Well, I'd like to elaborate more on the reasons our stay was not very pleasant, but I keep running out of characters. In a nutshell, no curfew enforced. Loud music, and people. I didn't get to sleep before 2 a.m. most nights. Staff not super helpful or friendly. Big disappointment.

Gravel sites are not very nice and some trees would be awesome! Otherwise it was nice-staff we’re friendly and helpful especially Molly and Brandy!

It’s a decent spot, it’s just not close to anything. If you are looking for a spot on the top of a hill with some amenities (pool, showers), then this is your place. No wifi except at store. No cell service (Verizon) anywhere. Not a big deal. Biking and hiking trails are a drive (once you drive 6 miles to get out of development). Treasure Lake itself is very pretty.

Beautiful family campground hidden off the beaten path. Extremely clean and modern restrooms and grounds. Great place for family, friends, and pets.

We had a great week. The only thing I would change would to have sewer hookups. But we were fine without it too. Definitely, we will be back.

Garbage truck came at 3 am and woke everyone up. Cutting grass at 8 am right next to us. They could have started cutting in a area that was unoccupied first

The tables were rotten and the kids were getting splinters, and the seats lifter off the table nails and all, the grass was not cut around the pool or playground, the pool was like ice, garbage trucks coming through at 3am, I will never come back for what I paid, You cleaned it up for the 4th of July customers, but not for the ones that was there already and I paid over $500.00.

WE had a great time, only issue we had is the website directions leads you to the back gate that should be updated with the actual street address because with a camper towing behind that road is very difficult to turn around in.

We were very pleased with the availability to check in with no contact. We stayed in a cabin and the outside of them look great. The inside could use some updating, our stove had 2 burners that were loose, the toilet wobbled back and forth and the doors squeaked like crazy. There wasn’t a dumpster close by. Other than those couple things it was a great stay and we will be back in the future.

We had a great time. Everybody in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Our Family Cabin was very clean, had everything we needed, and the fire pit is beautiful. Definitely coming back this summer.

This is a hard Campground to criticize. When was the last time you entered a campground inside a gated community? Moreover, the campground is still 5 miles away once you enter that community. The campground itself is very large with lots of terrain, lots of treed sites and, at least where I was, everything was new and in perfect working condition. You won't be disappointed!

We were very happy with the cabin! Checkin and out was very easy and the staff was very helpful and nice. Would highly recommend staying there and believe we will make it an annual getaway!

No wifi, no cable tv, no sewage, cold pool, camping supplies non existent. not much more to say. Restrooms were adaquate.

Big lots, clean. Restrooms and showers pretty old. Staff didn't seem like they really wanted to be there and therefore weren't much willing to help out with stuff. Pretty rowdy and loud.

Great place to visit. Mower crews around the campers at 8 am was not too good. Recommend they find other low traffic areas to mower and suggest they start around campers after 10 am.

This koa is a work in progress. The office double books sites and moves people around. One camper was told they had sewer site and they did not. The grass was not cut for a while and was so high around the electric and water hookups.

We stayed overnight but enjoyed the quick stay. Beautiful grounds and clean facilities. If we are ever back this way we will definitely stay again!

stay wasn't normal because of virus. facility's were clean. poolwas clean. campground needs alot of work though. looks like it's heading in right direction

I really enjoy staying here it’s our go to camp ground I just wish they’d take a little better care of their grounds the grass is always way high and and don’t even get me started on the weeds

I have stayed in a few KOA’s over the years and this one was the worst. The cabin was not cleaned. The water was disgusting. The toilet didn’t work. Frankly, the only good thing I have to say about this stay was the customer service was nice.

Updated campsites are nice and will be better when remaining sites are updated. Two new restroom/bath houses. Staff was great and took care of any issues/concerns.

