its always a great time when we stay. Its just harder to get a weekend stay since its so popular.

Signage is very confusing to a first time visitor; on the highway a large sign on the right with no arrow or indicator that the entrance is on the opposite sign. No RV parking near the store for check-in. We reserved specific site 75, but it was occupied and no one was around even attempting to pack up. We ended up taking site 77. Site 77 the sewer connection was the highest point on the site

KOA website says that campers need to bring their own table and chairs, yet there was a picnic table at every tent site. We packed tables and chairs - taking up precious room in our car - for nothing. Website says the pool is only open 3/1 - 11/1; it is actually open all year; we left our suits at home. Website says there is WiFi; there wasn't. Would like restaurant/bar to be open Mon/Tues too.

My husband and our 2 boys had a blast riding all of the mountain bike trails and I enjoyed the peaceful time while they were out reading under the trees. It was a win win sort of trip for all of us.

I really enjoy spending time here. The staff is always so wonderful, from the front gate guard, grounds keepers, staff inside the main room, and the cafe.

Clean campground, Very poor signage, Difficult to find our site. Campground sites were nice ..but tables and fire rings were everywhere. Could not figure out which table/fire ring went to what site. Real bummer : No lake contact or getting close to seeing the lake!!

This was our first stay and it was great! It would be nice to see better paved roads in some areas, but other than that it was fantastic!

Peaceful, relaxing, easy in, flat spot to park our trailer. We liked the location and enjoyed the music sat and Sun evening.

Check in was easy, however when we arrived at our camp site the previous campers were still in it. Looked like they haven’t even started to move out until we pulled up, then he jumps up and starts to pack up. We drove away and came back in a hour they were gone. Roads all through the various camp area’s were in need of repair( pot holes,cracks and roots lifting asphalt). Restrooms were very cl

We thought the campgrounds were well kept, and everyone we spoke with was friendly. Water pressure in Arroyo area was very low. It was nearly a two mile bike ride to the lake. (I had hoped Vail Lake was close to a lake)

Stayed in the no electricity area and had an amazing time! The spaces are very large! we were there with other trailers and we had so much space to move around. We especially loved the hiking behind us and the scavenger hunt! Hoping to reveal our tie dye shirts so we can wear them soon!!

So happy to READ about your leash rule. Very sad to see it wasn’t enforced. So many unleashed dogs left me on edge every time I took my two small leashes dogs out. Please enforce your rule! Also, we were given a site RIGHT NEXT TO other campers. The three sites on our other side were empty. Please spread out your guests.

Chaotic! Couldn't find a convenient place to park with trailer for check in. Loud music was playing a couple of sites away during the day and into the night. Kids were driving golf carts - I thought you needed a driver's license for that. Trash was in our site when we goth there. The bathroom had one tiny mirror and a shower out of order. No WiFi in area. Trash cans were overflowing when we left.

It was a nice time and the weather during the day was absolutely perfect. A storm front moved in and it got cold quickly. All in all, it was a great time.

Great activities! For the cost, Wi-Fi should work better and cable should be offered. Nice to see things being cleaned up. Walk from campground to activities is VERY dangerous. A lighted walking path is badly needed. It is a tragedy waiting to happen!

We were a group of 18 rvs. Family and friends. Employees were very nice Rented golf carts. Easy to get around. Spaces were clean and big. Entertainment was just ok. Would love better internet. Overall. Nice weekend

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
