activities. Will definitely stay again.

The park tucked away off the major IS is a jewel. Easy to find well marked signs, the area is well groomed, lots of well spaced activity areas for kids, well stocked store and a take out cafe. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Spaces close but that is expected. Would def stay again. Easy drive to major scenic roadways and tourist towns. Dinner Bell restaurant was a extra find!

We had spot #1 for 6 nights. The campground was decorated for Halloween and had a spook walk on the weekend. We were staying to visit friends who have moved to Sweetwater, TN and were not aware of the event, but was pleasantly surprised. The grounds were well kept, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We hated to leave and hope to be back again one day soon.

Enjoyed the site. Your staff was very courteous and helpful. We are new to RVing and this was our 4th campground. It was the first that escorted us to our site. We had problems with our water hookup leaking slightly. Your staff responded quickly and fixed the problem. The only distraction we had was the squirrels dropping acorns on the motorhome roof -- LOL. Thanks for a great experience.

Very pleasant overnight stay. Menu items offered for dinner and breakfast. We had food to use up so we didn’t use this great perk, but I love the concept. Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly, courteous and professional. Definitely will recommend and return.

Beautiful family owned park. Great employees. So organized. Great communication about reservation. Very accommodating to our special needs. No expense spared to decorate for fall. Special pre Halloween weekend with many events at no extra cost. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely return.

Very nice campground super friendly staff they will accommodate you in every way. It is a little tight my travel trailer and pick up truck is 50 foot long and it was a challenge to navigate through the park but it can be done.

Only a overnight stay for us but really enjoyed the stay. We were upgraded and escorted to a deluxe site when we arrived. Very helpful and polite staff asked several times if we needed anything.

Amazing park! Very clean very quiet. Friendly staff. Wonderful place for the dog to stretch off leash. Clean bathrooms. Helpful! Will stay again!
