Despite the weather being rainy and super cold, it is always a pleasure staying at Temecula KOA! The kids love to ride their bikes around and so much to do! We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely love this great campground. Big sites and lots of activities for everyone. Staff is always friendly and willing to make your stay enjoyable. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is due to very poor internet. We visited with 3 rigs and no one was able to get any internet reception on our TVs...so had to watch movies on tablets, computers or phones...unless we used a DVD.

Restrooms were dirty and run down. The camp was not at all what we thought it would be. We would not suggest this to anyone we know who camps.

The sites are nice but the parents near us were inconsiderate. Loud music went on till after midnight. The bathrooms and showers needs a serious update Clubhouse and restaurant were very nice.

Easy check in, reservation easy, Did not like the charge for $25 to choose your own site. Great hiking to the lake and walk around the resort. Enjoyed the mt biking race with the festivities going on and the band Saturday night. We would go again when the racing is back. Great bunch of people. We will be back with our bikes.

Beautiful grounds, tons of activities for kids, well managed. The sites are HUGE and the views are beautiful. One incident with loud music after hours was quickly taken care of. We are going back.

The campsite was very nice, well maintained. Helpful and kind employees. Kylie with reservations is the BEST! She responded to my texts quickly with super helpful answers. She made me feel so welcomed. She's kind, caring, and loves helping people. I love her work ethics.

We had a great time! Campsite was perfect for my family and dogs. Dog park was a bit small, but we took our dogs for a hike so it didn’t affect us. Everybody was friendly. We will definitely be back!

What a great little big campsite- very family friendly with plenty of activity’s! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Now we know why it is always booked!

We were very impressed with the amount of security checks. Made us feel safe. Very clean campground. Enjoyed our stay for our first time out in our RV. We will definitely be back.

Always a great experience! Made new friends, campground was nice and quiet…we camp during the week! Noticed the fire rings were being redone and met the man doing them, Alex. They look great!! They are not all the same and are a nice improvement. We did leave a day early due to rain coming the next day and the staff was very helpful and received a refund with no problem.

Friendly, helpful, efficient staff. We stayed in the Oaks with our 37’ trailer. Large sites with BBQ grill, fire pit. Mature trees, saw woodpeckers, hawks, squirrels in the day and heard coyotes in early morning. There was one washer/dryer nearby for laundry, but no change machine and store ran out of quarters. Great campground! We loved The Oaks area. Plenty of space (except some of the bbq’s were in the way of our awning) . There were outstanding fire pits that a local is refurbishing on his own time and expense! You are out of town just enough to feel like you got away, but near enough to the wineries and action. Plenty of friendly and helpful staff on site. Definitely will return.

Pleasant. Arroyo Seco section is quiet. Didn’t use the facilities. Rained the night before we left. No noticeable flooding. Enjoyed the squirrels and birds. Only drawback was we didn’t know where to park to check-in( 40’ RV). The front gate didn’t inform us where the office was or where to park. Would’ve made check-in go smoother. Aside, from that we would return.�

Always friendly and helpful staff, such as Enrique and Ion. I did have problems with WiFi and phone service while there, and I was unable to get any calls through to the checkin office

Very pretty campground. Pleasant and helpful staff. My only concern was with the shower room, which did not impress! It was shabby and run down and I couldn't bring myself to use it as I wasn't entirely sure it was clean. The best campgrounds have nice shower rooms with locks on the door. This one did not! Otherwise a lovely spot to stay.

Super quiet and gorgeous setting! Super super clean…everywhere! HOT showers with great water pressure! After hours security and check in! I will be back!!

It was a nice time. Very relaxing. The reason why the lower stars is because of the misleading name, Lake Vail KOA when there is no lake around. One lady on the phone actually said it was shutdown. Whatever that might mean.

Other than the laundry and bathroom facilities in the Oaks, the site was wonderful and spacious. None of the washing machines work, and when I lost $5 to them, the office didn’t refund me nor provided any assistance in contacting the company who took care of the machines. Customer service was lacking there and made doing laundry frustrating. I ended up at a laundry facility 25 minutes away.

We had issues with the electricity. It kept shutting off when trying to use our air conditioner. We were in site 76. We moved to site 78. In the middle of the night, it kept shutting off when our furnace ran. We had to unplug the electricity in the middle of the night and had the furnace run on battery. Not sure what the issue was, but it happened on two sites. No issues at two other campgrounds.

I have been camping at this campground for 50 years. Excited that it is now a KOA, looking forward to seeing what improvements are planned for the future.

There was a bit of a wait to enter, but we were warned ahead of time that it would be busy on our arrival day. The campground was pretty nice and it was much bigger than we expected. Our camp site was pretty basic but it was flat and adequate. We had problems with the water hook-up in the morning, but I believe it was due to freezing temperatures. I would stay there again.

It was wonderful. Each campsite is spacious with mammoth, gorgeous oaks. The staff was extremely friendly, it seems like they all really like their jobs. It is very clear that this campground benefits from effective management.

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
