We had great time however we stayed in the Arroyo section and come to find out it was a dead zone (phone reception)with no wifi nor cable hookup.. that would have been nice to know seeing as how it’s advertised online that all areas are compatible, which clearly they aren’t…

First timer. We loved it! There are 500 campsites with 5 or 6 different environments, like hills, trees, or mountain and lake views. It's very close to home but still feels out of the way. This is a family friendly, group friendly, pet friendly campground, so it is not very quiet but it is beautiful, with allot of amenities. Watch out for brazen coyotes when the camp is empty.

Stay was nice, with the exception of the coyotes at night. Would have been nice to be warned by the staff at checkin. A bit of trash at the sites, nothing large. Bits of broken toys.

Nice helpful staff. Nice site. All hookups worked properly. Staff appeared actively working to keep park clean. Lots of trails to hike.

Our stay was loads of fun. We had no idea how big and beautiful your property is. The DJ on Friday and the live music on Saturday were a great surprise as well.

We enjoyed our stay, but were honestly surprised that rules were not enforced. We backed up to other campers with three dogs that roamed off leash for three days. They were friendly and fine, but had I brought my dogs like I intended, it would have been a problem. Loved the activities, booze cart, firewood delivery. Great ambiance.

Great time! Only complaint was the number of dogs allowed off leash in Rincon area. Not safe for other dogs and families. Other than that another wonderful stay and we will see you again in June.

Our state was really good we loved our spot. We were in 177, will probably go for 176 or 178 next time as 177 was a little short due to a creek in the back of it. Only disappointment was that we could not connect to the Wi-Fi other than that we will be back again soon!

We had an awesome time! Kids loved the mini-golf, barrel ride, lollipop flashlight! We even spent a couple hours at the pools. One was actually warm enough to swim in, and it is January!! The staff were so nice and helpful everywhere we went. We left one of our grocery bags at the Village and staff actually put it in the fridge, so our food didn't spoil. We can't wait to come back!

This is our third visit but first time that included a Friday and Saturday. Very disappointed in the allowance of such loud music, kids/unlicensed drivers speeding around in golf carts far into the night, and no one from KOA doing or saying anything about it or controlling it. Won’t come again on a weekend.

My stay was fantastic. But I can't believe one thing. We ordered three bundles of firewood. We asked to make sure it was dry, or we didn't want it. When the guy delivered it. He guaranteed it was. So I didn't question it it or check. We try to light the fire. It was all very wet and would not burn. That person should be fired. You liars working for you!."

If you’re looking for a place to party without supervision or covid safety procedures being enforced- this is a great location for that. Horrified that not only was staff not enforcing the mask mandate- half of them were either not wearing masks themselves or improperly. No leadership or integrity from management to protect their customers, good way to endanger your customer base. Reckless!

The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the amount of space in the Arroyo Secco campground. We understood there was no power so we brought a generator but were disappointed that there was no Wi-Fi in that part of the property. We did not see that disclosed on the website.

KOA is doing a great job in upgrading the park, and making it more friendly. The only complaint I have is we were never able to connect to the wi-fi in the park. I called the tech support for the system, and they were useless. They had no idea how to fix it. So I ended up using my personal hot spot on my phone and it was very spotty. They need to get that figured out.

Since it became a KOA they have really stepped up. Lot's of closed areas that could be opened up for golf carts/bikes/hiking. Cafe needs a lot of work. Supervision and management severely lacking in that area,

Well run and campground.Sies were spacious and the surrounding area was scenic. One downside was that the internet was not operational during our stay.

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
