Sites are large with plenty of room. No trees for shade. Store is very small with limited supplies. Office personnel friendly. Campground is about 5 miles in from Treasure Lake main gate. Many seasonal or purchased sites outskirts of our sites.

The internet did not work on our fire stick even after calling the help desk number they gave us. It also was very slow and spotty with cell phones and limited cell phone service as well.

It was ok, sites we were in had no shade at all. We were only there for a overnight didnt check out any of the facilities

Excellent stay except for the weather. Loved the delux cabin. everything was provided, staff was very helpful. Looking forward to booking again for next year.

Everything was great at the site, the only thing that I didn’t like was the one lane narrow road to it from the Main Road, one sneeze and I would of been off of it and the cars behind me rushing me to go faster.

This campground is poorly portrayed in the pictures! The sites only being gravel were very undeveloped, and after walking the permanent section (which should NOT be connected to ANY KOA,) it was deplorable!!! Most of those campers should be demolished and taken out of there! A mice infestation is clearly visible! This by far was the worst KOA we have ever stayed at! Soured us immensely!!

Camping spots are big and staff are very helpful. Camp ground is really clean. We will stay again hopefully soon

I'm not sure why they don't update the sites near the cabins (office area) They could charge a premium with the shade and size of sites. I kept popping the circuit breaker in the evenings. Pain in the butt!

Beautiful large campground. Sites are large, level and well maintained. Wish they had more sites with sewer hook ups but they do have plenty of dump stations on the way out.

Sits were to big in an open field no shade. Full hookups should be water elect cable WiFi and sewer. WiFi was private and for one device or pay for the other ones. Only had 20 sites with sewer And no cable I booked a pull through site. Did not get one. Only had a back in site. With out sewer. Went to office and changed site to one with sewer had to pay 26 dollars extra.

Our stay was wonderful except for the rude security people at the gate. My daughter made a mistake, got it the wrong lane, apologized and was berated by the guard. She was threatened with fines and arrest. Ridiculous!!!! Once we all got in we had a nice reunion. Thank you.

It was a family reunion. Everyone seemed happy. My only problem was no hot water, but we made it without.

Stay was great, even though time was too short. Sites were spaces. Gravel driveways and concrete pads were nice. Bathrooms were clean.

Nice appearing park, but access roads are very narrow with deep ditches along sides. Road direction sign was down and it lead to me getting my motorhome stuck in a ditch. i was told this happened to another camper a week earlier and they never repaired the directional sign. i would suggest you get the proper directions for park exit at check in. Camping spaces were very large. WIFI signal weak.

I arrived Friday 6 July Cabin 11A. We had very little hot water. I stopped in the Office 8 July, informed a Young Lady. We left yesterday 13 July without any Maintenance to the Hot water problem. We enjoyed talking to the Friendly Church Group from Buffalo N Y.

Cabin 15A. We had an issue with bees our entire stay. We could not use the front deck for most of our trip because of the bees. They had to do construction in front of our cabin for an entire day and there was a terrible smell of sewage. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Cabins were clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked great and shower/ water pressure was very good. New pots and pans and utensils were a good addition from past years.

The cabin we stayed in was very nice. It was clean and everything was new. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and patio. The only annoyance we had was the noise of other campers well after 10:00 PM. But, the facilities were nice, lovely atmosphere and the Treasure Lake staff was nice and friendly. Will definitely stay again!!!

I have limited mobility and the bathroom was a quarter mile away. I had to drive to it every time. Also where are the trees for shade. We had no trees at our site. I would have loved to try the pool but it was too far away

Water pressure dropped down to nothing for at least an hour! Not even a trickle from the sink. This is in the morning hours. We were only there for a night so we didn't get to use much of the facility. We used public toilets, bad because of not able to flush because of lack of water.

Stayed here in the 20th anniversary of 9-11. Staff very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We didn't not visit the pool but is was clean. Some sites don't have any trees but our site was level. Not a hot day so trees did not matter this weekend. Nice area. You enter a gated Community where you get access to the KOA. They have us a map and directions to the KOA. About 10 +/- minutes up the road Then check in with KOA and assigned a site. Nice KOA, clean area, store was nice, bathroom is clean, decent showers. Overall a very nice stay. Thank You KOA. Music both Friday and Saturday night at the store/pool area. We could hear it from our campsite and the music was excellent. We did take a walk Saturday night to see the man playing the music. Nice job. No complaints. Near Treasure lake still within the gated community, fishing with a license of course, kayaking but you need to use their kayaks I don't think you can bring you own. Check first. I'm not sure how the access for boat usage is in that same area. Check before you plan on putting anything in the water in that area. I thought I took more pictures but can't find them. The KOA was worth it as are most KOA's.

Very clean, quiet, peaceful. The only bad parts were driving 5 miles at 25 mph through the gated community and then at our site the gravel needs to be leveled out, luckily we had an extra step with us or I'd of never gotten into our camper ( was still a big step from that to the actual steps ) as the first step was at least a good 2 feet off the ground (up to my husband's knee). We are used to at other KOAs people driving around selling firewood & a staff presence. Very nice place, but probably won't come back to this KOA.

This is our first time at this KOA and we are very pleased! We always try for full service pull-through sites and there are huge! We are here in the off season and during the week so I imagine it's more peaceful then on a weekend in high summer, but still, a great campground! The drive in is not as bad as I expected from other reviews. If it weren't for the gate at the entrance to Treasure Lake, it wouldn't be any different from the roads to any number of other campgrounds where we've stayed.
