I’m sorry our site was in a circle too close to the other sites. Other wise can’t wait for the new amenities.!! Road to Vail Lake yea!

Love the layout and nature that surrounds the site. Quiet rules were not happening as people were up playing music past 1am. Where you stay in the park matters and being there for the first time this was a lesson learned.

We had a great time - the park has a lot of activities for the whole family. The only thing that might need to be addressed are some of the layouts of the RV sites. We had spot 135 to start and we arrived first then the surrounding spots filled in and it seemed no one knew what fire pit or picnic table was who's and parking close and kids walking across our spot, which felt uncomfortable.

Stay was nice, couldn’t access Wi-Fi even though we called the number on the card. They basically told us that they couldn’t help. So that was frustrating. Other than that the campground was clean and maintained.

We rented 2 cabins and an RV site for a group family trip. The cabins were brand new. Generous outdoor furniture. Our cabin had no indoor seating, the other one had indoor dining. If you choose a cabin we suggest bringing a table and any cooking accessories you need to set up food outdoors. Cabins super comfortable and clean. The kids loved the activities and the pool. Lovely trees and paths.

This is a great place to stay! The only two things I would suggest is 1. Make a map of your frisbee golf course for guests, it wasn't appealing the way it is currently set up. 2. Redo your bathrooms in the Arroyo campground. It's time. They need a major makeover. The doors do not close, the toilet seats do not fit, and it all just looks dingy. The showers were unappealing.

It was very pleasant and quiet being out in nature and enjoying good company with friends. The bathrooms are clean; however, the showers could use some updating. Overall, a very nice place to camp in an RV.

Second time camping here had a terrible time first trip so decided to try again 9 months later. Had a terrible experience again, not likely to try a third. I am an avid KOA camper and stayed at many.

The location is wonderful. This last weekend we had an extra loud experience with a generator (not ours) right near our picnic table, loud music and barking dogs on the other side. ALL DAY for both! There was little regulation for noise and it wasn’t relaxing at all. Generally speaking I like this cg a great deal, but this weekend was simply too much.

That was the ugliest Koa we ever stay. The side’s were very close. Lot of party music the hole day and also generators run the whole day. The bathroom was old and dirty. Never ever stay here again for over 50$ the night.

Love seeing all the upgrading that is consistently being done. Would suggest adding a guided hiking for kids and adults. Live music on weekends is great. Also would suggest bringing in a food truck or having a dinner night on the weekends. We will be back in two weeks

Overall we really enjoyed vail lake. Do have a couple suggestions. The dog park is way to small for the amount of dogs and for bigger dogs. Some of the roads are in pretty bad shape. Would recommend umbrellas or like shade tarps in the pool area. Quite hours weren’t all that followed or enforced.

It is a great campground. My only complaint is that they don’t implement the 10 oclock quiet time. There was a large group few yards from us that was loud until almost midnight.

WE loved our stay with Temecula/Vail Lake KOA. Everything was clean and accessible. We'll be staying there again for sure.

Need more campground signage for directions. Electrical outlet is in an odd position. Wifi difficult to access, even with technical support. Bought fire wood, it wouldn't burn because it was green wood. No one answer's the phone in the office, even after several attempts

They need to post signs which camparea is which, such as Rincon, Low Merlot, it was kind of difficult to find your area.

I’ve stayed here before in different parts of the park and every time it was a pleasant experience. When I arrived, there was another camper parked in my site. Instead of having them move, I flagged down one of the grounds person I believe his name was Enrique. He was extremely helpful in helping us resolve the mixup. Thanks again for another pleasant camping experience.

Chardonnay Mesa was a great location for our group rally. Hopefully by next time the road to Vail Lake will be open to vehicle traffic.

Could not get to the lake it was closed off. The roads need repaved it was very hard to ride bikes. Other than that we did enjoyed our stay.

We brought our grandchildren here for their spring break. We had a nice large site, the bathrooms were clean, the grounds well maintained. For the most part we found our stay good. Our picnic table was right next to a sewer dump and we were told the pool was heated which were pretty sure it was not which contributes to only a good rating.

Kids had an early spring break and we enjoyed four day with you guys. Played mini golf, went for hikes, used the BMX track and even the cool pools. Great time as always.

We were placed in spot 411 in the Arroyo Seco area which had very old restrooms and showers in dilapidated buildings and gave us an internet access pass for the site; I had asked for full hookups (internet/ 30 A electricity/water/sewer) but what they did not tell us was that the entire Arroyo Seco region of 220 sites had NO internet access that is critical for the work that we do.

Attendant had no maps to site. The site we had could barely fit motorhome in because branch was hanging down in the back and also the site was uneven had a hard time to level motorhome and really could not do it.

Great local campground to getaway. Only downside is Wifi is NOT available in all areas. Did not know that ahead of time. Otherwise, we have camped her many times and there is lots to do. We enjoy hanging out with our family and friends who also camp here. Great for all ages!

Love to see the continued improvements. Grandkids love the trails for hiking and biking. Definitely the pool areas. To cold for us, but they loved it. Can wait for the reopening of the lake. Hopefully the future improvements will include the old hotel.

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