Staff was extraordinarily helpful and supportive. The campground was pleasant with nice amenities (pool, commons room, snack bar, shop, etc.). It was also very quiet considering the presence of many families with children. Few trees made for warm afternoons. Wifi is limited to the rec area and phone service is almost non-existent. All-in-all, it was a good experience and I would recommend it

Sites are a distance from the check in building. Grass was not mowed before campers showed up on other sites. Our grass was ok height. Very open flat area for lots of bike riding. I could see they are investing in making the campground better and upgrading. There was not a clear checkout time listed for campsites but found out it was 1pm.

we really enjoy it. It is so quite & there is a lot of space between campers which is nice. Keep up the good work. Get sewage to all the sites & it will be perfect.

We had a great stay at Treasure Lake KOA. This was the first campground inside a semi-private, gated community that I have ever stayed in! This was a large campground that is mostly quiet. We also found some nice hiking nearby. The only negative is we found a pile of garbage in our fire ring. However, this was corrected in short order by the staff.

Very nice campground. The only thing I would change is a divider between the cabins where dogs are allowed to be. Other than that I was very pleased. I already Have spread the word about your campground. All good news of course

Even though the bathrooms are new, somehow you need to stop the water from being all over the entire floor after someone takes a shower. Other than that, the stay was wonderful!

I was very upset over my cam spot.i specifically asked fo site nearest to the bathroom, and got a site farthest away. When in tent section, I don't understand the restrooms being so far away also all the other sites were empty, so I could of had a closer site. Very unhappy.

Was very greatfull for the escort to the campsite. We got in late and the roads were an absolute maze. Wasn't aware that the bathrooms nearest us would be closed during the evenings which meant walking to the opposite end of the grounds instead. Not the worst, just would have liked a heads-up. Great staff, and well kept sites.

Prices in the concession stand were priced for a family. Restrooms were clean and will stocked. Pool are was clean. Very nice time!

This place is so awesome. It’s my happy place ! The cabins are modern and clean. It had all the basic amenities. The lake is a few minutes away ! We love sitting at the campfire making s’mores I wish I could live here :)

First time here and had a great experience. Beautiful and large campground as part of a gated lake community. Deer abound throughout. We were in what appeared to be a new section so there was little shade but the site was great. Very long pull through site that easy to get in and out of. Once the site installs WiFi I would rate it a 5. We will be back.

Stayed here in the 20th anniversary of 9-11. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We didn't not visit the pool but is was clean. Some sites don't have any trees but our site was level. Not a hot day so trees did not matter this weekend. Nice area. You enter a gated Community where you get access to the KOA. They have us a map and directions to the KOA. About 10 +/- minutes up the road Then check in with KOA and assigned a site. Nice KOA, clean area, store was nice, bathroom is clean, decent showers. Overall a very nice stay. Thank You KOA. Music both Friday and Saturday night at the store/pool area. We could hear it from our campsite and the music was excellent. We did take a walk Saturday night to see the man playing the music. Nice job. No complaints. Near Treasure lake still within the gated community, fishing with a license of course, kayaking but you need to use their kayaks I don't think you can bring you own. Check first. I'm not sure how the access for boat usage is in that same area. Check before you plan on putting anything in the water in that area. I thought I took more pictures but can't find them. The KOA was worth it as are most KOA's.

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. The only bad parts were driving 5 miles at 25 mph through the gated community and then at our site the gravel needs to be leveled out, luckily we had an extra step with us or I'd of never gotten into our camper ( was still a big step from that to the actual steps ) as the first step was at least a good 2 feet off the ground (up to my husband's knee). We are used to at other KOAs people driving around selling firewood & a staff presence. Very nice place, but probably won't come back to this KOA.

This is our first time at this KOA and we are very pleased! We always try for full service pull-through sites and there are huge! We are here in the off season and during the week so I imagine it's more peaceful then on a weekend in high summer, but still, a great campground! The drive in is not as bad as I expected from other reviews. If it weren't for the gate at the entrance to Treasure Lake, it wouldn't be any different from the roads to any number of other campgrounds where we've stayed.
