NeVer made it….I helped a guy who got covid. Space 68 wouldn’t fit my Rv so they moved me to space 61 which is was told it’s 36’ but my Rv is 38’ but their is a little wiggle room. My friend who was already there went and looked at space 61 and there is no way my Rv would have fit. Called to cancel and I was informed no refund for the part I paid for. Rep. Was very very RUDE. very disapp

Enjoyed the stay, campsites need to be picked up better there was a lot of trash I had to pick up. Other than that it was a good time.

We love it here. Side note regarding entertainment, we tried to attend each event but didn’t care for the music. Same techno sound constantly.

It was very nice and beautiful. Only complaint is our fire pit was full of trash from the previous people when we got there.

Crazy golf cart drivers, some way too young to be behind the wheel. Cafe was mediocre with teens and one older lady running things. Staff didn’t wear masks indoors as stated. We enjoyed the park and will be back.

I enjoyed it with the exception of all the generators running at night. Even with all the signs with quit hours. If NO-One such as security enforces it, people will not listen. There Needs to be security to enforce the rules. If it’s a place where management is not worrried about rules being broken I will find other places to go.

Only thing that I was upset about is that the staff members told us Halloween spots will be available at midnight 1/1... We left our site and our family to go to the clubhouse for service and no sites ever came available.... (they told us the website was down).... Then the morning of 1/1 - everything was already sold out.

Biggest feedback is the infrastructure appears to need work. Bathrooms, mini-golf course and potholes in the roads are all in need of some update/repairs/maintenance.

Great campground with lots of stuff to do. We loved the bike trails, super fun. My only complaint would be the lack of action the campground took when multiple complaints were made about 1 RV guest who was using an insanely loud generator 24 hours a day. You couldn't be within 3 camp sites of it if you wanted to have a conversation. Action was needed.

We have stayed at vail lake over 20 times. This trip I was a little disappointed our campsite was covered in trash and there was a large dog poop. I’m assuming with everyone camping these days it was just an overlook. Other than that the safe was great and delivered wood to us a few times.

Wir waren drei Nächte hier mit zwei Mädchen. Hat alles funktioniert (WC-Anlagen nicht mehr ganz neu, Minigolf auch nicht), viele Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten. WLAN leider nur für ein Gerät inklusive, wenig Müll der herumlag.

The campground is well maintained. There are a lot of activities for kids. Our campsite was good. We did have some drinks stolen out of our ice chest that was outside our trailer while we were away. So we will lock up our valuables and keep our ice chest inside our trailer when we are away from it.

I enjoyed staying at Vail Lake more, prior to KOA take over. KOA is making much needed improvements, however it seems KOA is promoting “party environment.” Rented golf carts are getting out of control, Kids speeding around on them. UTVs are not allowed, but loud gas powered golf carts and mini bikes are. 10MPH speed limit doesn’t apply to employees who drive around the speed bumps at high s

We had a site so big that we thought we were in the wrong spot. We saw that all the sites are large with plenty of room for kids, dogs, tow cars. We hiked around the hills and plan to come back.

Great campgrounds, lots of available spots but spaced out so it doesn’t seem too crowded. We had spot 15, which had a beautiful view. Bathrooms could use some updating but were super clean so we didn’t mine using them. Looks like they had lots of great amenities, but we couldn’t use due to rain. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to wineries. We’ll definitely be back!

Had a great experience. All staff was courteous. Front desk was great and really kind, but they have too much work to do themselves, checking in, answering phones, doing the golf cart rentals!! Way too much when you have people waiting to be helped.

It was good overall. The store was very cool. The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and could use a new coat of paint. One of the washing machines was out of order and another wasn’t working well (displayed wrong amount of coins needed). It was also tough to level in the spot we were in. A lot of dog owners left their dogs’ poop around instead of picking it up.

This is one of my favorite KOA's. The staff is amazing. They accomodate big camping groups. It's been fantastic place to stay during COIVD.

No wifi or cell service on the Arroyo section although I was assured of it when I made the reservation. The staff was great and store was good.

This was our second visit to this park. First was in the summer and this one in the winter. It was equally as beautiful both times. We decided to visit some of the local wineries one day then a quick trip to Julian for pie the next day. It was cold and rainy most of the time so the firepit got a good workout. This is one of my favorite campgrounds for sure.

The stay started off rough, with a very long wait and completely unsympathetic Front Desk Lead, Kylie. She was unhelpful & dismissive and told me I was rude! She has no business in customer service. However, she got the manager who turned out to be very nice and helpful and smoothed things out. After that, we had a great stay but you folks need to get signage!! Look at my Google review for more!

We really enjoyed staying at your beautiful campground. With six grandkids, my wife and I really appreciated your higher limit for the number of people who can stay at one campsite. It was nice having the larger site than many campgrounds have. The kids loved the miniature golf course and being able to go hiking. Everything was great except for the one device limit on the wifi.

Great place to getaway from the hustle and bustle while not going too far! Very spacious between sites so you don’t feel clustered together. Only nitpick is the sewer dump on our site was a little high (about 6” off the ground) and noticed that on some other sites as well. And some roads could use a grind and overlay. Other than that, it is great! We’ll definitely be returning!

This stay was really horrible. Right at our sight we had tree trimmers with chainsaws for 2 full days. Neighbors that played INSANELY loud music all day till late at night. We tried having wood delivered many many times and took us 2 hours to finally get a hold of someone at the front desk. Front desk was not answering calls the whole time

Wonderful camp ground. The only thing I would suggest, have an attendant lead you to camp sight, especially at nightfall.

Terrible Christmas experience. We have camped here & other KOAs. Last year we brought all of our family to this KOA and it was so fun. The bar served festive drinks, cafe was open, there were kid crafts and we received a ornament when we checked in. Amenities were closed on the 24th & 25th which was understandable. This year- nothing!! The Christmas lights were up but not even turned on at night!!

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
