We were extremely pleased with the Temecula/Vail Lake KOA. Every staff member was kind and very helpful. Our camp site was clean and spacious. Our grandchildren enjoyed all of the planned activities and amenities that were available to us. They said "it was the best weekend ever!" We made some great memories this past weekend! Thank you for making our weekend so special!

Nice stay--neighbors had generator going early morning to late in evening. Staff was very friendly---we needed water outlet fixed and it was done within an hour. It was convenient to have sewer hookups at each site, but smell was bad off and on...

Had a great time, All staff was awesome. We enjoyed the DJ in the afternoon and cold beverage. Hiking in the hills was really nice. Will be back soon.

Amazing weekend!! Our space was beautiful, the golf cart rental was so fun, the cafe was yummy, and the patio entertainment was a blast!! We will be back soon!

Ok. Disappointed that the lake is nowhere around the campgrounds. Little too noisy with kids riding bikes everywhere.

Vail Lake has the best camp store, activities and friendliest staff. Enjoyed the ease of renting a golf cart.

Generators running all night. Loud and obnoxious music. Low water pressure. Unappealing sites. Kids supplies for crafts old and broken. Not again.

After checking in I had trouble finding my campsite there was a staff member I believe his name was Owen was exceptionally nice not only did he direct me exactly where my slot was she helped me back my trailer in staff there was excellent from check-in to any member I met thank you very much for a fantastic stay

Nice that’s it has the rustic feel, but where we stayed had no service and no wifi so that was a bit difficult if family needed to get a hold of us.

When we arrived in our designated campsite in the Arroya Seco area we did not have either a picnic table or fire pit. The fire pits in the Arroya Seco area’s fire pits a places quite haphazardly. The staff was very helpful in assigning us a new campsite with a fire pit. However the fire pit for our new campsite we very close to our neighbors trailer.

Ian, the park manager was working very hard this weekend to keep all his guest happy! All the activities and Dj were awesome this weekend. This is one of my favorite parks!

We were parked at #402, and that portion of the site really lacked any natural beauty compared to much of the property, and our main view was a restroom facility that needed much overdue exterior repairs. The staff was cheerful, and the KOA system worked well, though.

There are tons of mountain bike trails which is great and the only reason I chose to stay there. The quiet time was not observed during my stay, campers were loud well after midnight.

Views gorgeous, staff wonderful. Our only issue sight extremely unlevel. Walked around and seems most sights are that way. All in all very nice and would recommend

Enjoyed a weekday stay with uncrowded camping and loved this time of year with cooler temperatures. Biking and hiking was great, beautiful views and lots of wildlife.

Little disapointed, the park is in need of repair , lots of traffic in the park affraid to have our kids play , most KOA are very kid friendly ,I guess if you are a mountain biker it would be a great place. Sorry we won't return anytime soon ....

I did not choose my site. And they assigned me a site right by the bathrooms. One of the worst sites in the area I requested and there were at least 10 other sites that were open that were much better.

I had a few problems with our recent visit. I have never had any problems previously. This particular stay was a little disappointing. The staff was great accommodating us on the waiting list. The staff was able to move us next to our friends, however, when the staff called me I specifically asked not to be in a particular spot. When we arrived we had the spot I did not want & was unable to move.

The staff was pleasant and efficient. The site was kept up very well. Will be back. We had good internet and Cell service, (ATT) but on the hill. Was told that other sites do not have as good of service. This is important to us especially. for mid week stays stays. Thanks B.Levy

Potential 5 stars but didn't have a good exp with your bar. We ordered 2 Cadillac margaritas which were great. Came back and ord 2 more along with 4 other drinks for friends. The 2nd time was a different bartender and no tequila could be tasted. So I went back and mentioned the cad marg had very little Patron, the bartender responded I can give you an extra shot and then proceeded to charge us

Wish we could have stayed more than one night. We were up on “Chardonnay Mesa” with an incredible view. Good size sites. Lots of recreational facilities. Well off the road so it’s quiet. Only reason we give it less than 5 stars is the bath house was OK but not great in terms of the showers - could have more hooks and a bench. But the campground is fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay. We would appreciate it if the roads were marked. We had a map, but still got lost. It was our first time here. We enjoyed the the entertainment and the many things to do. Is there going to be lake access in the future. Thanks for a great weekend.

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
