We had a great stay at the KOA near Traverse City. Restrooms and showers were clean and the staff was very friendly. We would highly recommend.

We thought that the customer service was top notch and appreciated how organized you were. We had a great time. My son loved the RC park as that was one of the reasons we booked this camp ground. Thanks for a great few days!

Very impressed with my first KOA stay! The employees were attentive and kind. The park was clean and very pleasant. Highly recommended and will return.

We typically stay in a more remote campground, but chose the KOA this time around because of the fun activities available for the kids. The Traverse City location is beautiful. It was very well maintained, the bathrooms were clean, and all of the staff was friendly. Would have liked to have gotten information at check in re. the various activities, as we missed some until our final night.

Hmmm. There was a activity schedule in the packet your received when you arrives. Also one posted on the front and back door of the store. Thanks for staying with us, I hope to see you again.

Heavily disrespected, poor service. Most KOAs I have gone to there is kinda this family feel to it, this one no felt like a total business would never go back

I am sorry you did not have a great stay. That is not the service we provide. Most guests that give us an unfavorable review have been asked to be considerate of the other campers. Happy camping in the future.

We could not be happier with our stay at Traverse City KOA. Beautiful campsite and the most wonderful staff. We really appreciate how kind and accommodating they were during our stay.

The electric box did not work. It was the smallest site. It was buried in the only wooded area at the campground. The kids liked riding their bikes to the playground.

I love that site. If you had an issue with the electric, and let us know about it, we would have fixed it immediately. It is now fixed.

The camp ground and the people r great. It's clean and well taken care of. Only problem is. Is there's only one bath house with 4 showers for everyone to use. N no porta potties at all. Only place to use the bathroom was way at the bath house. So it really sucked to walk up to the front to use the bathroom every time. Way to inconvenience for me. Cause I use the bathroom in the middle of the night

My kids had a blast here! They will most likely be begging us to go back again. Their favorite being the jump pillow and pool. My favorite was the foam party! Yes I ran through and enjoyed it too! Bathrooms were very clean. Not a ton a bugs in the bathroom like other campgrounds we stayed at. Our tent spot had so much shade it was amazing. Nice and cool.

Had a great stay! The only thing we didn’t like is the only one bathhouse. We were in a tent and the walk was far for my four year old.

We had an excellent stay with the Traverse City- KOA. The staff was wonderful, the facilities were spotless, and we all around enjoyed our time here. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

Very nice campground. Lot's to do and located well, easy to find. Facilities clean and well kept. I really liked the text reminders and tips that were sent while staying there.

We really enjoy the rustic tent sites. We have stayed here on Labor day weekend for many years. The campground is converting most of the rustic sites to RV sites. We hope they keep sites I and J rustic so tenters like us can continue to stay here! The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are kept very clean. There are many activities for families.

We loved how clean the bathrooms were and how the workers were always kind and willing to pick up trash or deliver firewood and they put in effort to do fun kid things!

This was our second stay this summer. After a wonderful experience in June, we have decided to come back. We have used the rustic tent site. Lots of space and very clean facilities. Friendly staff and well stocked store.

Booked a tent site in the grass area but it was all dirt and sand. Woke with bruises and sore muscles. Had every intention of following the rules but everyone else broke rules left and right. Drunk men yelling at 1:30am, dogs constantly barking, groups with multiple tents per site, etc. Not all big things but what's the point of rules if people aren't required to follow them? Not what we expected.

I booked a grass tent pad site and got all dirt with patchy grass, I was looking forward to pitching my tent on grass to keep somewhat clean feet and tents. There was grass in the other sites for campers across from us but not our site. The staff was friendly though.

Like staying here in the autumn to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, play golf and visit the local wineries. Very peaceful in the back part of the camp away from the road. Clean bathrooms, dog friendly

Nice little campground.. The kid's really enjoy the playground and the pool.. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean and they have a store that gas a decent selection of camping products
