Our stay was fantastic to bad that couldn't be said for the weather. The host at this park is super nice got to meet him and talk about all that goes on here. Mind blowing is all I can say. As a first time visitor to this KOA we were totally surprised at how kid orientated this park is. From the pool to the splash park to the events they have its unreal. What they do for KOA care is honorable

Our stay was enjoyable and accommodating. We stayed in one of the upgraded spots, it was nice to have a lock stone patio and fire pit area. We have rebooked for next year.

Our stay at Thunder Bay KOA was great, as always. Only thing I wish you had was a hot tub.

Very good. Very clean. When we called about our propane tank needing to be replaced it was done very quickly and professional. The only suggestion I would have it for additional hooks in the cabin. It rained often so there was little place to hang the wet stuff. It would be better in my mind if there was one larger hook on the back of the door in the shower. Vs just the small one. Thank you.

Great location. Easy to get in and out of. Really liked it. Only gave it 4 stars because Wifi was intermittent and no cable channels. It's time canadian campgrounds started adding cable to their list of amenities!

Great campground. Friendly staff. Enjoy making friends with the neighbours. Love the pools and the different seasonal events. Thanks for the wonderful stay. See ya in 2021 ��

Over crowded, felt like Covid 19 wasnt an issue. Quiet time wasnt followed. No enforcement of social distancing.

Came in late - close to 3 am - the site was great... they didn’t allow us a late check-out which was unfortunate but it was the long weekend to be fair. I would def. stay again. The Thunderbay location is one of my favourites. I would recommend more cleaning of shared spaces like the bathroom and showers during Covid though. She said they clean once in the morning - I would suggest an increase.

We stayed for three nights in one of the deluxe cabins and it was well worth it. We enjoyed the mini putt and the pool. Nice having a fire each night.

Very disappointed because this year I don’t know if it’s because of the COVID children were running in the washrooms and shower areas, areas were unkempt, no towels to dry hands, also noisy at night, no restrictions for noisy neighbours making noise till 1:00am

We needed a pull through, full service lot. They said they had one and we reserved. When we arrived - that is what we had. Have been juggled at another camp sight and did not get what we received and paid for - once again this KOA was true to its word! This means a lot to new campers!

I had and paid for a patio site, $89.00 per night, there wasn't a sewer conection, had to use the dump station. I could not believe that there wasn't a sewer connection.

We stayed at this campground on our way to Alberta and on the way back to Ontario.( 2 nights). The sites for permanent guests are lovely, obvious they take pride in their areas. The sites for short term are close together, and slightly uneven. We overlooked the fishing pond, which was a pleasant view. There was a Hallowe’en display which was impressive. WiFi sporadic. Staff were nice.

This is an amazing KOA everything was spotless and immaculate. Kristie the owner was amazing so kind and helpful. It is so family orientated. We had a family reunion there and the grandkids just had a ball.

It was exactly what I wanted. A little noisy on Wednesday and Thursday night, a lot of kids yelling and a party. Still didn't go on all night. I had to put the music on in my cabin to drown it out. But I understand that people want to have fun. So really not complaining. Just a mention.

Second stay this summer, staff is excellent and friendly. Pool facilities are perfect and washrooms are clean. We had wifi as well, look forward to coming back next year.

Site is great, easy access, full hookups. Kids love the pools and park. The Halloween scare field was the best touch!
