Everything was amazing. The wood is a little expensive and the mini put is amazing also but a little costly

I found the campground to be expensive, we were required to use two sites for 5 people. Every other KOA I have been to has allowed 6 people per site.

Our stay at Thunder Bay KOA was great, as always. Only thing I wish you had was a hot tub.

Came in late - close to 3 am - the site was great... they didn’t allow us a late check-out which was unfortunate but it was the long weekend to be fair. I would def. stay again. The Thunderbay location is one of my favourites. I would recommend more cleaning of shared spaces like the bathroom and showers during Covid though. She said they clean once in the morning - I would suggest an increase.

It is my daughter's favourite place to stay. We stayed there on the way to our destination, and she begged me to make it one of the places we were staying on the way back. It's well treed, and the pools are lovely. Staff was welcoming and clear with their directions. Only downside is it isn't right next to water. The amethyst mine nearby was a plus though.

Only stayed there for a night but the staff were very nice and accommodating! Clean facilities as well.

Campsite and facilities were very clean. Sites are close together so very little privacy but other campers are respectful and friendly. The staff were very helpful.

Tent sites too close together and crowded. Absolutely no privacy. Otherwise, pleasant and congenial place, and great for kids with lots of activities available. Very clean washrooms and kitchen facilities. Reception staff very nice and helpful.

Despite Covid-19 we felt very safe. The grounds were immaculate. We are in our 60s and really enjoyed the sound of kids having fun. And like clockwork, the grounds settled down for a peaceful night’s sleep for each of our 3 nights. A great family campground!

We stayed here for three nights. On the second day we left some stuff behind on our camping site knowing that we will need those things for our last night.We had a truck tent, so when we left for the day, people would know that the site was still used. The cleaning crew picked up our tarp and firewood. (The couple across us saw them.) Please keep better track of occupied sites.

Spotless. One off the cleanest campsites I’ve been too. Great facilities and the staff was professional and courteous! Tent sites were very well maintained. Shows pride!

The spaces were so close together when we arrived a family was eating at our table with their tent set up right beside it. We could not have a camp fire which ruined the entire experience of camping for me. Office said there was no time limit for fires when I asked but when we got there there's was no way to get fire wood. Office was closed no one answering the phone and no one ever called back

We loved our stay here. Clean and nice sized lots. Nice big store and laundry. We have booked here for our return trip.
