We are excited to announce that we are offering seasonal camper sites for the 2026 season, running from April 24th to October 12th. These sites are part of a 60-site expansion, featuring all full hookups. Pull-thru and back-in sites both available. The seasonal sites are nestled on the northern end of our property, adjacent to a serene treeline. The campsites are some of the largest on the campground, measuring 40' pedestal to pedestal. Included in the rate is the option to leave your camper on your site during the offseason.
Application and Deposit Information: After filling out the linked form, if accepted, we will reach out to you for a $150 background check and application processing fee. Once that clears, we will obtain a $500 nonrefundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit is applicable to your site rate.
Rates: $4,400 + $100 security deposit
Utilities: The seasonal site holder will be billed monthly for metered electric use.
Included Adults and Children: Included in the rate is two adults and their unmarried children under 18 living at home. Seasonal campers may purchase a season pass for an immediate family member who stays with you often at the rate of $150/adult and $75/child.
