This was by far our favorite place to camp. We liked it so much we are looking into buying a spot up there. People were amazing. Good place for kids

Stayed here to attend a family wedding. We were very impressed with the size of the sites. Very spacious and the pull thru fit our 42’ and dually with plenty of room to spare. Would have liked to use the amenities to filly enjoy the campground but time did not permit

Everything was awesome, used to come there 30 years ago, things have changed in those 30 years ( for the better).Already made reservations for next Labor Day, and probably some before then. The reason for 4 star is because night life should last at least till midnight on weekends and holidays

We were surprised the number of campsites without sewage. When I took the "last spot" I didn't realize there was no sewer.

We had a wonderful time! There were alot of things planned for the weekend. This is our favorite campground to stay at so far! My only suggestion would be have more kid friendly activities planned during the day.

Staff was great, our pull through, full hook up site was nice and big. Only complaint: noisy place as tons of golf carts at all hours, some quite loud for being a golf cart.

Bath house in the 1200 area wasn't cleaned daily, the same hair was in the sink from day to day. The layout isn't camper friendly at all. To get to the lodge and playground area is a fiasco. Need more connecting roads. Definitely need more bathhouses as well, they were often very full and had to wait to use the bathroom. Pool was nice, activities were nice and playground very nice.

It was our first time at the park. Favorable: Staff was welcoming and friendly. Stay was nice. Sites were clean and big. Activities were fun. We will be back when in the area again. No-so-favorable: Water pressure was way too high. We blew a water line, flooded our camper, and did not have water into camper for the entire weekend.

We actually had a very nice time. Only issue we had at our campsite (947) was when we got there it was pretty wet where you would normally have your steps come out. Then when it rained it’s was flooded there. Could get out of camper with out. Stepping in a pool of water. We do realize this happens however ours was the only one that had this issue around us !

Overall it was a great experience. The size of the family lodge was great. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to and were very accommodating. The cabins could have been a bit cleaner, there was dried garbage at the bottom of the garbage pail and some of the cabinets had stickiness in them. Other KOA's offer garbage pickup once a day which would be nice. Hooks to hang items would be nice.

Underwater most of the time. A local police tickets as you leave KOA. Other than that it was big spacious lots and nice views. People were friendly. Was worried about our little dog as some people had many dogs and some were not the friendly type. Doubt we would travel that far again to a KOA. We enjoy ours more at home with many actives for children and meals delivery on Fridays.

Nice big site. WiFi for just one device is a bit limiting especially when cell signal is weak. Cable TV would be a nice addition, as well.

Clean facility -seemed well maintained. Jim at ice cream shop was nice/helpful. WiFi didn’t work -even with code they gave us. Saw that in many reviews. Would be nice if spots had more trees for shade -but that would take some time. Saw lots of deer in area.

I give this KOA a 5 start rating with one caveat. I will list my caveat later. Reasons for 5-star: Clean. Large camp sites. We have a 36 foot motor home with our tow-behind. Beautiful trees. Lots of activities for kids. Cellular service - difficult. They have pretty good internet service. We will stay again.

Toilet stalls are very small. Difficult to stand from a sitting position. Caulking in restrooms needs to be placed around entry doors. Very tight corners to maneuver with a travel trailer. Staff was very friendly and informational about local towns. Water spigot was close to the ground and had difficult time connecting our hose. Need more rock on the drive-troughs. Nice campground with the bonus of Treasure Lake. We liked the restaurant called “Duffers Tavern” at Treasure Lake. The KOA had very clean bath house, spacious RV sites, and a lovely pool.

Pool is always cold and wi fi only works half the time. A bit pricey also.

Stayed here in the 20th anniversary of 9-11. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We didn't not visit the pool but is was clean. Some sites don't have any trees but our site was level. Not a hot day so trees did not matter this weekend. Nice area. You enter a gated Community where you get access to the KOA. They have us a map and directions to the KOA. About 10 +/- minutes up the road Then check in with KOA and assigned a site. Nice KOA, clean area, store was nice, bathroom is clean, decent showers. Overall a very nice stay. Thank You KOA. Music both Friday and Saturday night at the store/pool area. We could hear it from our campsite and the music was excellent. We did take a walk Saturday night to see the man playing the music. Nice job. No complaints. Near Treasure lake still within the gated community, fishing with a license of course, kayaking but you need to use their kayaks I don't think you can bring you own. Check first. I'm not sure how the access for boat usage is in that same area. Check before you plan on putting anything in the water in that area. I thought I took more pictures but can't find them. The KOA was worth it as are most KOA's.

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. The only bad parts were driving 5 miles at 25 mph through the gated community and then at our site the gravel needs to be leveled out, luckily we had an extra step with us or I'd of never gotten into our camper ( was still a big step from that to the actual steps ) as the first step was at least a good 2 feet off the ground (up to my husband's knee). We are used to at other KOAs people driving around selling firewood & a staff presence. Very nice place, but probably won't come back to this KOA.

This is our first time at this KOA and we are very pleased! We always try for full service pull-through sites and there are huge! We are here in the off season and during the week so I imagine it's more peaceful then on a weekend in high summer, but still, a great campground! The drive in is not as bad as I expected from other reviews. If it weren't for the gate at the entrance to Treasure Lake, it wouldn't be any different from the roads to any number of other campgrounds where we've stayed.
