On the KOA app it says that you can go fishing there. When we asked at the desk they said the lake was only for property owners and that we would have to drive to Parker Dam to fish if we wanted to fish. The lady also didn’t believe that it advertised fishing and was rude.

Really nice staff, great Golf (silver was the only one played due to weather) looking forward to coming back to play the Gold. Huge Campground. We WILL be back!

The grass wasn’t cut in the dog park and the gate was being held by a bungy cord. They had Hershey’s ice cream and offered shakes except when we asked for a shake the worker refused to make them. Rules were not being enforced in camp, dogs running loose and not being cleaned up after, kids walking through your campsite and driving unsupervised on golf carts through campsites. It was a free for

It was a nice campground, but not for the price. The cost was too much for what was offered. I feel like it could be worth the money eventually but for now it’s not currently.

We have stayed at this campground before but this time we were not happy with our spot. It rained all weekend and that is not the fault of KOA however the spot we were put in had a lot of mud. I did take notice of the other spots around and they had more grave and grass then our spot.

The cell service there isn't very good and the internet is contracted out to a third part and it sucks. You get a number for a customer service for internet which sucks also. The internet company called me the day I was leaving and wanted to try and fix issue. Upon checkout tho the TL manager did say next time she would take care of issue if I let her know.

One of best cabins we have ever stayed at!

Fairly nice location, off the hiway! Camp store was dismal for the size of the KOA.

Well....we found lots to do in the DuBois area, but the campground was a bit of a let down. The grass seeding made it impossible to use the fire ring or even set out in our lawn chairs on our site because of its proximity to the camper. We were glad the grandkids weren’t along because the play area was so far away. The Broadband kept dropping and interrupted our viewing inside.

Very nice campground, just wish you could do something with the rainy weather, ha ha

We were just passing through after 5 days of dry camping, so our waste tanks were full. We were not told at registration there were no waste disposal hookup. We called to see if we we could move to one with them as the one next to us had it and the one next to it also. We were told they were all reserved already but they were still empty when we left in the morning. Park is great though.

Site was very long and lots of room, not alot for kids to do, we got password for wifi but when tried to log on it said i was out of range. I dont think i would go back with kids but mite come back with wife, lots of room to walk and bike.

Netting used to keep straw on freshly planted grass was placed right at the front of our site (1090). My wife and I got snagged several times and our 14 year old pug also got badly snagged in it. The Wifi should NOT be advertised as it disconnects within seconds of connecting. I tried more than 20 times with my iPad Pro with no luck. Being greedy & skimping on wifi doesn't make for happy campers.

we didn't enjoy this place. it felt very lawless with people riding around in at and side by sides and off road dune buggies at all hours of the night even know its against the rules. we stayed in a back in full hookup site. we asked to be close to the bathrooms. you put us as far away as you could. even tho there was ones open closer. koas are always accommodating except you. plus the icreams. no

Amazing time. We are so fortunate to have found a place to stay that will accommodate everyone and keeps in mind the various levels of comfort people have with coming out of the pandemic. Thank you for the clean facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a nice weekend getaway just my husband and I. Did lots of walking throughout the KOA. Very nice Place to camp. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Third stay there. They are doing an excellent job of renovating and upgrading

Very nice folks and very helpful. Campsite was perfect.

They put us in a big field shade in the morning and Blinding sun by afternoon. We were on our vacation but just about 7:30 every morning, maintenance was cutting grass , weed whacking and the trash truck was picking up At night once someone was having a big party til 3:30 am . Other than that it was very nice at times

Great camping resort. Spacious sites. Second visit.

Very disappointing! No store very desolate!

Park well maintained. Sites are large and level Staff very helpful.

Vary clean sites

Paved roads good for bike riding, and walking with dogs. Super clean bath/shower buildings ( although pretty cold for showering). Playground for kids. Extra long pull through sites. Very quiet. Did not like the netting put down over new grass. Great tripping hazard as shoes frequently got caught in the mesh. Some campers received an escort to their site, but not everyone.

Someone else was in our pull-through slot. We were then directed to a back-in slot, on an evening when there were many other pull-through options. This was the poorest KoA we’ve used.

Thank you for staying with us here at DuBois/Treasure Lake KOA. We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. We did discover that someone was in the wrong site when we spoke. We are sorry upgrading you to a sewer site at no extra cost was a big help.

Early in the season so not many campers but sites are long and wide with fresh gravel - best we’ve seen. Only downside was lack of TV hookup but we enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Hardly any trees. There were plenty of open spaces that were secluded for privacy n noise reduction.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for staying at DuBois/Treasure Lake KOA. We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with your site. The good news is we have tree planting slated for the fall. We hope you come back again in the future to see the continued changes being made.

It was our 1st camping trip of the season, so we were anxious to go. However, the weather didn't cooperate. We like the campground and how long the sites are. We have a 40ft camper, so it's nice to back in with lots of room! We are scheduled to return for Memorial Day weekend. All in all it was a good time staying there. I would definitely recommend Treasure Lake to my friends!

This KOA is very large and somewhat hard to find with google maps. You can’t access this KOA from Bundy Settlement Rd. We made the mistake of picking this route and ended up on a long gravel road for miles. When we called for directions the sweet lady was no help lol luckily we pulled onto a paved road and was just a quarter mile from the entrance to the KOA.

Beautiful location, Huge pull through sites. You could park an entire wagon train on one of them.

We celebrated my dads 100 birthday in cabin 4 and Molly and Dave went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. We will be back to visit my dad again and stay there. Thanks again.

Beautiful place. 1 downfall is the wifi is very strong but they only allow 1 device. Yes 1 DEVICE all other devices are additional fees. This is limiting for the work from home families travelling. The price of the campground is a premium and the wifi sholud be included.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for staying at DuBois/Treasure Lake KOA, we are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. While we are happy to hear our WiFi is strong, we are sorry for any inconvenience you endured with the permitted 1 free device.

Stayed here in the 20th anniversary of 9-11. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We didn't not visit the pool but is was clean. Some sites don't have any trees but our site was level. Not a hot day so trees did not matter this weekend. Nice area. You enter a gated Community where you get access to the KOA. They have us a map and directions to the KOA. About 10 +/- minutes up the road Then check in with KOA and assigned a site. Nice KOA, clean area, store was nice, bathroom is clean, decent showers. Overall a very nice stay. Thank You KOA. Music both Friday and Saturday night at the store/pool area. We could hear it from our campsite and the music was excellent. We did take a walk Saturday night to see the man playing the music. Nice job. No complaints. Near Treasure lake still within the gated community, fishing with a license of course, kayaking but you need to use their kayaks I don't think you can bring you own. Check first. I'm not sure how the access for boat usage is in that same area. Check before you plan on putting anything in the water in that area. I thought I took more pictures but can't find them. The KOA was worth it as are most KOA's.

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. The only bad parts were driving 5 miles at 25 mph through the gated community and then at our site the gravel needs to be leveled out, luckily we had an extra step with us or I'd of never gotten into our camper ( was still a big step from that to the actual steps ) as the first step was at least a good 2 feet off the ground (up to my husband's knee). We are used to at other KOAs people driving around selling firewood & a staff presence. Very nice place, but probably won't come back to this KOA.

This is our first time at this KOA and we are very pleased! We always try for full service pull-through sites and there are huge! We are here in the off season and during the week so I imagine it's more peaceful then on a weekend in high summer, but still, a great campground! The drive in is not as bad as I expected from other reviews. If it weren't for the gate at the entrance to Treasure Lake, it wouldn't be any different from the roads to any number of other campgrounds where we've stayed.
