I can’t wait when Covid it is over and the park is at its at full potential. During Covid I know there’s a lot of things missing but even with the things missing it was still five star. Well done people

Spotless. One off the cleanest campsites I’ve been too. Great facilities and the staff was professional and courteous! Tent sites were very well maintained. Shows pride!

The website claims to have WIFI which is something we required as I am working on the road. There is only WIFi at the main building and it is A pretty bad connection. I had to work from my car in the rain parked outside the reception building. This needs to be corrected on the website to be specific about the services.

If you like dirt bikes and side by sides driving all over the park and making dust while your eating supper and loud noise then this is the place for you but as for me I will never go back to this KOA

We were completed new to the RV world and had no problems at all. We were escorted to our sight by a lovely staff member in a golf cart and absolutely loved our almost two week stay. Clean, friendly and very helpful staff

We are never disappointed when we stay at KOA. My daughter loves the pool and that’s where we spend most of our afternoons. The park is well kept, bathrooms are clean and the staff is friendly. We try to stay at least once a summer

The spaces were so close together when we arrived a family was eating at our table with their tent set up right beside it. We could not have a camp fire which ruined the entire experience of camping for me. Office said there was no time limit for fires when I asked but when we got there there's was no way to get fire wood. Office was closed no one answering the phone and no one ever called back

This is our second visit to the Tbay KOA and we loved it even more this summer! Our little cabin was adorable and it had everything we needed for our stay. We found the facilities to be very clean and the staff was so friendly. My kids LOVED the pools, splashpad, parks and mini golf...as well as the ice cream! We can't wait to come back again next summer!

Staying in the high rent district but the Wi-Fi was not accessible. Told it is what it is and they were getting 5G in the future. I should have been advised the range of the Wi-Fi was such and given an opportunity to change sites in advance of finding out after the fact. Being upfront is always Best. Wi-Fi is an important part of today’s personal environment to overlook it appeared under handed.

Our family had a really good time at the KOA in Thunder Bay. Staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. Pool was amazing! And staff did a great job at making sure everyone understood the social distancing rules while keeping the amount of people in the pool area to 46.

Very enjoyable Would be better when covid restrictions relax and they are able to have umbrellas by the pools... did feel a touch of heat stroke

Arriving late in the evening on the Friday of Aug long weekend meant check in was busy along with the amenities. The staff were so friendly and professional on a very busy evening, its easy to see why this KOA has such a high rating already. Amenities were clean and staff took Covid 19 precautions very seriously.

Absolutely loved our site, great hosts, excellently clean campground. A little pricy. Wished we'd known about the wifi not being available throughout the campground but that's really not a huge deal. The dryer didn't dry my laundry but I hung it out as I want paying another $6 for drying... Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overpriced and very tightly packed. While all staff were great, the price did not at all match the experience. By comparison we found the Sault Ste Marie KOA to be much nicer and yet cheaper!

Spacious site with swimming pools and splash pad. The kids loved it. Organised and clean, with a lot of measures in place for social distancing. Highly recommended.

It was a nice and relaxing weekend. The staff was so helpful and friendly and same goes to all the campers out there. It’s not far from town but far enough to be able to unwind and relax in a stress free environment

Staff are lovely. Showers, pool, laundry and all amenities are well cared for and clean. It helped that we had beautiful sunny Thunder Bay weather. Would definitely return.

The lower section of the campground is quite nice and that is the section all short term campers should be at. The upper section has too many seasonal and longer term campers with junk lying around. Quite messy section. People working in the office are very nice.

Loved the pool warm, clean and relaxing. I stayed in the deluxe cabin and I am very satisfied with it. Enough room for all 6 of us. (3 adults, one pre-teen and two 3 year olds). Felt very safe and the other campers were great neighbours. The people at the front check in are awesome. The site is only 10 minutes away from shopping, but still feels like a secluded camp ground.

We rented one of the deluxe cabins for our stay & were extremely pleased with the whole experience. Everything in the campgrounds & cabin was very clean & well kept. The store is well stocked, staff is very helpful & courteous & the pool area is excellent. We highly recommend the Thunder Bay KOA. Thanks for an awesome time!

Good clean place, the only downfall is the charge for children in your own camper which I find ridiculous. They are not using any more facilities . It made the price too high that I wouldn’t go back . I feel close to $80 a night for camper parking without sewer and $3 for a wash and $3 for a dry it cost me the same as a hotel would in the same area.
