Overall the campground and the amenities are amazing-definitely one of our go to spots! The only thing that I could recommend is shade by the pool. Temecula is known for being hot year round so even when families stay in a non summer month, we still need shade close enough to the pool to keep an eye on the kids. The shade in the dirt is too far away.

Beautiful views. Nice park but some things need improvement. The 30 amp hook ups are OLD. Very old. Need to be upgraded. Also more trash bins. You shouldn’t have to drive to get rid of your trash.

Overall we loved our stay! We’ve been there a few times but had never realized there were so many great amenities. We loved the cafe & the cocktails from the bar, & the entertainment!-dueling pianos was our favorite. The staff was all very friendly & professional- they really seem to enjoy their jobs. Another great weekend stay at Temecula KOA! It's quiet, clean and just awesome!! I think the only thing I'd change would be to have more power spots in Arroyo Seco area. Thank you!!!

Sites are too close. People were running very loud generators until 11pm. Mini-golf is only open 2 days a week. Kinda, well, ugly grounds with random rock piles and half cut down trees. Meh.

Great family place to stay. We were there during the week so not all the activities were open but the atmosphere was awesome We’re gonna come back with our group who camp together. Never been here before but definitely coming back

We love this campground. It is beautiful and staff is friendly. Good place to ride bikes. You feel like your so far away from everything so it’s completely relaxing but if you want something to do, you have old town or winery’s to go to. All in all a great place�ϋ�

Love camping at Vail Lake campground. Our site was clean and big. Great place for the kiddos. Check in/ out was easily handled over the phone and email. All the staff were awesome! Cafe, store, bar, oh and the golf cart bar, so much fun!! Lots of bike riding, hiking, crafts for kiddos. Just a great place to stay! Thank you KOA Vail Lake! Great time!

My vacation was just awesome. Everyone working there is so nice. I was there on my own, and almost each time one of the workers in the golf carts went by they waved and asked if everything was ok. I love staying with you. This was my second time to camp with you and will return again towards the end of March 2022.

Plenty of green space surrounding camp sites, amenities (well maintained) for the whole family. Friendly and clean, even the trash dumpsters were screened.

Clean camp ground. They put my family together as we had individual RV's. That was not requested but they did it on their own. It was GREATLY appreciated!

Feb 2022 was our first stay at Temecula KOA. We were pleasantly surprised! The site was clean and large with full hookups. The picnic table was clean and newer w/fire ring. This place goes above and beyond. The staff in the office and at the bar and restaurant was excellent, but the guys driving around on golf carts could care less. Great bar, lots to do and beautiful area!

We had a great weekend - the campsite in The Oaks was shady and very nice - We played miniature golf and had root beer floats from the cafe.... Great for families/lots of kids - mt bike trails were fun.

The very BEST! I love all the improvements that Ian is making to the park. The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly (special shout out to Bailey, Hailey and Owen). Looking forward to the future with continued programs and improvements. I'm already excited for our next stay in April.

Overall, a great stay!! My parents parked their RV in spot 200 that had an old power pedestal with the plug facing down. I had to use zip ties to hold the 30amp cord up into the pedestal since it kept falling out. Other than that, a great stay! I know the park is under going restoration over time, but we would love to see: concrete RV pads, wheel stop on all spots in Rincon and new pedestals

I have been camping here for 50 plus years and I love it as much now as I did when I was a child. I met Alex who was putting rock and brick looking fire pits and fixing them with his own cement and time. They look beautiful I wish management would hire him to do them all he is doing it for free and they are beautiful he was in space 125 during our stay. At least let him stay for free.

1st, you're a big campground- either the signage to the various sections needs to be bigger/ better or with all the carts you have on site have an escort to the site. Our first time in was highly frustrating especially with a 40ft motorhome. We have stayed at smaller campgrounds with single sections and we were escorted, Oherwise it was a very pleasant stay. The Mai Tai cart was a surprise.

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
