This campground is great. Having the longer bar hours and live entertainment over the weekend was very nice. The kids really enjoyed the crafts and Thrifty ice cream. The staff are very friendly and make the experience so inviting and fun. We will definitely be back.

We arrived after dark and spent significant time just trying to find the "store" to check in, with the information provided by the individual at the entrance booth. There is almost no directional signage in the campground and even with the campground map provided by the store, it was challenging to find our site. The facility is large and comfortable, but lack of signs detracted from our stay.

It was so fun! Great staff! Our only issue was the people who ignored the quiet hours rule and ran their generators all night. I was hoping a staff would have come around and made them turn it off.

The bike trails are great, the rest is meh. The area we camped in was extremely loud with generators, music and loud talking late into the night. I didn't see anyone from the KOA enforcing any of the rules so KOA may as well just abandon the noise rules altogether. We reserved a spot with water and sewer but when we showed up there was no sewer. Pretty disappointing trip....

We had the perfect spot. Big space. Got to play bocce ball in the river bottom, corn hole, lots of games and hiking. A great camping spot. We did have a problem with riding our tandem as they were so many discourteous kids riding their bikes. They wouldn't move over or for that matter weren't even looking. Other than that it was perfect. We would look forward to coming again������

We had a full hookup site reserved in Arroyo Seco. We received a text message early in the week advising us to pay ahead of time. We did, and I confirmed a site-specific request. Another text message said to complete waiver signing before arriving. I did that, too. This made check-in so FAST and EASY! Off to our site, which was wonderful! 399 in Arroyo Seco is huge, great for people watching!

I'm glad KOA took over this campsite. I've seen great improvements. This is one of my wife and I's favorite places to camp. However, the roads in Rincon and the Oaks could really use some new asphalt as they have not been resurfaced in years. Other than that, it's a great place to camp.

Being able to get to the lake would have been nice. We wanted to fish but that was too long of a hike for us. Loved the whole camping area. Food at restaurant was great but wait too long. Would be good to be able to place order from phone and then go pick it up. Drink cart drive by so fast all the time could never order one. Overall loved. We will be back

Loved staying in the Arroyo section. The only thing I would change is allowing all the kids in electric vehicles I saw too many close calls..

We love the Vail Lake KOA. The campground is well maintained. We like all the trees. There are plenty of amenities and activities for everyone.

Loved the location, the cafe, b-ball & pickle courts Would like to see better roads, paved spots, & WiFi in all of the camp grounds. We were in the Arroyo section and could not get WiFi- had to go up to the cafe for that.

The site were very large and very spaces. The park is very big. The bar on wheels was amazing. The band and the DJ where great as well. There was a lot to do for everyone in our group.

We’ve stayed there over a dozen times, but this was our first time in Lower Arroyo Seco and it was very disappointing. fire pit right next neighbors own fire pit meant zero privacy and they’re too heavy to move…terrible site layouts…no noise control - neighbors parties all night until we went over ourselves at 2am to ask them to turn music off.

We booked a site next to our friends in Arroyo Seco and knew there was no power there. On the website and on both of our email confirmations, it indicated water and sewer. This was false and most employees for KOA knew this because when we told them our site number they said "oh, those don't have sewer." While the campground was beautiful, this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Need to move to another WiFi provider. Could not get signed into WiFi due to a 'splash screen' that would not accept the email required for signup. No one in office could help and sent me to an 800 number, where one guy consistently answered the phone and Googled for answers. Also, I know Putt-Putt is free, but there has to be some attempt at maintenance. Wrinkles in carpet, holes shut down, yuck.

Our reservation states that our camp site had water / sewer! We showed up (us and another family in next camp site) and we don’t have a sewer dump. We call up to the store and they “oh yeah, we don’t know why they sell those sites as having sewer). We made and paid on full for the site and I even called to confirm the connections. the manager offered 10% back…. $15 for a major inconven

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because we needed to do laundry and your machines are coin operated only. No chance machine... The showers were not operable for our neighbors as their white heater broke. I also didn't like not having electric in my site... We took what we could get

We were there several years ago when electricity went out in arroyo seco. So sad that it has not been fixed but expensive cottages are being built. The mini golf coarse is in extreme need of repair as are the bathroom buildings. Seems that money is being directed to the wrong areas.

We were surprised at how spacious the campground was. The staff was friendly and helpful and the other campers were considerate and quiet. Plus, there were good bike paths and lots of fun activities to do. We already booked our next trip.

We were extremely pleased with the Temecula/Vail Lake KOA. Every staff member was kind and very helpful. Our camp site was clean and spacious. Our grandchildren enjoyed all of the planned activities and amenities that were available to us. They said "it was the best weekend ever!" We made some great memories this past weekend! Thank you for making our weekend so special!

Nice stay--neighbors had generator going early morning to late in evening. Staff was very friendly---we needed water outlet fixed and it was done within an hour. It was convenient to have sewer hookups at each site, but smell was bad off and on...

Had a great time, All staff was awesome. We enjoyed the DJ in the afternoon and cold beverage. Hiking in the hills was really nice. Will be back soon.

Where do I start...this is a Mountain Bike KOA, the place is huge, multiple levels, versatile views, clean, really fun stay Luv their store, they have a restaurant and another building with a full bar, as u can see from my pics they also have outdoor dining, weekends they feature live music on stage for free Miniature Golf, Bouce Ball, Volleyball, Arts and Crafts, train for kids to ride, 3 swimming pools one of which is for smaller children, think its only 1 1/2' deep, lap pool and party pool, I'm sure they have more than what I've listed They r currently finishing up their newest area of tiny houses for renting, they are 2 story and include front deck and patio with fireplace, the area sits on top of a ravine Again on weekends they have golf carts driving around selling cocktails right at ur door Bathrooms and laundry r large and clean, staff is very accommodating Holidays here r over the moon and booked years in advance, think of amazing decorations and additional activities Spaces r all sizes and manicured, we truly feel this is one of those places where u have no worries and don't have to spend time taking care of things, just call them and ask for help...this place is really about making sure u can relax, stop and smell the flowers vibe I've seen incredible parties here and big time family enjoyment, views everywhere, people r just happy all around u...ur close to town, casino and wineries If we could I think we would live here full-time It's definitely a place u want to visit...we can't wait to go back
