When I called to tell them we would be late, they were very understanding. Called and checked on us one time just to see how we were doing. Easy to find where our lot was from the map left on the podium. Someone came and checked on us when we parked. Very level lot. Just had to put down the jacks. Great ending to a bad day that saw us at the dealorship getting things fixed. THANK YOU

Our favorite KOA! All staff were so friendly and helpful!!! Activities and amenities were absolutely perfect, especially for children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return next year for our annual family visit from Raleigh, NC!!!

Service was good, staff was personable, campsite nice but very congested for longer stay. The frequent updates and email were very beneficial.

We arrived after office closed. An employee came up and greeted us anyway. We got the last site! Staff was very nice and friendly. The grounds and bathrooms were clean. Laundry room had working machines! Lots for the kids to do, 2 dog parks and a nice pool!

Everyone was so helpful and kind! All of the staff made you feel like you were at home. The facility was clean and all kinds of activities to do! The kids loved it!!!

Came and stayed one night when going to the lost sea. The bathrooms and showers were awesome clean and very up to date. We stayed in site 60 right in front of the pool. We will be looking in to more KOA campgrounds in the future .

This place was awesome! Very well kept facilities. Lots to do for kids. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even delivered firewood to our campsite while we swam!

Staff is wonderful. Park beautiful and clean. 4th ofJuly had many activities for kids. Walking trail, fishing pond. Some sites are close and unleveled. Over all a wonderful KOA. Will return again if ever this way.

The only bummer was that they ran out of shirts to tye-dye, but thet did give the kiddos jawstring bags to tye-dye. My kiddos didn't get very much tye-dye on the bags as my kids said they were running out.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We apologize for the tie-dye issue. We tried to do this without a cap on numbers this time. All was great until we had a sudden 'rush' 15 minutes before the activity. We will plan better next time.

Very nice people, They take care of your every need. Fun place to stay with great activities for adults and children. Easy parking and easy to get to off I-75, The best maintained campground I have ever stayed at. They are a great example of how other campgrounds should be run and maintained.

Great grounds, everything was clean and presentable, great remodeled bathrooms, and staff was pleasant. Will definitely return.

We love the KOA Campground in Sweetwater. We stay here three or four times a year. The grounds and bathhouses are always well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We'll be back soon!! Tammy Garrett and Ed Lail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so that we extended our stay! The pool was well maintained & very clean, as were the bathrooms & camp store. The camp store was well stocked. The staff were very kind & courteous, especially Tami, who was so personable; she made us feel right at home! We enjoyed meeting Tami & her husband Dave & will plan on returning to this KOA for future visits!

The staff is phenomenal ! friendly and personable they make rounds around the park frequently waving and smiling making sure all is well . They had fun activities planned out for the kids . Including a caterpillar train ride with water soaking and good music playing as they rode the kids around the park .The restrooms are top notch with rainfall shower heads "so nice" We will be back for sure :)

Kathy and Tim were very friendly and helpful. Camp site was well maintained. Fantastic bathroom/shower house. Fun pancake breakfast on Saturday for a good cause.

We enjoyed the ease of check in and although we only stayed one night are thinking of returning for a longer stay with grandchildren. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great place. We visited the Lost Sea Adventure. It is SO CLOSE to home however (1 hr), that we might not visit it again soon, BUT would definitely recommend it to our camping friends!!

We appreciated the positive attitude of the Camp Host. She was quick and informative. We were able to buy cable cord and enjoy free cable that evening. The shower facilities were clean and open. We had an awesome pizza purchased at the office. They have a variety of foods and you can buy coffee there too, even ice cream.

The bathrooms were remodeled this year (I was told) and they are Beautiful!! The pool was clean and enjoyed by many. I was very impressed with all their staff. I really enjoyed our visit.

Nice location, not too far off I-75. We were visiting friends, so took the scenic road up to Knoxville, but used I-40 and I-75 on the way back to KOA. It was convenient for our long trip, with a nice shaded-pull through. We travel with our Schnauzer, so it was great to have two dog parks. Very nice staff and a pleasant location.

Only a overnight stay for us but really enjoyed the stay. We were upgraded and escorted to a deluxe site when we arrived. Very helpful and polite staff asked several times if we needed anything.

Amazing park! Very clean very quiet. Friendly staff. Wonderful place for the dog to stretch off leash. Clean bathrooms. Helpful! Will stay again!
