Wonderful welcome from the office. Made sure we knew everything. Had an cafe menu we used for dinner that was great and they delivered to our site.

We were there only over night but the service was outstanding. There was a family atmosphere that flowed from the staff. We will always stay at this KOA when travelling this way.

What a Beautiful Park!! Great, friendly and Helpful Staff. 2 Dog Parks--and trails. The Pool was sparkling! Great job--a little off the Beaten track from I-40--But, Incredibly close to I-75! Sweetwater is a Great Town as well! Give it a Visit!

The hosts took great care of us despite it being a quick last-minute stay. Grounds were fabulously maintained and the kids called the bathrooms "exquisite". They were sad to leave when we had to go.

Very happy with the experience and we will definitely be back again! The staff was awesome and the grounds and facilities are well maintained. Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Our stay was excellent and we received wonderful customer service. I especially loved the showers in the spa room :). Everyone was friendly and helpful and the maintenance was spot on.

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed at. People were very nice, the sites were level and large, and the campground was incredibly clean and well-manicured. Would highly recommend.

Loved Sasquatch. Nice camp sight with deck. Liked garbage cans distributed throughout park instead of one dumpster.

First time camping with the family. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The activites and amenitites to keep the kids busy. The friendliness and engagement of the staff. If the Sweetwater KOA was a good representation of KOA's nationally we will seek them out for our RV sites to stay.

We generally camp in state parks, but decided to stay at the Sweetwater KOA because it was conveniently located, and I'm glad that we did. The bathrooms had been recently remodeled. The showers had "rain" shower heads with plenty of pressure and hot water. These were the cleanest bathrooms we encountered on our entire month long trip. The grounds were meticulously maintained.

When we stopped we realized that we had a flat tire on our trailer. The people at the campground came to our aid. They brought over a jack and tools to remove the tire , removed the spare made sure it had enough air in it and installed it on the trailer. They would not take any money from us but told us to donate it to the Children’s Cancer Fund which they support. Great bunch of people.

This is a fairly large RV park plus. The staff pay attention to individual issues and needs, though, doing all they can to be sure your time there is as good as they can make it. I felt they were truly top notch from start to finish.

We recently purchased a RV, so we wanted to try it out. They gave us a GREAT spot, helped us with a few things, and gave us some very useful information. It’s been about 12-15 years since we’ve camped there, and many improvements have been made. It is a very nice campground!!

This is the cleanest, most level KOA we have ever stayed. Our lot was huge, no problem leaving our tow vehicle attached for a one night stay. We have a 42' fifth wheel and tow with a Ford F-650 SuperCrewzer for a total of 63 feet long. The Staff are super friendly and super fast with any request you may have. We love this park and will be back as often as we can!

Enjoyed our three nights. Very clean, quiet campground with a nice pool. Staff very friendly. Rest rooms and showers were clean and nice. We will return as it is perfect for a close by (to Knoxville) place to relax.

Not having visited a KOA campground since childhood, I was pleasantly surprised at the amenities and beauty of this Sweetwater, TN KOA. My husband and I were traveling with a 7 year old grandchild and the site (#61) we were given was by the playground and inground pool which we heavily used during our 10 day stay. On Saturday, the staff had special events that she absolutely loved! Thanks, KOA!

First of all, I have stayed at several KOA’s through the years, and this is the first time I wanted to leave to get some rest.

We loved the site we were on, I’m handicapped and need solid ground to walk on and they were very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. I had to change our reservation a couple of times do to our truck needing repair and they very helpful with that as well. I would give them 10 stars ���� for sure.

Only a overnight stay for us but really enjoyed the stay. We were upgraded and escorted to a deluxe site when we arrived. Very helpful and polite staff asked several times if we needed anything.
