Extremely accommodating with our schedule changes. Clean, well maintained, our site was spotless when we pulled in. The dog park was a immense bonus and obviously policed for cleanliness. The owners and staff extremely friendly and willing to lend a hand if required. I would highly recommend this KOA to any and all.

As we were essential travel during Ontario’s lockdowns, it was a relief to be able to have somewhere to rest. Check in was super fast and we were shown to an absolutely wonderful site with a large yard. We were only there one night, but I wouldn’t mind going back some day if we’re going through the area again.

The KOA has everything you'll need. From a great private spot with full service to propane for your RV. It is close enough to town for a nice bike ride to the main pier with beautiful sights of sleeping giant. The host is very friendly and helpful. We would stay again and we would recommend it to our friends.

It was a great site to camp for the night with a fire pit, wooden swing, chairs and paved picnic areas. Due to covid we were not able to take in all the amenities the campground offers. Perhaps next time.

Your roadways are dustier than desert trails. I accumulated a whole pile of dust and dirt in my MH engine compartment just driving to my site, more than in our previous 2000 miles of travel across the country. I couldn't even see out the windows of our tow vehicle. You have to put calcium down on those gravel/sand roadways.

Staff are great and make you feel welcome. There is nothing nicer then dealing with someone who likes their job. This is a great campground, clean, easy access from the highway, and well laid out. I’m driving a 42’ bus with tow, no problems getting into the pull through sites, and there seem to be lots of them. I’ve stayed here twice and would highly recommend this KOA.

We had an amazing stay. Staff were super friendly. They even let us spend the day at the park even though check out was at 11am. We didn't have to bring our trailer through the city before leaving, they let us keep it at our site (it wasn't booked again that evening) At no extra cost. Activities were closed due to early season and COVID19, had a great time no matter. Fantastic playground!

This was our third stay here and it is our “go to” place to camp when passing through Thunder Bay. Never disappointed.

We stayed here for a night en route across the country. Our host, Christine, was attentive to our needs and thoughtful. We were 2 RV,s travelling together and she put us together with full service lots. We did a 22 km hike to Sleeping Giant the day we arrived so we appreciated having such kind service. She even escorted us to our sites so we were in place to set up easily for the night.

We stayed in sub-zero temperatures so had to forgo a water connection but otherwise we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay. It is wonderful they sell propane on-site since our furnace was on almost full time! The staff were very pleasant to deal with.

UNBELIEVABLE .IN A SCALE FROM 1-10, I GIVE THIS KOA CAMPGROUND AT LEAST AN 11 MY NAME IS ARNIE WARD AND I HAVE BEEN CAMPING FOR OVER 25 YEARS. THE OWNER WAS FABULOUS ,WHEN OUT OF HER WAY MORE THAN ONCE FOR US.

No problem arriving late. Close to highway. Site easy to navigate. Washrooms clean. Laundry not available. Not sure if that was COVID or just time of day. Overall good stay.

Our trip was delayed by a week and we nearly missed out, arriving on the last evening of the season. The camp was sparsely populated but we received friendly, efficient service and were relieved to have a place to stay on our cross country journey.

Best Koa ever we are now officially season campers there. The owners Kristie and Mike are amazing people and did all the right things to keep the camping safe and healthy this past year with the COVID situation I would highly recommend this KOA to anyone anywhere

Way Overpriced for what you get in late season. Operator was snarky on the phone and didn’t give us a site with a campsite despite that I asked for one.

We arrived and the laundry facilities were no longer open (we arrived at 4:30PM). The 30amp plug wiring on our site was so loose our connector wouldn't stay on.

Stayed for 2 nights on my way west to check out TB. Stayed 1 night on my way back home. Met my travel requirements well. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Nice facility and location.

Beautiful sites, reasonable rates and now great internet as just did an update. Wish they would have seasonal 50 amp service as we would definitely consider staying all summer!
