No activities and the cafe and bunkhouse bar were closed the entire time. Been coming here for years but it is starting to get older. I was hopeful that there would have been more improvements by now.

We have stayed multiple times here. It is a great place to come and enjoy the outdoors with all the benefits of being close to town.

We went at Christmas time and there were a lot of fun activities for the kids, it is very nice when there is something for the kids to do also. I really liked the fact that there was a cafe with good food.

4th visit, miniature golf conditions are terrible, $10 breakfast with santa was soo meager with only 2 pancakes and 2 sausages!! Still had to go back to trailer to make more breakfast.....eggs! I will not do it again next year and will discourage others from doing so as well unless food is stepped up. Water hose froze over night, no water for most of morning......i wish they would've warned us.

It’s alway a pleasure coming to this campground. I wish the restaurant was open and some of the Christmas activities were going on, but understand during the week when the park is not full it doesn’t make financial sense. The park is clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that no one follows the speed limit…including some staff.

Beautiful camp ground - we stayed in The Oaks area under the canopy of mature oak trees. Very spacious sites, well-maintained and accessible. Definitely plan to come back! :)

Really enjoyed the stay during Xmas festivities. Had fun with music and then the dj! Always clean and fairly nice staff.

Nice campground and the activities were a nice idea but were so terribly organized, we wasted a lot of time waiting around for things the kids couldn't do.

Our stay at Vail Lake was wonderful as always. Check in is so easy. All of the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I do wish Vail lake had activities on Sunday for the kids. I would also love to see Vail Lake have their own Instagram account.

Overall great. Lots of activities for the kids during our stay. A big thing is people not having their dogs on leash and wondering around please regulate that more there are a ton of employees driving around and having your dog on a leash at the camp site is the rules

I always love camping here! A couple suggestions for next Christmas: the events were too crowded need to offer both Saturday and Sunday and/or have more staff. The hot chocolate was way too hot for children. All three of my children burned their tongues! Other than that it was wonderful! Merry Christmas!

The Holidays at the park was not as smooth running as we thought. Staff did not share info or seem to know what to tell guests. The pancakes at Santa pancake breakfast were sad looking and served very sloppy and orange juice ran out and it was like "oh well" attitude. Waited on line for over an hour to get our plates after we paid. Seems like could have better executed. Activities lil choatic.

Everything was great with the exception of one thing. Please weather proof the water hookups. Even when we disconnected and drained our hose at night, we could not use the water hookup in the morning until it thawed. Thank you.

It was great and the kids had a wonderful time. The Santa breakfast seemed to be understaffed cause the wait was really long, even with reservations. The resort was very kind and let us refund our tickets and we ate at the cafe. Food was great!

We went for the “Holiday Festival” weekend for the first time and it was amazing! Everything was decorated and so festive! They had great activities for the kids and adults! So so fun and we will definitely be back!

Love the campground, beautiful! Only concern during stay was that we had no service or network connection/wifi at our campsite. A bit of a safety concern for us. Other than that, we really enjoyed our experience!

We had a very large and well located space, 337, and had great access to hiking with our dog. Very pleased with the staff although waiting for 15 minutes to buy a candy bar at the store because of people registering for events and renting golf carts isn't very good. Will be back, thanks.

Very nice facility and the front desk and ground crew were exceptional especially after the storm. Electricity in Arroyo Seco would be excellent.

Very poorly run park. It’s a sad game of “my speaker is bigger than your speaker” Instead of making it an enjoyable environment for everyone paying $100 a night, zero staff tell the idiots blaring their music using N word and P&say to turn it down. Wifi didn't work on the Chardonnay Mesa or the tent campground. No recycling. Beautiful grounds overall; bathrooms are old but very functional. Excited to check out the mountain bike trails.

Our spots were extra perfect and so clean! Your staff at the front desk are AMAZING & deserve a RAVE. We loved interacting w Nichol and Noah! By far best professional interactions i have had with employees of an establishment. The are the best value you have! Please give Kudos to them!! The only thing is that we could not get wifi. the support system worked on it friday and still sunday no wifi

This was our third or fourth time there and we loved it. My only complaint would be to add more healthy items to the Cafe menu. My daughter doesn't eat pizza or hot dogs (surprisingly) so I struggled to find something for her, especially when the air fryer was estimated to take over an hour. Apart from that, we had a fabulous time and will definitely come again. Love all the craft and activities!

The facility is very nice. Front desk is extremely helpful. Incredibly busy on weekend. Would like to see electrical hook up in Arroyo Seco area.

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
