Not a "typical" KOA. This is an older camp ground, recently purchased and owned as a KOA. Cabins are old, duplex style. Upon arrival, my cabin had a musty smell. I walked around and noticed the side of the refrigerator facing the side wall was covered in mold. The cabin had bleach in it, so I scrubbed it down. I tested the fire alarm and it did not seem to be working either.

Very clean and friendly! Gave it a 4 start only because they need more trees for some shade. Very little to no shade

I am very mad. There were no instructions as to which gate to use. I ended up using the wrong gate after the day prior I was allowed to use the right lane with no issues and no one telling me it was incorrect. The female security guard yelled from the window telling me I needed to back up, there were 3 cars behind me. I had to get out and instruct the cars to move back because she wouldn’t open

Liked staying during the week, less busy. Nice and quiet, campers are always pleasant, always willing to help. Pool was very nice, clean, wife loved it. Only negative thing, was the additional $20.00 for picking the site we wanted. If we chose not to pay the additional 20.00, and someone checking in wanted that site and was willing to pay the 20.00, the site would be theirs, we would have to move.

Nice campground. Need to plant many more trees - too open. No wi-fi to counter the lack of cell signal. Good location between other KOAs.

The cabin was clean upon arrival and very spacious. The kitchen is on the small side but you can make it work.It was nice to see the campground was busier this year than last!

Bath houses were clean, lots of hot water. Although I would rather have showered in my camper. You need more full hookup sites.

The good: pool, Gaga pits, showers, paved roads, people. The bad: our site located in a big field with no shade. Trees in the field looks like they are dead. Heavy picnic tables. The golf cart parades were fun at first, but after 10 PM honking their horn‘s and driving up and down the roads was a annoying. The pet friendly cabin had everything we needed. The campground is very peaceful as it is secluded from everything. The swimming pool was very nice and located right next to the snack shop which had very delicious ice cream.

I would have gave a 5 star because the staff was fabulous, but expecting dishes and pots and pans we bought allot of groceries. There were 4 of us but 2 plates, 2 bowls. 1 glass, 2 pots and no pans to make breakfast at all. I had to send my husband to Walmart for pans. That was the only downfall the stay was comfortable and enjoying . As stated all staff was fabulous and very friendly.

The campground is very nice. The lady that checked us in was rude. The bath house by us was disgusting and the toilets were flooded the whole time we were there. It said cleaned daily but they definitely were not when we were there. Was disappointing. Last time we were there was much nicer. I’m hoping this was just an off weekend.

We stayed in a cabin. The area and grounds are perfect for our multiple family stay/rentals. Plates, bowls and silverware were limited. Cabin was not as clean as I would expect for the rental fee. Refrigerator is old and needs to be replaced. Food on the top shelf froze. Air conditioner worked great. Bathroom with shower is adequate. Gaga ball game was a great addition this year.

Great cabin/supplies within this newly renovated cabin. Our large group rented many cabins and other cabins had very limited dishes and pots and pans. Color coded dishes might help them return to the right cabin. Campground pool/store/shop were greatly improved. Restaurants within Treasure Lake were limited. Campground basketball court is in need of resurfacing (dangerous).

Stayed 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and Made us feel welcome. The campground was very clean and the sites were spacious. Very impressed and plan to return.

Liked the big pool and all the games available and the Paved roads for walking and bike riding. Nice New bathhouse but the cleaning crew could do better. Use some bleach to kill the mold?Refill TP holders? Didn’t like the TimeShare people using the KOA bathrooms! You need to plant some trees in the pull through camp sites. We will definitely camp here again!

Much more hidden than we expected but what a gem! Spacious lots and respectful "neighbors". People were awake but no one was rowdy and quiet hours were respected. Will definitely come back for longer than a stop over next time.

Love the sites, and the amenities. The paved roads are great for bike riding. Would love to see more activities and events planned like most other KOA locations

We loved our site with the patio and the furniture and beautiful firepit. We think you should have more of them. We love the full hook up site. It is beautiful up there and we will probably come there more often. We have friends that live at treasure lake. We usually went to hotel down the road but in today's world we felt more comfortable camping..

Stayed here in the 20th anniversary of 9-11. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We didn't not visit the pool but is was clean. Some sites don't have any trees but our site was level. Not a hot day so trees did not matter this weekend. Nice area. You enter a gated Community where you get access to the KOA. They have us a map and directions to the KOA. About 10 +/- minutes up the road Then check in with KOA and assigned a site. Nice KOA, clean area, store was nice, bathroom is clean, decent showers. Overall a very nice stay. Thank You KOA. Music both Friday and Saturday night at the store/pool area. We could hear it from our campsite and the music was excellent. We did take a walk Saturday night to see the man playing the music. Nice job. No complaints. Near Treasure lake still within the gated community, fishing with a license of course, kayaking but you need to use their kayaks I don't think you can bring you own. Check first. I'm not sure how the access for boat usage is in that same area. Check before you plan on putting anything in the water in that area. I thought I took more pictures but can't find them. The KOA was worth it as are most KOA's.

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. The only bad parts were driving 5 miles at 25 mph through the gated community and then at our site the gravel needs to be leveled out, luckily we had an extra step with us or I'd of never gotten into our camper ( was still a big step from that to the actual steps ) as the first step was at least a good 2 feet off the ground (up to my husband's knee). We are used to at other KOAs people driving around selling firewood & a staff presence. Very nice place, but probably won't come back to this KOA.

This is our first time at this KOA and we are very pleased! We always try for full service pull-through sites and there are huge! We are here in the off season and during the week so I imagine it's more peaceful then on a weekend in high summer, but still, a great campground! The drive in is not as bad as I expected from other reviews. If it weren't for the gate at the entrance to Treasure Lake, it wouldn't be any different from the roads to any number of other campgrounds where we've stayed.
