Overnight only, friendly staff, site was pull through, didn't have to disconnect our toad. Site was level.

We arrived after dark and the security was extremely helpful….escorted us to our site. Very impressed. It looked like there were plenty of empty sites more level than ours, but we were fine.

We really liked are stay here. The campground was very clean and alot to do in the area. Golf courses, marina, and Duffers Tavern we're a great addition within in the area. RV area were extremely roomy. Will be back, already booked for next year. Didn't remember the last and check in, but she was extremely nice.

Great campground. Very clean facilities. Brandy at front desk was very helpful & accommodating. She deserves a raise!!

We were on site 1100, it was merely beautiful. The other sites, however, was very out dated. Needs more landscaping, update picnic tables and more cement pads in (as this is a wet climate area). Other than that, I would highly recommend staying at this campground.

Really enjoyed our stay! Everything went smoothly from check-in to using the dump station upon our exit. One very helpful employee even assisted us with a small problem with our hitch (thank you so much!). Our pull through was very spacious and the campground is pretty, well maintained and clean. We will be back.

Just a short stay on our way through PA. The campground was very basic, yet quite welcoming. Would certainly stay at this park again if we find ourselves in this area. Also, end of season so things in the area were shutting down. Owners were very hospitable regardless of our short visit!

The only thing I would change is the water pressure, it is higher than I am comfortable with. I'm buying a pressure regulator for future trips. Otherwise it was a good time.

What a major improvement to this campground! I used to be a property owner in Treasure Lake and this campground was a slum dump. They have cleaned out most of the rift raft permanent sites. Spacious sites. Very quiet monday thru thursday but come the weekend it got a busy. There could be an improvement to the dump area (add water hose for flushing) and more full hook up sites. Will return.

Great campsites with plenty of room. Nice restroom/ shower facilities that are set up for individuals. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I have had the need to stay at in this area as my place in Penfield had a terrible Fire back in February 2020. I am sincerely Thank Full for this KOA Dubois for being available for my needs. I'm tentatively planning a trip to Florida this coming winter and I will check for the availability of one there. I want to Thank the Staff for their help at this time.

Everyone was so friendly, staff and guests! Loved our site! Easy to back into and level! We will be back to stay more than 1 night!

enjoyed the stay as usual. We always just want a quiet get away when camping. camp store and other amenities are closed for the season but didn't need anything other than the good weather and quiet environment. As always the staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to next year and some additional sites with sewage hookups. See you next year

Quietly tucked into the woods. Elk and scenic byways nearby. Cabin was dusty and oven unusable. Staff friendly and helpful.

We were passing thru but stayed two night to see the elk and fall colors. The KOA was very nice

Very quiet and very large pull through sites. We will be making this a permanent stop to camp when we come to look at the elk every October.

Was a little annoyed when they tried to charge me extra to reserve a specific site which I didn’t request. Thought it was a little pricey for off season with no activities going on. And the one dump station sucks. It’s not level and you can’t empty your tanks. In fact it is so unlevel we had full tanks and nothing came out. Had to go around and come back to the other one.

Amazing stay! The entire place was immaculate. Wildlife everywhere just for that reason alone. RV sites were SO spacious! It was an enjoyable stay!

Always a good stay. Golf Carts were running around after 10 pm? Showers and bathouse was very clean as usual. Had a little trouble with signing onto WiFi? Asked for my email ??

The stay was nice, We came up to see the Elk. Did not really use any of the other arears of the campground. I did hear, however, the restrooms and showers were very clean. The campground it self was well taken care of.

Cabin is perfect for those looking for a roof, bed, and bathroom. Lots of space for people and luggage, fully equipped kitchen is added bonus. Only issue we had was cleanliness of bathroom; it’s a camping cabin, not your house, but the shower looked like it was still dirty from previous use.

Huge place. Not really set up for 1 night. Got great pictures of the colored leaves. Won't go this way again.

Stayed here in the 20th anniversary of 9-11. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We didn't not visit the pool but is was clean. Some sites don't have any trees but our site was level. Not a hot day so trees did not matter this weekend. Nice area. You enter a gated Community where you get access to the KOA. They have us a map and directions to the KOA. About 10 +/- minutes up the road Then check in with KOA and assigned a site. Nice KOA, clean area, store was nice, bathroom is clean, decent showers. Overall a very nice stay. Thank You KOA. Music both Friday and Saturday night at the store/pool area. We could hear it from our campsite and the music was excellent. We did take a walk Saturday night to see the man playing the music. Nice job. No complaints. Near Treasure lake still within the gated community, fishing with a license of course, kayaking but you need to use their kayaks I don't think you can bring you own. Check first. I'm not sure how the access for boat usage is in that same area. Check before you plan on putting anything in the water in that area. I thought I took more pictures but can't find them. The KOA was worth it as are most KOA's.

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. The only bad parts were driving 5 miles at 25 mph through the gated community and then at our site the gravel needs to be leveled out, luckily we had an extra step with us or I'd of never gotten into our camper ( was still a big step from that to the actual steps ) as the first step was at least a good 2 feet off the ground (up to my husband's knee). We are used to at other KOAs people driving around selling firewood & a staff presence. Very nice place, but probably won't come back to this KOA.

This is our first time at this KOA and we are very pleased! We always try for full service pull-through sites and there are huge! We are here in the off season and during the week so I imagine it's more peaceful then on a weekend in high summer, but still, a great campground! The drive in is not as bad as I expected from other reviews. If it weren't for the gate at the entrance to Treasure Lake, it wouldn't be any different from the roads to any number of other campgrounds where we've stayed.
