Loved it. Would really like to be able to fish the lake and not have to walk all the way. 2 miles is far.

We had a nice time at the Vail Lake KOA. The store, restaurant and bar area are very nice. We stayed in Arroyo Seco and is was quiet and peaceful. The bathrooms could use a little TLC (clean, just outdated), but otherwise it was very nice.

wiFi was totally unusable. Campgrounds are a bit rough, but decent. Several of the restroom buildings are badly in need of repair.

Thursday and Friday were fabulous!!!! Beautiful park and conveniently close to wineries. Saturday had children out of control racing dirt bikes around and through campsites. Also wish security was more active in enforcement of quiet time, some people had generators running all night. So no quiet time on Saturday nighr.

Nice camp grounds. Lots of activities for Kids some free others with a fee. Live music on weekends, so if your looking for quiet, stay in the quiet side. Large camp ground. Little eatery onsite. Had some good pizza. Would come back for a lively weekend.

Our first time here, and sadly, our site was not very level (compared to those around us). The activities for children were outstanding. We'll definitely be back (but not at the same site!)

We loved staying here - great big spaces, beautiful views, so much to do, and excellent and friendly staff. We will go back and have already recommended to several people.

In need of serious upkeep and updating. For a CG claiming to have 450+ sites there are only 6 W/D and not all of the areas are covered by their limited Wi-Fi network The road infrastructure is in need of complete repaving, other amenities were equally poor. Staff at the security shack was friendly but the other staff was very indifferent. Would not recommend any length of stay past a weekend.

Got my favorite space. Liked that security drove by every hour or so at night. One of your employees helped me with my ashes as I didn't want to put them in the trash can - he was very nice. I like that you put in a bike course. Two of the campers in my area let their dogs off of the leash - I don't like that because they moleste the animals but you can't be everywhere. It was a very pleasant

Overall it was nice, however the campsite we had was very noisy since we were right next to main road and there was a lot of back and for the traffic especially from the workers on their golf carts.

I’m addition to a great stay and meeting nice people…there is a guy (I believe he volunteers, not an employee) that’s goes throughout the campground redoing the fire pits with stone, brick etc. the redone pits look amazing!

We love this campground. Staff is great. The store is fantastic with an excellent cafe. We love coming here and have never been disappointed.

After hours call / message. Left a message about the utilities box shorting out a huge spark when we turned the power on. No one called or came by to check on us. No WiFi in many areas in the resort. Arroyo section bathrooms are old and dilapidated. Small laundry facility. Needs lots of updates and better customer service

We were at rincon. It was very windy. The space was easy to get into and level. The campground has improved from the last time we were here. They are installing wifi throughout. Checkin was very easy and the store seems very well stocked. Because of the wind and later rain we did not get to do much outside. We will be back. . .

Overnight, site location was awesome, lake view, neighbors very friendly, camp store was excellent!! Can’t wait to return fir a longer stay and experience the bar, cafe, pools etc. 2-thumbs up������

The grounds were kept very tidy. Everyone that worked at the KOA were extremely pleasant. I mean everyone!!! What a change of scenery! The only suggestion I have is with all the kiddos is the speed limit enforcement. It was pretty much nonexistent? There were way too many children and adults riding bikes everywhere for this not to go unnoticed. Seriously? I am really surprised someone was not hurt

Roads are rough and Wi-Fi is weak at best, and only one device per camper seems a bit under-serving. Family activities and entertainment are awesome! Our campsite (and most others) are nothing but dirt. We had a gully running through our site and I am so glad we didn't have rain. I hope these issues are corrected. I would probably stay there again.

NEVER a bad stay here! The staff and campers are always friendly! I do wish the bar and grill and ice cream shop were open more on weekdays though,, would love to try them!

Great campground. Very clean and well maintained. Great views from the chardonnay Mesa area. Most of the staff is friendly, some seem disgruntled. If you are a mountain biker, then this is the place for you. There is a good variety of trails to ride. One of the few campgrounds where you can have a campfire. Wish some of the activities for kids were open during the week.

We were unable to sign on to the wifi. So we called the helpline with phone number that was provided when we checked in and were told that wifi was not available on the side of the campground that we were staying in. Not being told that at the time we checked in was quite disappointing. Also little confusing where to park for checking in.

If you have 5 or 6 young kids and you don't care how dirty they get, this is the campground for you! Very fun spot for young kids. If you're looking for customer service, this might not be your spot.

KOA has changed the wifi and we couldn’t connect to our tv’s. We called technical support and they told us we had to purchase wifi that we thought was free. We stayed there last year and no problem with wifi.

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
